Fantastic experience: Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. This is a wonderful thing when you're going in for rehab, starts the process off right. Everyone even the security and parking staff is kind and patient. Definitely one of the best medical facilities around!

Fantastic experience: I want to convey my deepest appreciation and thanks for all the help and support the crews of the 3rd floor and the PT and OT rehabilitation team at RIM gave me. Your level of professionalism from housekeeping, transport, food services, PCAs, RNs, PT and OT to the highest echelons was inspiring. Without you I would not have developed the motivation to properly advance myself. I have the highest respect for you all and your commitment to helping others with your knowledge and skills. I can’t express enough the 5 star AAAAA+++++ level of service I experienced. You should be proud of yourselves for you are awesome. Never once in my stay was I disappointed or lacking in service or care. I salute you all and will miss your smiling faces and pleasant and cheerful manner. Fantastic experience: I Love the design of it. When you walk in its open, CLEAN, smells good& even the staff, if there having a bad day I never knew it. I've been a off & on patient since 2004. I Love the ladies at the information desk, always with a smile. You walk in the pool area SCARED & they make you feel at ease. It's like that in the gym too. Just a good place to go when you trying to get rid of pain! I thank all the staff at the RIM Center!

Fantastic experience: My husband was here for 10 days, with a noxious brain injury following cardiac arrest. He was in the hospital for 30 days prior and couldn’t comprehend or manage thoughts. Could barely remember who people were, what year, day, season or where he was. In 2 days @ RIM he made marked improvement in 10 days he was 75% the guy he was before the CA. Now 7 months later he’s 90% the guy he was. I owe this 2nd chance to RIM and their staff, support and hard work. THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: I had a Stroke back in February this year 2023 I was transfered to RIM for my therapy. When I got to RIM I couldn't stand, sit up, couldn't hold my right hand up,basically I could not do much for myself. My team on the 6th floor really worked hard with me. I want to really thank Stephanie, Andrew, and Megan for the help and encouragement they gave me. I highly recommend RIM. The entire 6th floor was excellent.

I also want to say that I’m going to miss Dr.Smith she was a beautiful spirit i love her hate that she is leaving RIM. Fantastic experience: Amazing physical and occupational therapy. Everyone at RIM was so friendly and supportive. They was so patient with me and refused to let me give up. I had a stroke and was paralyzed on my left side and trouble speaking. I cried every day. Everyone was so nice and patient with me. I’m back walking and feeling good and doing just about everything. Thank you RIM ♥️

Fantastic experience: I was here for a month after a terrible case of Covid Pneumonia which left me incapacitated from January to June. I was completely bedridden and couldn't do so much as hold light items. This is my story from late June to August 3rd, here at RIM. The experience here was phenomenal. I was on the 4th level and every day (besides weekends) I was out in the gym area doing 90 minutes of Physical and Occupational Therapy with a mixture of Speech. It was very hard at first, painful even, but my therapist had to be the nicest people I ever had the pleasure of meeting during my time. I'm unsure if I can name people, so I'll leave that a secret. You know who you are though. I was constantly at my breaking point. Tired every day due to all the physical output required for me since I essentially lost all of my muscle mass. I constantly needed a nurse or PCA to tend to my basic bodily needs. I can't express how grateful I was to have people clean me constantly (and I will always apologize for that). Thank goodness I could feed myself at least, I would've felt worst! I'm sure many other patients got depressed, I sure did. It's hard being in that position and, besides the grueling therapies, there's nothing to do but contemplate life and think about the future and the what if's. That's fine, but you gotta remember, you're in a place designed to get your mobility back! I'm kind of kicking myself in the foot for being so depressed at first because my progress was very slow. Very VERY slow. I too had those thoughts that I was stuck being wheelchair bound and mostly bedridden. Listen... you will get better. Your muscles and stretches will return. As of this day, December 3rd of the same year, I'm finally walking again, thanks to the help of these therapist here. But I'm getting ahead of myself, another part of RIM helped me improve as an outpatient, not this place (though it definitely got me started, no doubt!). Food-wise... goodness, it was fantastic. When I got here, I was cleared to have a full diet and goodness was their stuff GOOD. Special shout outs to this one food service lady who cut, opened, and helped set me up every single time. I hope you're still there, you were the best and I bet a lot of patients feel the same way. No one else did NEARLY as good as you did. Took orders well, delivered in a timely fashion, and always repeated what that day's food was. I did have one bad thing to say, but I wouldn't drop a star for it. My caseworker... did little for me. My family members were very confused about what to do and the caseworker seemed to be "on vacation" half the time. In fact, get this, the day of my discharge... they didn't get me a transport... Seriously? I had a PCA with me on the 1st floor when this happened. They were absolutely livid that my caseworker didn't prepare a transport for me, still stuck in a wheelchair and could very briefly stand. Very unprofessional and just a kick in the rear for my entire family that was present. Anyways, this is getting long. Final words, just want to say RIM did what they had to do. Thank you to all the staff and therapists that attended to me. I'll never forget this place. Thank you, truly.

From the warm welcomings , pleasant assertiveness, clean , warm , friendly and quiet environment. The doctors like Mr.Berwick who was extremely informative and physical therapy physicians like Kaisey who was amazing at treating my injury and prepared me for best strengthening results upon discharged. At this place they are guaranteed to live by there motto and that’s make every patient feel special and super cared for leave a long lasting impression. Choosing this place for recovery and treatment will be one of your best decision for sure

Fantastic experience: After the many times I have went for different types of therapy there, I have never been disappointed. I always had a caring , superb therapist. Right now I am there for occupational therapy and Elaine S. Is a senior therapist there and I highly recommend her. She loves her patients and is very approachable. Elaine goes above and beyond!
