She was motivating and kept track of my progress very well. Adele taught me many things on how to manage any discomforts I may be feeling and now I can take those things with me to continue working on. Fantastic experience: I had a terrific experience at Atlas, working with Nikhil and Frank on shoulder pain. My wife had worked with Nikhil on a knee injury last winter and spoke highly of her experience, too. I was impressed with their technical knowledge and the way they were able to make it understandable to me. Also, they were great listening to me describe the issues -- they took the time with me to feel heard.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Atlas Physical Therapy (Central Park location.) I have had lower back issues for years, and after having my first child I experienced a lot of back pain so started seeing Andrea at Atlas PT. She, along with Nate as my exercise specialist, consistently provided me with excellent professional care and helped me with back and pelvic floor recovery during my postpartum period to get me back to pre-pregnancy strength and mobility. Andrea has specialized expertise in working with postpartum patients which was extremely helpful. With past back injuries/flare-ups, I have had a tendency to be impatient with recovery and end up overdoing it and re-injuring myself, but Andrea and Nate kept me on a consistent schedule of care and recovery exercises that allowed me to progress at a strong but safe pace. All of the staff at Atlas were always professional and welcoming, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a good PT!

Fantastic experience: I had such an awesome experience at Atlas Physical Therapy. From the front desk staff being organized and efficient to Frank Barber and Nikhil Patel who assessed me and provided me with a plan to deal with my lower back pain. They provided great direction, support and were always patient with my questions. I feel so much better and will continue to take the great advise I received to minimize my lower back pain.

Fantastic experience: Upon arriving to Atlas Physical Therapy approximately one week after my knee surgery, I was afraid and skeptical because of my past experiences with another physical therapy facility. Also, upon arrival I had a slight accident in the restroom which left a slightly noticeable spot on my clothing, and made me uncomfortable. Andrea took me to a private area and made me feel comfortably right away with her professional skills and observations of my knee, and she was quite gentle with me during her exam. She definitely lived up to the saying “first impressions are lasting impressions.” During the my following visits I experienced nothing but professional care that was extremely comforting to me, and my fears melted away. Andrea was encouraging and gained my complete trust with my care. I exceeded my expectations through out my care at your facility, and found that the facility appearance and staff were very friendly and professional. When I was introduced to another staff member by the name of “Nate” who instructed and assisted me with my exercises, he greeted me with the biggest smile and I immediately felt safe. Nate was excellent at demonstrating my exercises, and he always encouraged me to push through with his positive feed back and encouragement while all the time considering pain level. Also, both Andrea and Nate made sure I always had pillows behind my head for my comfort because after my surgery I became oxygen dependent which eventually I graduated from and did not need during the day. However, even after that they still provided me with pillows to ensure my oxygen level remained normal as I still could not lay flat comfortably. The greatest accomplishment was that my doctors were impressed with my progress, and did not feel the need to threaten me with further corrective actions to the knee if I did not progress in a timely manner based upon my past history with the other knees range of motion after surgery. Finally, I do highly recommend the Atlas Physical Therapy to anyone seeking to have therapy after any surgical procedure or therapy need, and I have already provided high recommendation to my doctors office. Fantastic experience: I worked with Adele as my physical therapist and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and built a plan around me. The schedulers were great too and called if there was a cancellation to get me in sooner. Great experience overall!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Adele Atlas PT. She was very knowledgeable, confident, and caring. Her approach and pace for my PT was perfect. I really enjoyed working with both her and Dana. In addition to it being a positive experience with Adele, the physical therapist, the facility was always clean and well kept.

Fantastic experience: After going to SO many different physical therapists for a variety of issues over the years, finding Atlas was a godsend. In just one month working with Nikhil and Frank my neck pain is drastically improved. By far the best exercise regimens and overall treatment I’ve experienced. All the staff is so friendly and easy going which makes chatting during exercises very enjoyable! Only downside is that I can’t bring them all with me after moving out of Colorado!

Fantastic experience: I went to Andrea and Nate for physical therapy for over a year and they are the best! After a chronic Achilles rupture they helped get me back to my normal and supported me through the process. I definitely recommend Atlas PT! Fantastic experience: I really loved the team I worked with at Atlas. I started going there for my shoulder and because of my EDS, ended up seeing them for my back as well. Andrea and Nate really listened to me and tailored each session to what I needed that day. The home exercise programs they gave me were manageable and helpful. I really noticed an improvement. The office staff, Sophia and Kat, were always kind and helpful. Everyone at the Stapleton office was so personable and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Adele at Atlas helped me in strengthening my core and improving my mobility after my c-section. My back was constantly hurting prior to PT, and I am now so much stronger and have no pain. Fantastic experience: I've been to 3-4 other PT clinics over the last 15 years and I always come back to Atlas. Their hands on work, dry needling, and their mutually agreed upon goals are top notch! Nikhil was flexible in accommodating my schedule and additional problem areas I threw at him and was attentive to my symptoms. Fantastic experience: I have just finished rehab for a hip replacement and a discectomy, and I'm a little sad to be done! Nikhil and Frank, and Andrea and Nate were my teams working with me over the past few months. They were all WONDERFUL. Fantastic experience: I injured my shoulder in a bicycle accident. My shoulder had limited motion. Worked with Lauren Muncy, Maddie Wells, and others at Atlas to “fix” my shoulder. I appreciated their approach and their consistent communication with me. Highly recommend Atlas if you are in need of Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by a neighbor who had a similar back issue - their father in law had used Dr. Alex for years. Had no idea how popular Alex was, but I still was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. My injury seemed to be getting even worse before that appointment, and I called in and spoke to Lauren, who spent 15 or so minutes with me on the phone before I was even really a "patient." That was appreciated! After an initial appointment/consultation with Alex, an obvious pro, I was put at ease and hopeful I would be headed in the right direction. Subsequent to that first appointment, I shifted to work through Dr. Nakil and Frank as a team, and it was always a pleasure working with each of them. Both Nakil and Frank always gave clear instructions, good relief, and make the process enjoyable. The location is bright and views of Denver and the Rocky Mountains from the west side treatment areas are picturesque for AM appointments. Kat in the front was always so kind and friendly too. All in all, I think it is safe to say, no matter who you work with at this practice, you'll be in good hands and on the road to your goals. RING THAT GONG!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Atlas team I was able to go from back injury with minimal mobility and constant pain to being back in the gym in better shape before my injury. Nikhil and Lauren are the best and always answered all my questions. Frank was always a pleasure to work with and kept me entertained while going through my exercises. Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful. Adele took the time to look at my foot, how I walked, stood, and used it before starting my therapy plan. She spent more time on my care that first appointment than the podiatrist I saw did! She was so kind and patient each appointment, and gave me great exercises to do at home. And when my back pain started, she quickly pivoted to provide me great relief and strengthening exercises for it. Adele saved me this summer and now I am pain free in both my foot and back. I am so grateful to her and Atlas for a wonderful healing experience.

Fantastic experience: So thankful to have a skilled, friendly, and affordable PT group in our neighborhood! Lauren did a thorough assessment of my hip injury this summer and created a strengthening program for weak areas. I also tried dry needling, which immensely helped my injury. Fantastic experience: Swimming is a huge part of my life, when I hurt my shoulder everything changed. I couldn’t swim, couldn’t lift and honestly didn’t feel like myself anymore. Fantastic experience: I successfully completed three months of PT at Atlas Central Park in May following a total knee replacement. Nikhil, Frank and Quincy and his exercise therapist were key to my recovery. I've had many therapists over the years at other places for various joint surgeries that were good, but these guys are the best. My recovery for this surgery was painful and difficult, but Nikhil, Frank and Quincy were key in getting me through it. They were caring and patient and tailored treatment to meet the ups and downs of recovery so that I always felt better at the end of the session (less pain and more confident to return and keep working). All the staff at Atlas were kind and helpful and I'm planning to return for treatment in August after another knee replacement. (Met a goal to travel for a month in Europe at 4 months post surgery and did it! My only problem with all the walking was the non-replaced knee that will be replaced this August.)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Altas Physical Therapy since they opened in Uptown over 15 years ago. They always take great care of me, but this time was exceptional. My physical therapist Nakhil was clear and compassionate, always patiently explaining what was causing my pain (a pinched nerve in the shoulder), and what I could expect at various phases of treatment, including an accurate timeline for when pain would dissipate and reassurance along the way that I'd have days with pain, but increasingly have days without. My exercise coach Frank was equally kind and clear, taking me through each movement carefully and ensuring good form. They were both personable, fun care providers – which can be hard to find these days. I have always marveled that the founder Dr. Karl Bebendorf, who I originally saw way back when at the Uptown location, has been able to replicate his tried-and-true methods for healing through physical therapy over all these years and across multiple locations with various staff. My hat's off to all of ya'll!

Fantastic experience: I tore my MCL back in April and stumbled upon Atlas PT when I couldn’t get in quickly to my previous therapist. I was able to get into an appointment the day after I called and started working with Nikhil & Frank. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable and helped me out a ton with my recovery. Unlike most PT offices I’ve been to, I actually had a lot of fun when I would go to an appointment. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Alex Lanton for almost 2 years now to treat my EDS and would highly recommend him to anyone! He is extremely caring and thoughtful when it comes to his treatment, he makes sure he is actively working with you to reach your goals and set new ones, as well as working to improve your quality of life. Alex always amazes me with his depth of knowledge around my conditions and the likely comorbidities, and if there has been something he wasn’t sure on he was always willing to research it and find out more. It is hard to find doctors like Alex who care about their patients, truly listen to them, and work together with them to find the best solution. I was recovering from being bedridden and in a wheelchair when I started seeing Alex and in our time he has helped to build me back up to something I never thought I would get back too, I don’t know where I would be now if I hadn’t started seeing Alex but I am truly grateful to his treatment and would highly recommend him and the team at Atlas Physical Therapy if you are looking for compassionate, intelligent, and human treatment in your physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Alex Lanton with Atlas Physical Therapy assuming I was permanently broken. I've spent years performing endurance sports and had gotten to a point where I was simply gutting through events. I blamed all of my pain on past injuries (including a broken back) and thought that there wasn't much that could be done. Alex's expertise of the human anatomy is incredibly extensive. He has been systematically attacking all of my pain sources and the changes I am feeling are amazing. Alex is super responsive to my questions and concerns (even while I'm traveling) and I feel so fortunate to have found him. It feels tremendous to be able to perform the activities that I have loved dearly.

Fantastic experience: I'm thankful to work with Nikhil and Frank! They both helped me to have full recovery and 100% motion of my left shoulder surgery. They were both very helpful and the exercises that they show me was very easy to understand. They helped and teach me to go through the pain while I was in physical therapy and also strengthen all the muscle for my arm. I made a lot of progress in just a few weeks and get full recovery in the time that they both predicted. I fully recommend this team. Amazing and reliable as persons to trust. Giving always the best effort to make me feel better than when I show for my session. Always caring about my progress.

Fantastic experience: Atlas Physical Therapy is a great place for your physical therapy. With my lower back problems over the years I've seen a few physical therapists in Denver, but I've ultimately settled on Nikhil & Frank. Both are phenomenal working together, and I got the help I needed to recover after my surgery. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. All the guided exercises were available for me with their phone app, which made everything much easier when doing my exercises at home. Sophie at the front desk was also fantastic, on top of things, very friendly and very accommodating. Absolutely highly recommended. Thank you all for your help!

Fantastic experience: Andrea and Nate were such an amazing team in helping me recover from my dislocated kneecap. They are patient, kind, encouraging, and truly cared in helping me make progress in my recovery. They helped me go from 2 crutches, to 1 crutch, to no longer wearing a knee brace/tape, and finally being able to walk normally again within 4 months. I would highly recommend this team to anyone! This is a really nice, fun office that made me feel good about going in every appointment. I also appreciate Cat's kindness and stellar customer service at the front desk.
