Fantastic experience: Just about everything.

Fantastic experience: I just had a hip arthroscopy surgery this past Tuesday, August 30th, 2022. My surgeon was Dr. Lynch. When I tell you out of all the Dr's I've had, which is many because I've battled a lot of health issues since 14; I am now 33, Dr. Lynch and his team is the most amazing team I have ever had! 1000 out of 10! Thank you doesn't even begin to describe the gratitude I feel towards them. Love, love, loved my surgerical team. I've never been happier and post recovery is the best I have ever had. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Positive experience: Let me say, no reason for a reply. I went with my adult son to have his stitches removed from surgery and the male representative at the desk begin to ask him about insurance which my son knows is a part of the process; however, when he begin to explain it should be taken care and should be already in the system so my son was not happy about the concern of billing.....long truth short...the representative went to a staff member to discuss his experience with my son, when I overheard "I got your back". It made me very uncomfortable so i made my concern known to both. I did not like the first representative advising me he was Muslim, your faith has nothing to do with your job performance. Knowledge speaks but Wisdom listens.
