Select Physical Therapy - Indy - North

Fantastic experience: My experience with Select PT Indy North has been excellent, especially because of my wonderful therapist, Bill Beck. I had a doctor's order for PT to help with a cervical disk/pinched nerve condition. SInce the doctor did not recommend any PT provider in particular and there were so many choices, I did not know where to start. The first one I chose was not Select,, After several weeks with that company I noticed no improvement and, because I felt my condition was worsening., we mutually agreed that PT was not working for me and they discharged me. Not ready to give up just yet, I asked my doctor and received another order for PT and sought out a new PT in hope of more success--and I could not have found a better, more knowledgeable, caring, and attentive PT than Bill Beck with Select. In my previous PT experience, I rarely saw or met with the DPT; aside from the initial visit and one check-in about a week later, all of the therapy was done by assistants. With Select North, the only person I work with is Bill, and he gives me his full attention, sends home exercises (something the previous therapists did not do either!) which he also reviews with me in sessions, provides much more manual therapy than I had received previously, and tries a wide variety of approaches in order to learn how best to treat my condition. His manner is professional, respectful, and friendly. I could not be more confident with any other therapist and am very hopeful about my condition improving. Select also provides a very helpful digital portal where the exercises and other information and options for communication are provided, and their customer service has been friendly and excellent as well. I highly recommend Bill Beck and Select North and am very grateful I found them.

Fantastic experience: The whole team is fantastic both the front staff and the therapists....In 2 visits, Adam has done more to make my neck and shoulder feel significantly better.. .I had previous therapy with a different therapy team at a different company for 9 nine weeks and felt like I got no relief at all. Fantastic experience: I saw Adam Kays for back pain along with nerve pain in my leg. I am now pain free and have a plan to keep my back healthy. He is very knowledgable and treats your unique situation. The entire office was just wonderful to work with. I am so grateful to be moving again without pain. He is the real deal!

He is patient and good with instructions and watches to be sure you are doing the exercises correctly. He is a good listener, courteous, and on time. The staff is pleasant

Fantastic experience: I was helped by Sally, Zahir, Bill, and Jess with leg problems from running for most of this summer. They were each receptive and helpful, and I got great advice to get back into shape for running. They are a great team. Highly recommend!

Sally would probably give you the shirt off of her back if she thought it would get you well! They cheer you on to meet your goals and when you do they cheer even more! They inspire you to want to do more and do it better. Love these gals!!

Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful for the team here at Select! Lindsey was so helpful when it came to working with my Workman's Comp paperwork and Sally has helped get me back to into shape (probably better than before surgery, if I'm being honest). Sally knows when to push you to your potential and is always encouraging. I feel comfortable and reassured knowing that she's helping me continue to recover after my ACL reconstruction surgery. Love this team so much!

Fantastic experience: You are not going to physical therapy for rest and relaxation. You have something you need to work on. Sally will push you and demand that you work with her. This is exactly what you need. Sally knows how far your body can go and will never go beyond that. She absolutely loves her patients, and is personally invested in their recovery. Christina handles things that normally take a staff of 5. Together you get the best team in Indy. I would not think of going anywhere else for any future injury.
