Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure having Kaitlyn as my therapist for over a year. I was coming in multiple times a week for 6+ months, with treatment for about a year up to and much longer after surgery. She was always attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to giving me the best possible care all the way through the end of my recovery. It was care above and beyond anything I could have expected and she made sure to be there consistently. This place helped me get back to where I'm able to do everything I was prior. It's a nice small place and worked around my schedule perfectly with very good staff support. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Jamie Jackson is a fabulous physical therapist. She’s patient, encouraging and demanding all at once. She’s also very clear and explains exercises well. My daughter had seen two other PTs but didn’t feel comfortable working with them. Jamie put her at ease and took time to get to know her. She’s very supportive and my daughter is back playing varsity sports after a back injury. I have seen her too for a runner’s injury and I am making good progress in my rehab. The office is also well run.

Fantastic experience: I really love this place...the staff is very friendly and accommodating...I have a big fear of elevators...members of the staff ride the elevator down to get me and ride the elevator back down with me...no one made me feel weird for needing this assistance..physical therapist Jamie Jackson is very knowledgeable...my doctor and her supervisor had no idea what could be wrong with me but Ms Jackson knew what the problem was and describe the symptoms as if she was experiencing them herself after only hearing me partially TRYING to explain what I'm experiencing ..I'm glad that I chose this facility

Jamie and her staff provide excellent professionalism and a special touch that shows that they are truly concerned about you the individual and your well being. When faced with this new and more severe injury I placed myself in the hands of Jamie and the Novacare staff to lead me back to a path of wellness and healing. I truly don't trust anyone to give me the level of attention, support and the push that Jamie does. Thanks so much. Since the time has passed they have now become rush physical therapy and Jamie has continued to show an unprecedented level of expertise and care. I'm truly grateful for her and her staff.

Fantastic experience: Personal caring is part of the healing process at this PT clinic. Getting the appointments set up may take some juggling of your schedule but the effort is well worth it. Whether it's manual/hands-on therapy or repeating exercises on your own under therapist's watchful eye, with directions and comments that are to the point, you begin to feel better and walk taller. And if you are not willing to exercise at home to keep the momentum going, therapist Jamie Jackson may take that into account but she lets you know she is disappointed. I've had good care at several PT clinics around Chicago but I (almost) enjoy coming to Rush Physical Therapy in Hyde Park.

Fantastic experience: The place is clean and quaint. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. Jamie is very friendly and welcoming, too. More importantly, she is very knowledgable. She knows her stuff! Her drills are challenging and I know that they are working to strengthen my injured leg. I also like that she does her homework and sends me home with work to do, too. I was able to follow along in my account to do my exercises. Very well organized. I wanted to go to Athletico originally because it’s close to my house but it is well worth the extra 10-15 minute drive for me to go to Jamie.

Fantastic experience: My p.t. person, Jamie Jackson, is terrific -- listens carefully,, shows flexibility, is very knowledgeable. It's easy to arrange appointments, etc. Altogether satisfactory.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Jamie for a couple of years off and on around back problems and then hip problems, both in prehab and rehab. I have found her to be superb...thoughtful, conscientious, competent and even fun. I have recommended her to several people and will continue to do so.

Every time I had another surgery I have returned to NovaCare Rehabilitation because of the highest quality care the personnel have given me, from the front-desk person to the Manager Physical Therapists. I am most grateful for the constant concern, care and encouragement I have received throughout the years I have been with them.

Fantastic experience: Jamie identified the cause of my breast swelling immediately,. She applied the appropriate treatment plan which gave me positive results within a couple of days from my first physical therapy session. This is remarkable, as I have had 3-4 weeks of physical therapy for the same condition several months ago at another facility, which turned out to be inadequate. The breast swelling was never reduced at the other facility and got worse over time. which eventually, blocked the lymph nodes near my armpits. Never go to the Rehab Institute of Chicago for lymphedema.

Fantastic experience: The Hydepark NovaCare is a great place to rehab. Its Location and indoor parking are nice perks. The best perk is Jaime. Jaime is one of the best physical therapist in Chicago. Over the years I've had numerous good therapist but they're not as complete as Jaime. Jaime is experienced, attentive, patient and always prepared with the a plan. Thanks to Jaime, I feel confident, strong and hopeful that I'll be 100 percent soon.
