Fantastic experience: This place really was a life saver. Came here for about 6 weeks in 2022 with a few bulging disks in my C-Spine. I was in such intense pain I can’t express how terrible my quality of life was. Two sessions in I already had some relief that allowed me to sleep for the first time in months. By the end of my sessions I felt like a new woman and have all the tools to bring myself comfort anytime I feel strain or pain in my back. Dr. James was really so caring and helpful in this process. He always took the time to adequately check in, monitor progress, and really validate the pain I was in. I felt very comfortable here. I’d recommend this place to anyone. I never got to give a proper thanks to the staff as my sessions ended sort of abruptly, so thank you guys for helping me in a really dreadful time.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, everyone is super polite. They are helping me recover from a sports shoulder injury (rotator cuff) and making every effort to help me avoid surgery. There is a lot of modern equipment on site. They also gave me written instructions for exercises to do at home between PT visits.

Negative experience: Never got passed the billing/front desk Not 1 question about how i was feeling. Wanted me to sign patient info that said 37 visits at $75. which would meet my deductable which i get but i know my body and i know 12 visits would be to much let alone 37 all i wanted was for them to remove the 37 from what i was about to sign....they wouldn't. If it was not important why not remove it?

Fantastic experience: I have MS + have always been an athlete...I’ve been to a lot of PT in a lot of places. This is the only place I’ve actually enjoyed PT and didn’t try to snap bands or throw weights at any aides. I don’t even live in Burbank. Super convenient w/parking, flexible timing, really great staff—everyone.

Fantastic experience: Great support post surgery. Easy to find, convenient location. The team helped my daughter get moving quickly, yet cautiously post surgery. Ebb and flow to activity in terms of patients...the doctors find time for everyone and spend quality time with the patients each session on evaluation and next steps. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: I love coming here! The doctors are all so nice, they really go the extra mile to make sure you are getting proper care and treatment. Fantastic experience: Back 2 Health has brought me back to life! Every person on staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to pitch in to help you recover. When I first arrived, I could barely stand and thanks in large part to the PT doctors and aides, I am making great strides and feel more myself than I have in months. Reception is wonderful too! It is a real group effort and they're all rooting for you. If you require PT, get yourself to Back2Health.

Fantastic experience: B2H has helped me diminish the pain in my lower back and leg tremendously and has allowed me to live a better life. The doctors are incredible and I would recommend anybody with pain or injury to start a treatment with them and let them help you recover.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Everyone from the doctors and techs, to the front desk associates. Dr Joel is amazing and has helped my acl reconstruction recovery move along perfectly. The techs here, including but not limited to Drew, Ariana and Paulo are also great. They spend a lot of time with you and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Martha at the front desk is probably the best person there though. She's hilarious and always has something funny to say when I walk in or call.

Fantastic experience: Back 2 Health is a phenomenal Physical Therapy facility with wonderful PTs (all doctorates) and great, helpful and very friendly PT aides and staff. This is the 4th different facility I've been to and they are by far the best. I've been coming to the Burbank facility for 3 years and have had steady improvement for a number of problems. Dr. Heidi is phenomenal, the appointments are very well planned and extensive. My doctors are also very happy with them.
