Accurate assessments, immediate care, and effective treatment by our hand therapist will reduce the risk of loss of function and expedite your return to what you love to do.
Terry M. " Chris Shott PT is the best of the best at her profession. She has helped myself and my Husband over the last 4 or 5 years. No other PT has offered as much care and precision therapy for us. From neck to feet and hands she has made my life so much better. My Husband has Spinal Stenosis and is 77 she is the only Therapist that has been able to pinpoint his pain and deliver relief. We drive about 50 miles just for her care. You won't be sorry if you choose Chris for your care. The Facility is very modern and all Therapist are very busy when we attend. All the Employees make you feel welcome and are professional. Look no further this is your Relief Station. "
Christian S. "The staff really care about your well being as a whole. I like the extra push & confidence Karen gives me during therapy. This is the place to come for major & minor therapy needs!"
Jane C. "On the recommendation of a canine rehab professional, I began to see Peter, and then, Karen. I am 68 and have dealt with a painful back since my teenage years and have seen numerous therapists and surgeons. Peter was able to remove my pain and I no longer take ibuprofen. I also began to see Karen for thumb pain dating back ten years. What I think anyone will discover is that these are extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring professionals. While not every problem can be completely remedied, I believe that because of my experiences here you will find excellent care."

LoHi Physical Therapy: Reviews
Fantastic experience: I've worked with 2 PTs at different times & both have been awesome. Working with Liana now and I appreciate her bedside manner, humor, knowledge, & efficiency in getting results.
Fantastic experience: In the last year, I have had two surgeries (shoulder and hip). Both of my post op PT have been completed here. I've worked with 3 therapists - 2 active employees (Peter & Terry, both very knowledgeable with expert level acumen, patient, and helpful) and frequently see both the receptionist and office manager (Shelly and Ashleigh) who are so efficient at their jobs! PT stinks - but not at LoHi PT. Happy, warm, and professional, the folks here have made recovery both smooth and successful.
Fantastic experience: I came in with lock jaw. With the needling and therapy from Katherine and Becca, I was back to normal within a couple months. Thank you for all your help!!
Fantastic experience: FIXED MY KNEE IN 1 WEEK! My PT Peter is without a doubt an expert in his field - knowledgeable, explains things well, and takes his time with his patients. He was able to fix my knee that was completely swollen and immobilized within just one visit. Within 2 visits, he had my knee feeling better than it had in a long time!
Fantastic experience: I have only had a few sessions with Becca but she has been amazing! I’ve had a lot of PT experiences in the past, and Becca has a whole-body approach that is so helpful to me. She has affirmed the previous PT work I’ve done and is building off those concepts. She provides good, targeted exercises (not super overwhelming). She listens to what I say is helpful and adjusts here methods to support. I’ve had previous PT experiences that feel very prescribed/only addressing the specific injury. I definitely don’t feel like that here which is super helpful and a relief. Would definitely recommend her/Lohi Physical therapy!
Fantastic experience: Had shoulder surgery in January and Becca + team helped me get back my mobility, strength, and confidence. Good people doing great work.
Fantastic experience: This is maybe the only review I've ever written but I've been dealing with some lower back issues for some time now and after my initial visit, we have diagnosed the underlying issues, found a clear path to recovery and already feeling relief in the problem areas. Highly recommend Terry at LoHi.
Fantastic experience: Came in with a bad knee unable to do stairs and limping along more than walking, and Chris Shott was able to help me improve dramatically over 6 weeks, one little success at a time. She gave just what I could manage each week, I’d do the work (you gotta do the work!), and see improvement. This iterative and incremental approach was exactly what I needed both mentally and physically, so I could see results quickly and celebrate the little wins. She was very supportive and treated me with kindness and grace. I’m thrilled with the results! Parking is no problem (even if the lot is full there’s plenty of street parking), felt safe, clean building. Receptionist Shelly is awesome and will patiently work with you on scheduling.
Fantastic experience: I came in to deal with a lot of long term climbing related issues and have been super happy with the treatment and results from Becca, Katherine, and Karen. Becca and Katherine are some of the best dry needlers I've ever seen (and I've seen dozens of different PTs), while my one session (so far) with the hand specialist Karen was amazing. Looking forward to being active again!

Fantastic experience: Becca is AMAZING!! After a serious ankle sprain, I tired all of the at home therapies for a few months but nothing worked to heal the pain. I finally relented and decided I needed physical therapy. After working with Becca for a few months, I'm now officially 100% with my ankle! I've not only gained strength and flexibility in my ankle, but also my entire lower body through the at home exercises and techniques provided by Becca. She really takes the time to listen to and educate clients. The rest of the office is super friendly too! I'm so thankful to have found LoHi PT!
Fantastic experience: Peter is Excellent!! I broke my back in 3 places after a cliff jumping accident which left me on bed rest for 4 weeks followed by a body brace for 8. Before my accident I regularly competed in fitness competitions and spent at least 2 hours at the gym 5-6 days a week. After the accident, walking even a short distance was painful and I would often get shooting sciatic pain through my leg and hips. Not to mention the pain throughout my back from the slightest bit of twisting or bending. At 7 months after my accident, I began phys. therapy. I tried 2 other therapists a few times each without success. It wasn't that the therapists were bad but they would simply give me at home exercises to do or do dry-needling, both of which would significantly intensify my pain. I was recommended to Peter through a friend of a friend and am so thankful I gave him a call! I started seeing Peter 2x a week and within a month I was able to drop it down to 1x a week for another 1-2 months! Given the extent of my accident, this was amazing for me. In fact, one of my doctors had told me it would be at least a year before I was recovered enough to start back in the gym with any level of normalcy. Today I am one month out from the "anniversary" of my accident, and owe a HUGE THANK YOU to Peter because for all intents and purposes I am leading a normal life again; I am working out regularly and on my way back to my version of "normal" in the gym! Truly, I could not have done it without Peter's excellent care. What made him different from the other two? He would have me try different movements and from there always knew exactly what was constricting the motion and causing the pain. After he evaluated me at the beginning of each appt, he would use a range of treatments from trigger point therapy to stretching to "flossing the nerve" to get my body to calm down and release. He said my body was still stuck in fight mode to protect itself which was causing a domino effect of tightened muscles and pinched nerves throughout my body, neck down to my feet. And clearly he knew what he was talking about! He was able to work everything out, relieve the pain, and help me regain motion again. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are in pain or recovering from an accident, Peter and LoHi PT is the way to go!! Oh, and last but not least, his staff is great as well! Emily is so friendly and always more than happy to help find time for appts, reschedule appts and maneuver calendars as needed. She would happily call my ins. company if ever I had questions about coverage or how many appts I had left. Thank you Emily for always going above and beyond to make your patients feel welcome and comfortable!
Fantastic experience: Karen Voss is at the top of her game in the PT world!! One of the best in Colorado for what see does because she is thoughtful, incredibly knowledgeable and gives a personal feel to every session. Highly recommend LoHi PT to anybody going through any type of rehabilitation as the whole staff is world class. From Emily at the front desk to Peter, these people care about making you whole and healthy again!!
Fantastic experience: I was referred to LoHi for physical therapy for a wrist fracture. After surgery I could hardly move my wrist and there was a lot swelling and pain. I was assigned to Dr. Karen Voss who in my opinion is an expert in rehabilitation. Even after the first week of exercises and stretching, I began regain mobility. Over the course of 8 weeks, I now have near full range of motion with my wrist and arm! Karen also applied ultra sound therapy during some sessions which helped for some stubborn tendons and muscle. She also uses a really convenient online portal where she can assign specific exercises for patients to reference. I was able to download PDF versions to my phone so that I always had my excersise plan with me. This was really helpful in staying motivated and performing therapy on my own. Emily, there front desk and scheduling assistant is super friendly and was nice to work with regarding appointments and billing. In summary I would totally recommend Karen and LoHi to anyone in need of physical therapy. You will not be disappointed and you will get better!
Fantastic experience: Karen is very detailed and helpful PT. Appreciate her work done on my wrist.
Fantastic experience: They seem knowledgeable and friendly to me. I feel like a lot of poor reviews are due to the fact that either 1. they're not following PT directions or 2. have some problems with their insurance and don't want to pay. These people have no control of either of these factors. They're there to train you, of course they will boss you.
Fantastic experience: Tiffany is an amazing physical therapist. She was able to progress me from a basically immobile arm, to a complete restoration of my range of motion and strength. Also Rose is great receptionist. Always has a great attitude & a pleasure to schedule appointments with. Keep up the great work guys
