Lakeside Community Healthcare - Burbank Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I recently completed several months of PT at Lakeside in Burbank following a total knee replacement, and it was such a great experience, I’m really going to miss going there! They provide a positive and encouraging environment, with a caring, knowledgeable staff who work with you to go beyond your goals. The fantastic scheduling team was so helpful in dealing with my ever-changing schedule. I primarily worked with Molly Rajewski, and she is outstanding, both as a physical therapist and a motivator. With her guidance, I was able to get much stronger than I ever anticipated. I highly recommend Lakeside Physical Therapy!

Fantastic experience: Love Lakside PT, and Lena is a godsend!!!! Her work with me over the last few months has been nothing short of life changing. She has significantly reduced my pain and migraines. I didn’t believe it was possible! She is so skilled and intuitive when it comes to the body. Her ability know what I need on any particular day is truly a gift. I feel so lucky to have found her and Lakside PT!! I will say tho, they recently started keeping all the blinds closed and it’s a massive bummer. The place feels really gloomy now… :( I hope they go back to letting the light in. It felt soo much nicer in there with all that sunlight streaming in!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lakeside Physical Therapy so far its been a good experience….. I But the ones that did it for me that was worked there was Eunice Cesar she is the PT Aide very approachable and always ask me how I’m doing !!! She’s very tentative and makes me feel welcome She was never rude, just kind and understanding my pain she always made me feel comfortable ! Sheinin at the Front Desk Very nice and handled my appointments and Physical Therapist was Arbi is AWSOME !!!!!!! Thank you for my recovery soon to be I’m getting there .

Fantastic experience: Arbi and Eunice were extremely kind and understanding. They gave me the confidence and strength I needed to get through my therapy after my total knee replacement. Arbi was strict and thorough with his approach. Eunice is very knowledgeable and gave me advice that helped the process. I am forever thankful for their patience and support.

Positive experience: They have their good and off days, but the pediatrician's office is amazing. The general practitioner's office needs better service. I don't know if I just caught them on a bad day, but hopefully, that's all it was. They are always extremely clean. The people are very friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here mid June for post knee reconstruction surgery. I had the pleasure of being treated by PT Molly, PT assistants Earl and Thomas and PT aides Eunice, Gen, Reu and Yesenia. They were all very helpful, and pushed me a little bit harder each session to reach my target goal of being able to bend my knee, and regain my full range of motion. They all work well together as a team and were very accommodating. I couldn’t have made it without them through this tough and long recovery period. Although I have a long way to go still before feeling a new normal, I am thankful for each one of them!

Fantastic experience: My experience here has been amazing. Every therapist has been wonderful. Can’t say enough positive things about Arbi, Molly and Matthew. They listened and adjusted their treatment to get me going quicker than expected. Now as for Eunice, Earl, Marc, Gen and Sam, well they all made me do my exercises even when I didn’t want too. those meanies. They all had my recovery in mind and I will miss them all. They made therapy fun even when it wasn’t suppose to be. Thanks to you all for the excellent work and support during my knee surgery recovery.

Fantastic experience: I had nothing but a Fantastic care. Molly Rejewski my Therapist was so very understanding with my condition and concerns. Made sure I understood everything she was doing and all my exercises. Her Assistant Yesmine and Gen were so careful and caring to make sure I was comfortable with my exercisess and traction. Fantastic experience: Dr. Molly Rajewski was the BEST! Patient, kind, supportive and extremely knowledgeable! Burbank Lakeside Physical Therapy is lucky to have her. I very highly recommend her!

Negative experience: I went for 5/6 visits. It was a waste of my time and money. The PT does not work on you. You'll be handed paperwork on how to properly stand and stretch but they will not work on you to see what is the issue with the muscles. I found a physical therapy treatment center where I'm getting treatment by a PT and it's helping with my tight muscles they are hands-on. Don't waste your time coming here.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for a torn rotator cuff. Staff is great and friendly and helpful. Ive seen different therapists each time and each one does something different. I think that is why I am improving so much. I feel so much better almost back to normal. Easy free parking.

Fantastic experience: I'm an old man pushing 88. And although Mathew, Earl, and Ivonne didn't make me any younger, the certainly made me feel that way. I am stronger now, and smarter about how to best care for myself. From these three people, I will always be grateful for their professional skills and, like friends, for their concerns about my welfare. And those behind their desks were always polite and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Molly is a very good therapist. My pain was reduced to very mild and barely noticeable in 6 sessions. Professional staff. Very happy with the service and results.

Negative experience: This place might have good therapists. I don't know. I never got a chance to see one. Because I am the sole provider and caregiver of my disabled husband I have a very tight schedule. They could not accommodate the schedule. After getting an appointment 3 weeks from my initial visit, and I had to miss that appointment due to a medical emergency regarding my husband, all of my appointments were canceled due to it being 30 days.... 30 days where almost all of them were days I couldn't be scheduled as if it was somehow my fault. Find a therapist who isn't overbooked if you want to get better. I cannot recommend Lakeside less.

Fantastic experience: I want to Thank all the Physical Therapist and assistants for all the Wonderful rehabilitation on my ankle. I had an ongoing ankle/tendon injury since January of this year and my Podiatrist Dr. Dalal recommended physical therapy. Every visit it was always something different and the excercises were tolerable and helpful. The front receptions were always so Welcoming and would work with you on scheduling all the upcoming visits. I highly recommend the Best Physical therapy in the Valley they also have Saturday's available!

Fantastic experience: I was under Lakeside Physical Therapy care for 2 rotater cuff injuries & surgery. After a few months of care I'm pain free. They have a very professional staff of Physical Therapists that are highly trained.

She also genuinely cared about my progression throughout the entirety of my experience. Reached my goals and even after gave me helpful tips to utilize in my daily life. She truly was like no other. I also wanted to say the supporting staff were also super nice. They made the entire experience feel really comforting and pass by so quickly. Overall, wonderful experience. Eternally grateful for Molly and her supporting staff.

Fantastic experience: I was having some shoulder pain with some mobility issues. My doctor authorized PT at Lakeside. Molly worked with me and my shoulder no longer hurts. I was given exercises to do at home as well during the therapy. I will continue to do these exercises to keep the problem from returning. One note, you will get an email every week to "register" before each appointment. I only did it before the first visit and they were fine with that.

Fantastic experience: I came here to leave a nice review for the staff - and it's so nice to see they already have so many glowing reviews. Every time we've been in for an appointment, Chelsea at the front desk has been a superstar to help manage our situation. She truly is caring and works so diligently to answer our questions. The PTs and PTAs are all upbeat and personable, and parking/access is easy. This place is a shining example of what healthcare can look like.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Lakeside Burbank. I had physical therapy for my neck/migraines and worked with Molly Rajewski, as well as other therapists. Molly was able to determine just the right exercises for my particular issues, and the exercises she and the other therapists taught me helped a great deal. Everyone was friendly and professional. I can't recommend this facility (and Molly) highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Lakeside PT for rehab from ACL reconstruction surgery. My therapist, Matthew M, was fantastic. He was the perfect PT for me. He is very knowledgeable, caring but tough and made sure I always did the work necessary for a successful recovery...which was exactly what I needed. He also always made time to answer any questions and concerns I had, which I greatly appreciated. I went from not being able to bend my leg to running and jumping by the end of my time at Lakeside. Thanks Matthew! Everyone on the staff I worked with during my 4 months of PT were also professional, courteous and caring, from Christina at check in to Rio who guided me thru my exercises. Fantastic experience: The staff at this Lakeside facility are amazing! They have helped me with my knee recovery for the past 2 years. I truly appreciate the office staff there, working with me on scheduling my appointments around my work schedule. I also want to say the PT therapists themselves and their assistants provided excellent service and care. I know I wouldn’t have gotten this far with my recovery without them. I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone needing to go to physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: This was my second knee replacement and third experience with out-patient physical therapy. This was the best. From my initial contact to my last visit I never felt like I was just a number. Everyone felt as if we were all one team with the end goal of getting me back to the best condition I could be in. From Christine and Freddie always there to set appointments and handle the insurance side, to Rio and Eunice taking the hand-off from Matthew my PT. I cannot say enough how much Matthew meant to the rehab of the latest knee. Always concerned about my progress I can honestly say he took the time to make certain I was successful. I absolutely appreciate what he did for me. Would I send my family here for PT work? Yes….. I would recommend Lakeside Physical Therapy to anyone who is serious about getting back to optimal health. Fantastic experience: My experience was a little rough at my initial evaluation, but once I started my therapy session with Earl and Matthew, interchangeably speaking, they were excellent. I highly recommend these two. It made my shoulder pain bearable because they showed empathy and gave me hope that I can go back to my activity again. (It's common sense not to overdo.) Rio and Ivonne also worked with me after my session with the therapist and showed me the exercises to do at home. Overall, I had a great team working with me, including the front desk, and they were all awesome. All a patient need is Hope. Thank you for giving me that!

Fantastic experience: Went through all of the PT for my left knee and the one I highly recommend would be Thomas Snyder. He actually do a lots of deep tissue massage, great stretches and really good exercises for fast recovery. Also, he stays with you though the entire hours not like other PT that passes you along to PT assistant.

Negative experience: They put wrong info in my wife's account CHRISTINA told her that there has been 5 cancellation and that is why the secions have expire. My wife is only been there twice and has change one day to another day. She is lying. Her answer was" well is there" They are not professional at all.

Positive experience: I had gotten hurt by other therapist so I was assigned Mark. First he apologized for my bruises which he was not responsible for. He listened to my concerns about my replacement of my knee replacement.. He also politely listens to my babbling. He is very gentle but I’m getting good results. He also noticed my walker needed adjusting and fixed it.... much better! Thanks Mark , your a nice young man

Positive experience: nice enough people, but they lack any human connection. Maybe all of our finicky healthcare rules are distancing and making this difficult. they pass you from one therapist to the next and give you lectures on what they think you should do, but they don't listen.

Fantastic experience: I have a great experience with Matthew and the entire staff, I recovered from my chronic shoulder pain 100% in 12 sessions avoiding surgery. Be sure you follow their training and continue exercising at home to get the best results.

Positive experience: Easy parking is much appreciated. All the therapists have been very kind and informative. Appreciate the water and ice pack at the end of every session. It can be very difficult to get an appointment as both my experiences have been a month out before starting the treatments but this is normal I've grown to expect from our Health Care system. Still, the service is good once you get through the wait for an appointment.

When I was to start Physical Therapy they didn't have any openings but put me on a list and called me as soon as one of those available and yes they did exactly that!
