Fantastic experience: I want to highly recommend them to anyone that needs there joints need pulled lol, there the greatest. I loved all the aids, n therapist. Colby, Matt n Daniel are great. There they sweetest, talkative people you will meet. They do there jobs really well, they help get you right. Highly recommend this place. The receptionist she's the sweetest n very helpful. Fantastic experience: Just finished 16 miles this past weekend and I feel better than ever. The knees get a HINT sore every now and again, but the dynamic warm up prior to running and the static stretching afterwards PLUS Strength training has worked immensely. Can't thank the team at Athletico enough for their program, support, and encouragement through my FIRST ever Physical therapy journey. What a great group they have there as well that makes PT a lot more fun.

Fantastic experience: I want to SHOUTOUT My PT family Daniel, Kolby, Noah, Collin, and Katilyn and everyone else that was part of the action. I came to them on the edge of giving up on PT due to my shoulder's locking up and bad previous PT issues plus scared but from the phone call with Noah and walking into the building and getting greeted by the whole team with or without patients made me feel big welcomed. (First impression says a lot)! During those 4 months of PT Daniel and Kolby and Katilyn worked with my crazy schedule to make sure that I got in when needed and days Daniel was booked Kolby didn't mind seeing me at 7am. I feel this place is NOT ALL about the money they stick to the word of helping to get you back to normal. Daniel and Kolby thanks so much for insuring me that this 1 month away from PT is not as scary and I can do this plus providing me instructions to finish the course until Aug and for answering all the questions I had scared, worried and all the transparency is one of a kind! Also, Daniel is the Goat to Dry Needling I truly recommend this to anybody if they treatment allows. Thanks again and keep up the good work! Althetico Monument Circle holds the #1 Torphy!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: As someone who appears to be prone to injury, along with experiencing the ups and downs of chronic pain, I’d venture to say I am somewhat of a savant in the world of physical therapy (wink, wink). But all joking aside, the word “PT” usually rattles or at least rattled a slew of dismal memories and feelings. Memories involving multiple therapists, facilities, and endless creation of treatment plans -- from ankles, to knees, to hips, to low back, to shoulders, to nerve pain, etc., with little relief ever in sight -- I pretty much lost faith in all things PT related. Physical therapy became nothing but one daunting, time consuming, and downright unpleasant process. It made me question and doubt its effectiveness and objectives. I certainly am not one to hold back on how I feel and more times than not I am a “glass half empty” kind of girl -- specifically when it comes to tackling chronic pain -- or just my luck in general (not winking). Patience is hard. So naturally, when I endured another, yet painful injury, I had little motivation or desire to start the whole healing journey once again. That was until I stumbled into Athletico Physical Therapy on Monument Circle… I rehabbed at Athletico for a year and some change -- which in and of itself warrants this outstanding review (wink, wink). I kept on coming back for all those injuries that were truly never healed before. I can state with the utmost confidence this place was anything but unpleasant or daunting. Although still time consuming, this experience was different than all the others and I found myself having the determination and support to keep coming back --- unequivocally leading to a successful recovery. Athletico transferred the negative connotation of the word PT to a positive, rewarding, and trusting side of the physical therapy process. Your family at Athletico - Colby, Danny (aka Daniel), Kaitlyn, Noah, Keith, Jarrett, and all those whom were forced to listen to my sassy doubt, lure of questions, tiredness, and anything else I was feeling that day -- exceeded my expectations by creating a space that allowed me and anyone else to express their deepest concerns. In return, I was met with validation, openness, a plan of action I had a say in, and the determination by each team member to make me feel my optimal self. The gym has never felt better! Fantastic experience: Injured my shoulder playing softball and scheduled PT sessions with Athletico at the recommendation of my doctor. The place was super convenient to my schedule and where I lived. I walked to each appt. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the start. Rehabbing can be tough but the staff made the experience very enjoyable. Big s/o to my main PT guys Matt and Colby. I greatly appreciate all the work and positive energy. Thank you to the rest of the team as well for your support.

Fantastic experience: Colby, Matt, and the lads did everything in their power to get my hip flexor rehabbed in time for the Indy Mini. And when that failed they created a customized plan to get me back to running. These guys really care about their customers. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Athletico is the best!! I’m a nurse and have been dealing with a work injury for over a year. I had gone through lots of physical therapy somewhere else that had done nothing to help my pain. My doctor recommended Athletico and I’m so glad he did! They had me feeling better after my very first appointment!! They really took the time to listen to my issues and developed a plan to get me back to work. When we had a few setbacks and new problems pop up, they even called my doctor to discuss, rather than writing a complicated note. They were great at setting up a home plan and explaining all the exercises well. Such great care plus a fun environment. Everyone there is friendly and they seem to really care about your progress. Fantastic experience: Two years ago I came to this clinic for work (as an interpreter for a patient), I met the team and was impressed by the level of professionalism and enjoyment they all had. End of last year I came back to work with another patient, again as their interpreter, and was excited to be back. This year, I was in need of Physical Therapy, without a doubt in my mind, I decided to come here as a patient. I had a blast and of course they were great at what they do. Their knowledge is superb, considering how young they all are. The whole team is very nice, really fun and great overall. They are exceptional. Keep at it, guys. I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone in need of PT to come to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had both Colby and Daniel while rehabbing an injury. They both were fantastic and put together the perfect plan of pushing my rehab, but not pushing too much as to re-injure myself. The entire team is really personable and I always looked forward to my appointments each week.

Fantastic experience: I completed physical therapy here recently and I really enjoyed it. Everyone who works there were always very friendly and personable. I felt a lot of improvements in my injury. They were always really good at listening and answering my questions as to why I was feeling the way I was feeling and why they were having me do what I was doing when it came to exercises. I would always look forward to going to my appointments as it felt like a nice break in my day opposed to a chore I had to complete. They also had good movie recommendations, fun music playing all the time, and good shooting skills in their competition of shooting towels into the hamper. All of which are an obvious bonus to the excellent care and work they have for their patients. It all felt very personal and I felt like I reached the goals I was set out to. If you are looking into going to physical therapy I would highly recommend going here. :)

Fantastic experience: Over the years I've spent a lot of time and money on massage, chiropractic care, etc. to treat my back pain. After my husband went there and had great results, I gave them a try. They have been nothing but fantastic!! Plus physical therapy as an intervention is unbelievably powerful and precise. They have so many tools and resources for you. Please go!! Plus they're just fun to hang out with while you're in there. Just stop in and ask them how they can help and they'll get you set up with an appointment.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I both have knee issues. She has had partial replacements of both knees and I am facing a partial replacement of my right knee. We have prescriptions for physical therapy (since we are way beyond Medicare age) and a recommendation from our orthopedic surgeon to go to the Athletico facility just off of Monument Circle. We have both been very pleased with our therapists, the facility and the staff. They were able to arrange things so that we could both be there at the same time. We’re doing different things because she is post-op and I am pre-op, and her replacements were medial while mine will be lateral. We have found everyone there is good at what he or she does. There are two therapists plus some interns who are studying to become therapists. Each of the therapists could not be nicer and each gives utmost consideration to what we are dealing with. Importantly (at least to us), each has a good sense of humor. Colby has been working with my wife and Daniel has been working with me. And they are both outstanding. The intern, Brenna, who has been working with each of us also shares the sense of humor and adds to the overall treatment. The facility is clean, airy and bright. The person who runs the front desk, Katie, is always friendly and helpful. In short, based upon our experience we give this place our highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience with the Athletico Physical Therapy Monument Circle team! I came to them in need of physical therapy for my back. The PT team was very patient, accommodating, kind, and fun to hang out with. I completed my last therapy session in December feeling a lot better than I started. Again, they are an amazing team that makes sure you're taken care of - including free parking!

Fantastic experience: I had PT for shoulder pain and each one of the therapists were extremely kind and thorough, friendly and very happy to be there helping people get better. Enjoying what you do is a good thing!- and it shows! I am having rotator cuff surgery in a couple months and will no doubt need lots more therapy- so I do know I will be in good hands in my recovery- even if I have to listen to new country doing it.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely adore the staff at this facility! Daniel and Colby are amazing and worked with me for months to address my most recent injury and a past injury that was causing chronic pain. It felt really hopeless at first when I had hurt myself in October, but six months later and I could not be happier with the results! Also, dry needling is - if Daniel ever mentions it, definitely get it because it alleviated most of my pain associated with my chronic pain. Oh and they validate your parking for the garage on Penn!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed a round of PT sessions at this location due to some issues I developed when pushing too hard weight lifting. Daniel, Colby, Brenna, and everyone else at this location are amazing! My sessions definitely felt more “customized” to my issues and what I could do, physically, and wasn’t just a cookie cutter “this is what we do for this injury” that I’ve seen at other PT locations. I definitely feel like the issue I had going in was “fixed” and everyone helped me understand what I could do, after all the sessions were over, to prevent it from flaring up again. If I ever need any PT in the future, or if my friends start having the old aches and pains, I will absolutely recommend this location with their fantastic staff!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very professional & friendly. They explain & assist in the physical therapy. I have had on going health issues & Athletico has made every accommodation to work with me! I find it an open, happy atmosphere which makes it fun to meet the goals we set. Fantastic experience: I've gone to Athletico twice now for different injuries and both times the entire team has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and most importantly helpful! I've worked specifically with Daniel who has gotten me back to full strength twice now. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and has curated specific routines for in office visits and for me to complete at home. On a couple occasions I've also worked with Colby who was equally as great! The rest of the staff also have a great vibe and all know how to be productive while building relationships and sharing a laugh. Will definitely return when I without a doubt injure something else.

Colby, Daniel, Jarrtt, Brenna and Sydney are absolutely marvelous and very experienced in their therapeutic treatment. Fantastic experience: When I arrived at Athletico, I had multiple issues going on with my back, neck and shoulder. Not only did Daniel and Colby (as well as all of the staff from intake to the PTA's) take the time to listen to my concerns, they did everything in their power to make sure my care has been custom tailored to my specific needs. The feel is definitely there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach, as I have experienced with other facilities in the past. The best part is, they were able to get the numbness in my hand to resolve even faster than multiple people indicated would happen. I cannot recommend this facility more highly and I know you'll be very satisfied with the care you receive.

Fantastic experience: I have had a phenomenal experience at the Athletico downtown Indianapolis. Every time I come into the clinic everyone is welcoming and loves to have a laugh. Both Colby and Daniel are intelligent physical therapist. They not only know what they are doing with therapy, but they also are willing to make genuine relationships with their clients. Their energy motivates me to continue my home program on days that I am not in therapy. Specifically, I would like to say Colby has worked with me for over 5 months now. Through my ups and downs with my injury, he has always been encouraging, sympathetic, and listens to how I am feeling. He is understanding of an athletes motivation to get back to sport and at the same time working to heal the injury. Shoutout to all the other staff at the facility (rehabilitation techs and office manager/front desk) for making AthletiCo a great place to come for physical therapy. A lot of the time they are the first people you interact with when entering the facility or at the start of a PT session, so it is encouraging that they care about the clients too.

Fantastic experience: The staff are so amazing here. Really helpful, always friendly, and definitely know what they’re doing. As an active person, getting my injury rehab’d was so important to me and I can honestly say I feel 100% better having gone through treatment. Especially with dry needling - which Daniel does. Almost sad to be done!

Fantastic experience: For eight weeks (16 sessions) I had excellent treatment at Athletico near The Circle by manager Anna Thomas and her colleagues for “arthritically degenerative discs” which caused a painful neck problem and inflexibility. I was impressed by the sense of cooperation and mutual support of the staff, the positive attitude, and the friendly atmosphere. My wife also had the same kind of service there a year before.

Very knowledgeable, and professional yet friendly, it was a pleasure to have her treat, largely successfully, my tendon and muscle issues that came from my job throwing boxes at FedEx.I also give the same props to Alexa, Miranda, Dustin, Leslie, and Kim, who at various stages also helped to mend me. Fantastic experience: As an aging, active over 50 female, I feel like my body is like a car - slowly breaking down. But the Physical Therapists at Athletico are great! I rehabed a knee surgery with them a couple years ago and most recently wanted to be proactive about a back issue I was having. I was tired of going to a Chiropractor getting relief, but no lasting results. PT Miranda worked with me and provided easy, yet effective exercises that have had a profound impact! Doing these daily simple exercises did the trick! The staff here are super friendly and it's a positive, fun experience. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very respectful and friendly. I had severe lower back pain, and I had the chance to be seen directly. Miranda Robles took good care of me until I've been relieved within six sessions only. She is very kind, knowledgable, and respectful. She creates home exercises for me, which I still have access to after discharge. Garage parking is available for clients. The facility atmosphere is super friendly and well equipped. Fantastic experience: I have been doing PT under Miranda Robeles and she has been wonderful! I truly enjoy my time with her each session. She has helped push me to get the movement I need to be normal again. She is amazing at what she does, I feel I’ve gained a friend in the process! Fantastic experience: I started looking for physical therapy places near the downtown Indianapolis area after receiving a script from my primary doctor for a hairline fracture in my back. I ultimately choose Athletico due to all the great reviews, and I’m so happy I did! I meet with Miranda 3x a week and have been coming for 3 weeks now... I’m so thankful for the progress. Outside of it being a very convienant location for me personally, the staff is awesome and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Miranda has gone above and beyond to show me so many different types of stretches and workouts that are safe for my lower back. After working with her consistently I feel a huge different in my stability and flexibility as well. My pain tolerance has always been pretty high, but now I don’t have to worry about being sore/achey/constantly in uncomfortable pain due to everything we work on in session. I also have a take home workout to do to make sure I stay on top of it at home/on my off days from physical therapy. Overall satisfied with my sessions so far, and Miranda is awesome!
