Fantastic experience: Very thorough and so friendly and helpful with questions

Fantastic experience: Had excellent therapy for BPPV from Ryan Milush, PT, DPT Physical Therapist at NovaCare Didn’t have to wait long to get the needed appointment ordered by my doctor, and I had good results in a short time. Also given exercises to do at home for possible reoccurrence.

Fantastic experience: Ryan is very personable. Takes the time to let you know the plan, the exercises needed to achieve your goal and explains what area is being worked and how it effects the rest of the body.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my NP for gluteal pain so severe I had to hold on to things to walk and spent most of my day laying on a heating pad. I was scheduled quickly, and physical therapist Ryan Milush, DPT did a thorough eval and put together a plan of treatment that was updated each visit. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and was very encouraging. By the end of treatment, the pain was gone, and I have exercises to continue to help prevent a recurrence. I am back to doing all my regular activities and couldn't be happier with the care I received. Shari who schedules and handles paperwork was great as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was in an auto accident 4 mos ago. Before getting referred to NovaCare, I was being treated by a chiropractic office and then an ortho. I felt like just another number or even just a $$ sign at those offices. Finally I feel like I'm getting some personalized treatment and actually being listened to!!! Thanks Jake and NovaCare!!!

Fantastic experience: Rachel was amazing, she got to the root issue of my hip pain and started to help the first day I walked in. 10 sessions later and what I though a month ago was impossible I am doing. I can lift weights, ride a bike, and even jog all of these used to cause so much pain but now are painless. I was given so much guidance and now can do all the stretches and strength exercise to continue my recovery. Thank you so much I highly recommend NovaCare!

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my foot doctor for a dry needling treatment. I was definitely not expecting it to work but thought I would give it a try. It work! The staff and the PT's (Austen) were amazing. It was easy to schedule appts and the service was great.

Fantastic experience: Austen is awesome! He takes his time with each patient. When assigning exercises, he makes sure the exercises are controlled and slow when you are doing them. He doesn't rush through them. He was attentive and friendly. He listened and provided feedback. I highly recommend this Nova Care Clinic and Austen.

Fantastic experience: Austen Hutton is the greatest! He is very personable and erudite. With his guidance, I am regaining the use of my ankle after surgery. Austen made hard work and a difficult situation seem less disastrous and more manageable. My physical therapy has been an enjoyable experience rather than something I wanted to avoid. Chara is friendly, efficient, and very accommodating when making appointments. I recommend this clinic highly!

He not only helps him with the therapy but also engages in relatable conversation. We never have to wait long after our appointment time, they take him right back! They ensure he has every tool he needs to get better and prevent further injury! I'm overly satisfied with the care!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to NovaCare on Merriman Road (in the valley) for a few weeks and have found that Austen Hutton has all the qualities of an exceptional physical therapist. He is knowledgeable, experienced, well organized and adaptable to the client’s needs. I appreciate that he works closely with me in planning my treatment and is attentive at assessing even small improvements that result from therapy. Austin responds well to my feedback (and bad days) and will adjust the plan for the day while staying within the framework for treatment so that I am still making progress. He is easy going and a good conversationalist, which makes appointment times go smoothly. I also appreciate the flexibility of getting days and times that I need, and Chara is very efficient at making reasonable changes happen. This team is very easy to work with and I recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for Physical Therapy at Nova for an issue with my neck for about a month now. I am extremely pleased with the treatment I have received. I have gone for Physical Therapy two other times over the years, at another location, and have not had the positive results that I have experienced with the treatment I am receiving at Nova. I cannot say enough, how pleased I am. Everyone that I have received care from has listened to the problems I have been having and has been able to help me work through my neck issues. Most of my treatments have been by Rachel. She is absolutely wonderful. She is very caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable in physical therapy. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with a PT issue. I am extremely pleased with NovaCare.

Fantastic experience: In the past five years I’ve had 3 back operations and 2 hip replacements. Previously I attended 4 other rehab facilities but was so disappointed with the staff and results. The staff at NovaCare Rehab on Merriman Road is wonderful. Rachel listened to my symptoms and began treatment that has been effective and producing wonderful results. I highly recommend them for anyone considering rehab.

Fantastic experience: This is the best physical therapy place I have been to. I went to another organization for PT and after 3 sessions looked for somewhere else to go. Since I've been coming here, my pain has been drastically reduced and my range of motion has increased. I highly recommend these folks and a special shout out to Rachel for her guidance and massage techniques to workout the knots in my neck muscles. Jeanette Deltour

Fantastic experience: Rachel is awsome and friendly. I have been working with her for about a week following ankle surgery. She pushes you, but not to the extent that you want to cry. I have gained so much movement in my ankle, I can actually go up and down stairs "normaly". I have not been able to do that for 5 years.
