Fantastic experience: Excellent service, as I've had at all the Athletico locations I've been to. To a T, everyone (even the security guards in the building lobby) was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Even the music they pipe in is awesome! Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly, helpful and concerned about your recovery. They accommodate last minute changes in scheduling. The equipment is cleaned regularly. Nolan was great in communicating goals and providing feedback.

Fantastic experience: I received hip replacement PT 3x weekly. Mony (admin) helped sort out insurance hurdles with compassion and professionalism. PT with Nolan W was easily scheduled and completely successful. He addressed my concerns with the professional knowledge and empathy that I had hoped for. Nolan helped make the painful progress seem easy. Shout out to Becca for a being warm and engaging helper. I recommend this location and staff for any PT needs.

Fantastic experience: Nolan Witry is an outstanding PT! After a traumatic running injury that resulted in immobilization of my knees for eight weeks, Nolan got me back to running much sooner than I anticipated. My experience with past PT's has been more cookie cutter approach versus Nolan who consistently updates and modifies program based on feedback and measured progress. He is the best!

Fantastic experience: I have the opportunities to use this particular AthletiCo for rehabilitation on my shoulder. My physical therapist was Nolan, he was the manager of the location. He was probably one of the best physical therapists I’ve had in a long time. He pushed just the right amount and within 2 1/2 months I had better mobility a lot less pain, and a home program. I would highly recommend this particular loop location. Please forgive my misspellings because I am using my phone to type this. If you work in the loop this is a fantastic location to visit. I found it very convenient and they’re very accommodating with your schedule. Please be aware of their building. The security of their building is rather protective. I walked in several times from the side it would sit down in the little waiting area. And I would be always approached by security and ask what I’m doing there and I always have to say I’m waiting for my AthletiCo appointment. so if you always have a moment before check-in and sit in the lobby, just say hello to security and tell them that you’re there for lotta girls so you don’t get harassed.

Fantastic experience: A group of knee and foot issues had me in at Athletico North Loop from June through September. I was in great hands the whole time. I felt confident going in (having been there about 10 years ago) I would be helped expertly, and I was the whole time. Great service, great team, great treatment.

Fantastic experience: Visited here for a few weeks to deal with some back pain. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and all the PTs I worked with were knowledgeable. Nolan was my primary PT. He was extremely skilled and patient with questions and exercise guidance. The team was also helpful in scheduling times that worked well for me. It was nice to get treatment in a place where all the staff have such a positive attitude and clearly are invested in your improvement. The great treatment will definitely make me come back if I ever have any need in the future.

Fantastic experience: Twice a week for two months, and I’m mobile again! I have nothing but positive things to say about Athletico, this location, and especially my therapist Nolan. He is, by far, the best PT I’ve ever had. (After years of competitive tennis, running and injuries, I’ve had my share of therapy.) Everyone works together as an efficient team here, and there’s a lot of one-on-one treatment… unlike many companies where they treat three and four patients simultaneously. Nolan designed a mini home program for me which I followed closely, and it helped speed my recovery. I highly recommend this Athletico location. (Text neck wasn't one of my problems, just loved this illustration hanging on wall.)

Fantastic experience: I had plantar fasciitis and was unable to walk more than a block without pain. After nine one-hour sessions with Nolan, I am now able to walk easily, and I am back to playing pickleball and tennis. Nolan is an excellent physical therapist; he provided a range of follow-up exercises that have kept me pain-free.

Fantastic experience: Excellent physical therapy experience. I could hardly walk on my first visit and Nolan and his team had me back to normal after only 10 visits. I was able to schedule my visits during lunch and it was a short walk back to the office. I highly recommend the North Loop location.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this location is awesome. I’ve always gotten the appointment time I’ve wanted, never waited to start my visit, and have now gotten through two separate surgeries (wrist and OT with Kimmie and knee PT with Dorothy, Meghan, and Annie). Love these guys!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this location more. I spent 7 months at this location and worked with various PT (Dorothy, Meg and Maya) and they were all truly wonderful. During my treatment for my hip impingement they spent the time to listen to my goals and created a plan to get me back to my normal daily activities. In addition, Annie was so helpful and great to work with as well.

Fantastic experience: I've been to this location for several running injuries over the years and they're always wonderful. PT Dorothy (and Meg!) is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful with everything including referrals and recommendations; the assistants and desk staff are great; it's conveniently located in the Loop and always running on time; flexible with scheduling; helpful with insurance issues; I would recommend it to anyone with injuries.

Fantastic experience: I treated here for a terrible pain I was having in my back and shoulder with certain activities like sneezing. After about 6 weeks of treatment, the pain resolved. Everyone treated me with attention and care. I would definitely recommend this place for someone seeking physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Joined this location for a knee injury I was having. Nothing but great things to say. I went in not even being able to walk without a limp and now I'm able to run, jump, and even play basketball again. Meghan, Peter, and the whole team are extremely helpful and they also take an interest in you and your lives so you feel like more than just a patient on their sheet.

Fantastic experience: Dorothy is synonymous to magic aka “back pain be gone!” It’s my second time in 5 years of getting her PT guidance/ therapy at this north loop facility and I’m just thankful! And just as I was slightly solemn she was leaving for maternity, boom! Meg! Meg is equally amazing, kind, great therapist & curriculum creator! Last & most important OC Annie! Fantastic experience: I worked with Physical Therapist Karen Groulx to assist with both my receiving physical therapy using the McKinsey Method as well as overall physical therapy to strengthen my lower body and back. Karen is AMAZING! She was extremely patient and very informative as well as attentive. She was excellent with follow up and explaining how each exorcise was assisting with my overall outcome and healing. When I started the initial training, I was in really bad shape however after working with Karen, I am doing so much better! She reminded me that slow and steady wins the race of which I needed to hear. I cannot thank Karen enough! I highly recommend your working with Karen at Athletico Physical Therapy - North Loop for your Physical Therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dorothy for physical therapy for nearly 3 times a week for 4 months to help rehab my knee from ACL surgery. From the beginning, Dorothy was attentive and addressed my concerns and goals for recovery. She was always professional, friendly and supportive during our sessions. As a result of the physical therapy, my knee feels as strong and stable as ever. I highly recommend Dorothy! Everyone else at the office is very friendly and helpful as well! See Dorothy if you need physical therapy!!!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Occupational Therapy at the Athletico North Loop location. Scheduling was convenient and everyone was great. My OT was Allison Sweeney. She was amazing and helped get my hand to where it needed to be. Would definitely recommend Athletico and specifically, Allison!!

Fantastic experience: This is not the most convenient location for me, but I went 2x/week for nearly 8 months because the people that work there are incredible. I couldn't imagine being in better hands. Dorothy was my main provider. She was knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well. Annie and Mandy helped me along and Karen is someone I used to see, and is still there. They're all great and take really good care.

Fantastic experience: I had Dorothee as my PT specialist and she was such a joy to see every appt! She helped pinpoint exactly where my pain was coming from and help me get a handle on managing the pain in hopes to alleviate overtime! Great service and very patient. Very convenient location for myself.

Fantastic experience: I worked with physical therapist Amanda Murabito at the North Loop location to rehab an injury to my Achilles, from October to December 2019. I had a very positive experience with Ms. Murabito and with the facility. Before the physical therapy, I was unable to run, or walk long distances, without difficulty/pain. My goal was to be able to run a 5K at a solid pace without difficulty or pain. After 10 weeks of PT, my Achilles was feeling much stronger and stable, and I was back to running short distances without pain/difficulty. She helped me understand the physiology behind my injury and the rehab/exercises, and coached me through gradually getting my strength back. She taught me helpful exercises and stretches to do at home, which expedited my recovery. She was a very attentive listener, and tailored her treatment to my symptoms and conditions on a weekly (or even daily) basis. I felt like she was treating me as an individual patient, not just putting me through a generic routine. At the end of the PT sessions, she recommended a very helpful program for me to follow at home, to continue with exercises and to return to running (a schedule for increases in pace and distance, etc). By the end of PT, even though I wasn't back to full strength, I felt confident that we had worked through the difficult part, and that I could continue to build strength on my own. Now, about 4 months after finishing PT, I am back to running a 5K distance, and continuing to improve my pace, without any re-injury or nagging pain. My therapy and treatment were excellent, and I wouldn't be in the place I am now without Ms. Murabito and Athletico.

Fantastic experience: I went to this Athletico to rehab a broken arm and had a great experience! . Scheduling was very easy and they are always accommodating. Kimmie in particular is fantastic at her job! She is helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I wouldn't recommend breaking your arm, but if you do, I would definitely recommend seeing Kimmie at Athletico!

Fantastic experience: Dorothy is awesome! She treated my partial Achilles tear and ankle sprain so that I could return to running and hopefully complete my first marathon. She provided me with exercises that treat both issues as well as other common running injuries to ensure a safe and rapid return. I always had a great experience with the rest of the staff when it came to scheduling and insurance as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with PT Dorothy and other staff and PTs are super responsible and nice too. Dorothy helped with my knee pain and also gave me suggestions about running and training for Marathon. A good place for physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I badly sprained my ankle and was referred to PT for eight weeks. I chose this location based on its proximity to my office, but quickly realized the benefits of this Athletico were much greater. My therapist was Karen. She's incredibly good at what she does, and if you're the kind of person who likes to learn about your treatment, she's excellent at answering your questions. I never felt like I was being forced into something I didn't feel comfortable with, and all of the therapy aides were incredibly kind, personable, and patient. When I completed therapy, I was given all the exercises I would need to complete, plus the tools to do them. They also left the door completely open if I ever need to come back. I'm really glad I chose this location for PT and can't recommend them more highly. Thanks Karen!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Karen and everyone else there who helped me in the recovery of my left shoulder/neck (torn labrum) which was healed in about 4-6 weeks w/physical therapy. No surgery needed. Karen is an expert in these types of injuries (and many others) so I highly recommend seeing her!

Fantastic experience: I was ordered by my doctor to go see a physical therapist because I was complaining to her that my shins would hurt a lot after walking to and from work. I decided to go see the physical therapists at this Athletico facility because they are next door to my office. I worked with Karen and her team and was very happy with the results. They were able to diagnose weaknesses in my legs and put together a program to help me strengthen my legs and alleviate the pain. I was also really impressed by Karen's ability to multitask and devote her full attention to each of her patients (despite being quite busy and having multiple patients to tend to at once). If you are looking to see to see a physical therapist, I highly recommend this Athletico facility. The staff are great!

Fantastic experience: Meghan, the other PTs, and desk/support staff were all awesome! I went to physical therapy to regain range of motion in my ankle and strength in my legs and core after Achilles' tendon surgery. Within a few months Meghan was able to get my range back to exactly where it was before surgery and also allowed me to learn so many exercises I could do on my own to build up my strength again. Her massages are the best!!! My scar felt so much better after she loosened things up. She was such a bright light in my life everyday I went to PT, always kind, encouraging, and helpful. Scheduling was never an issue, especially if you did it ahead of time. They were always very flexible when I had to reschedule as well. I definitely recommend going here to be rehabilitated.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this Athletico for two separate stints and have had exceptional experiences both times. Most recently, I worked with Mandy to relieve upper back/neck pains. She was so thoughtful and explanatory in her care and practice. She helped me understand the root issue so that I could address my concerns more directly. The location is great and they were able to accommodate my complex schedule. Really grateful for this Athletico and their staff!

Fantastic experience: Karen and team are doing an amazing job strengthening my muscles related to my torn mcl. Every time I leave, I feel like I’m getting a full core workout and the results are amazing. My strength has improved immensely.

Fantastic experience: Started coming to this location early last summer of 2018 with knee complications, started working with Dorothy initially and was impressed with her attention and knowledge with the issues I was having. After doing a number of sessions and some slight improvements were seen, it was advised that I obtain an MRI scan so a clearer picture can be seen as to what's going on "under the hood" and discovered that my ACL was essentially non-existent. After surgery was scheduled and performed I returned back to this location as I loved the staff here. While initially working with Dorothy, I started working with Meg who was equally as wonderful to work with. She was patient with me as I started my recovery from surgery. All of the staff members at this location were wonderful to work with and enjoyed coming into my PT sessions. Shout out to Sam, Saj and Tony for making my time here even more enjoyable. Highly recommend coming to see this awesome team for your Physical Therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: A great PT facility. I went there for my injured left shoulder and worked with Dorothy. She and other PTs were very receptive of my feedback regarding my progress. After a few weeks of therapy my shoulder felt better than ever. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: This place is great! I received physical therapy here over a period of 3 months for a meniscus tear. I tried to rehab the knee without surgery, that didn't work, so I ended up going with surgery. The surgeon was awesome and my recovery went smoothly thanks to the team at Athletico. They challenged me to do exercises I wouldn't have tried on my own due to fear of injuring the joint, but gradually the swelling and pain and stiffness went away and I was able to transition back to the activities I was doing before I got injured (running and climbing). I highly recommend this place for getting your body back to working order. Recovery would've been much longer if I had tried to do it on my own. A licensed PT knows just how hard to push you to get you back to health. Thanks Dorothy for providing amazing service!
