Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience here. I called IROC for physical therapy and it was easy to get setup as a new client. They didn't have availability for a couple weeks but added me to their waitlist. Happily, they called a couple days later when a spot opened up. Amy was my physical therapist. She was PHENOMENAL. Amy the Amazing! I'm not exaggerating when I say it was a life changing experience. She started by asking about my pain level, 1 to 10. I explained that all the time it's a 1, but I can live with that. Now it's a 4 and that's too much. She was optimistic that she could help not only with the acute pain, but with the chronic pain as well. The exercises she taught me were easy to remember and execute at home. I'm feeling better than ever. On my first visit, Amy estimated how many weeks of physical therapy I'd need, then they scheduled ALL my appointments. It was so nice to have that out of the way and not have to schedule new appointments each week. Expect to be sore. My initial injury pain was slowly replaced by that good post-workout soreness, but it definitely wasn't a pain free experience. Do the exercises. You're literally only hurting yourself if you skip them.

Fantastic experience: My doctor recommended IROC for therapy to overcome the pain in both of my shoulders. After I started the exercises specified by the therapist, the pain was gone after one day.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a well known Athletic Trainer and it turned out to be one of the best referrals I could get.after total knee replacement I was struggling bending my knee, after several sessions at IROC , I was bending and walking much better. Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and their gym is very nicely equipped and clean. They are gentle with your body and show you the most important exercises and stretches that are beneficial for your body’s problem. I think everyone gets a. feel that they get one on one treatment. Fantastic experience: When I started experiencing shoulder and upper arm pain, I called IROC and requested an appointment with Frank to assess my problem. After 6 weeks of PT twice a week, the pain is gone and I have exercises to continue stretching and strengthening at home. This was the third time I worked with Frank, Bryson and all the warm friendly members of his staff. They truly want to help you become stronger, more mobile and pain free. I would highly recommend IROC!

Fantastic experience: The Physical Therapists and PT aides are all personable, friendly, and good listeners. The therapy was sometimes hard but effective and staff was good at challenging me as well as encouraging me. If I am in need of PT in the future I will.certainly be returning to IROC.

Fantastic experience: I've had numerous bouts with different physical therapists over the years, but none utilized such a comprehensive and informative routine as Kurt Bonner. The more I comprehend the physiology behind my pain and understand how the exercises are helping me, the more beneficial the therapy is. Kurt really knows his stuff and he applies it in a congenial and very entertaining environment while explaining what he's doing and why. I look forward to my sessions instead of dreading them.

Fantastic experience: Kurt at the Avon location is the BEST! He guided me thru rehabillation after rotator cuff, labrum and bicep tendon surgery, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. He is very knowledgeable regarding appropriate therapies/exercises and he thoroughly explains the purpose for each of the exercises and why they are important. I'm convienced my recovery would not have been so successful without his guidance and interventions. My surgeon was so impressed with my recovery, range of motion, and strength that he released me to full activity 2 months ahead of schedule. If you want to get back to full presurgery activities as quickly as possible, see Kurt! You wont regret it! Plus, he makes therapy fun.

Fantastic experience: IROC Rocks! The staff is very professional, friendly and welcoming. It was always fun seeing familiar faces in the clientele and the staff always welcomes you by name. Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the staff at IROC. I've needed PT for multiple problems including foot, elbow, and shoulder. They've done a great job with the initial workup, hands on treatment, and prescribing home exercises. The staff has also been very friendly and they have scheduling options from early morning to late afternoon. When I've had insurance to cover PT, they filed the insurance for me. When I paid cash for a while, I was able to understand the charges up front before we started. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I came to IROC as a final alternative to surgery to alleviate my pain from sciatica. When I started therapy I couldn’t comfortably walk without a cane. Fantastic experience: Everyone is warmly welcomed upon arrival. It’s team therapy and as much fun as therapy can be. IROC is a highly qualified pain management clinic. All of the therapists are great and as they teach also you will always be attended and/or assisted. IROC goes beyond CDC requirements. I will be returning because after thirty years of physical therapy I feel at home there.

Fantastic experience: After a poor experience with the “chain” physical therapy approach to rehab of my rotator cuff surgery and torn ligaments in my ankle, I was so grateful to IROC and your “hands on” approach to therapy. Fantastic experience: My experience with IROC PT was A+. Everyone was kind, considerate, and friendly. They knew what they were doing and helped me with my back pain and sciatica immensely. I've had one surgery and several spinal injections, they helped as much as any injection. They also helped put me on a path to make the improvement last. Over the years I have gone to a number of locations in the Indianapolis area for physical therapy. The therapists at IROC, led by owner Frank Klene, are friendly and caring. They work to build up the strength and flexibility of their patients, while being careful that the patients don’t injure themselves in the process. The staff always greets you by name, and they obviously enjoy working together. The atmosphere is great with upbeat music and friendly conversation, making your experience there to be a joyful one. While leaving a session recently, a fellow patient said “I always feel energized when I leave IROC”. I couldn’t agree more!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to IROC by my ortho surgeon post surgery and I was so impressed with every staff member. I resolved issues until a further surgery. I recently returned to IROC to get evaluated by Frank for a back issue that just popped up after using a rowing machine. 6 weeks later I am back at the gym, I have a play book of exercises to strengthen my glutes and abs and so thankful for each and every person at IROC. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, timely, attentive and just darn good people. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everyone IROC has been great to work with! They are very kind and knowledgeable. My hip had been hurting for a few weeks. It was painful to even put weight on my leg. After physical therapy, there was complete resolution of this problem!

Fantastic experience: In 2018, I had severe back and neck pain. Many days I could not ride in a car, the motion was to painful. My doctor told me to check out IROC, where he went. I went and after an evaluation, they set to work on me. I not only exercised at IROC, I was given 'homework ' assignments! I still go through a set of exercises that the staff advised me on. They were thorough in their diagnoses, the staff was thoughtful and supportive during the early rough days. Frank Klene and his staff took me through a Live Changing experience and I cannot say enough about the quality at IROC.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend IROC Physical Therapy! I have a very physical job, and I have had to have physical therapy for varying injuries. IROC is by far the best place I have been for rehabilitation. The space is great, and the equipment is up to date. They have anything you need to rehabilitate your body from injury or illness. Fantastic experience: My podiatrist recommended IROC when I wasn't progressing as I wanted after foot surgery for plantar fasciitis. (perhaps I wouldn't have needed the surgery if I went there sooner!). I was able to get stretches and exercises to fit my specific rehab needs and got to have all of my questions answered. I primarily worked with Amy- she was knowledgeable, easy to work with and also managed to keep me on course. I really appreciate all of her help and patience. And most importantly, I am back to full function, and quicker than the doctor expected. Thank you so much!!!
