BSP Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Thank you Julian! The only HONEST physical therapy place I tried that didn’t attempt to scam me in some way (additional charges “not billable” to insurance, machines that had to be “patient paid” to use, shorter time appointments, refusing to work on new symptoms as they pop up, you name it). All the PTs here are great and I’ve learned something different from each. Thank you especially to Julian, who in world of PTs cutting your time down to the minute to squeeze in more patients for $$, took so much extra time the other day with me to really asses my entire condition, answer all my questions and make sure I got everything right.

Fantastic experience: My father is 66years old and broke his ankle and it was one of the most devastating times for him. He started going to BSP and seeing Buenaventura for therapy sessions. Fantastic experience: I’ve received therapy for a shoulder reconstructive surgery and knee meniscectomy. Ventura is an amazing physical therapist who genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to make sure they’re healing as effectively as possible. Overall, all the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Jazmin makes it really easy to make appointments. Pat is a wonderful aide. I can’t speak highly enough of this clinic. I’ve been to over 6 different clinics over the years and this is by far the best.

Fantastic experience: My normal physical therapist was out on vacation so I saw Jay instead. He is very professional, and has a gentle approach when targeting tense muscles. He asked where my pain was and went from there. I have plantar fasciitis and he worked mainly on my feet, however he worked on my entire right leg too. There was pain but I felt great after my session. If you're the type that doesn't like the "aggressive" style or simply having a body that is "fragile", I'd recommend you to see Jay.

Negative experience: Not sure about the quality of their treatments. I was there only twice and each time booking an appointment they say they are fully booked. So since I can't get treatment they're practically useless for me. The two times that I was there I got a little back rub and was connected to electrodes. I got a PDF similar to the one I downloaded from the web with three different exercises what a waste of time

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bryn is the best. I have been seeing her for years. It started as treatment for plantar fasciitis. She has helped me address other soft tissue issues and imbalances.

The rare times I've had other therapist here I've been pleased too. My shoulder was broken in 3 places and torn at the clavicle. I was in very very rough shape when I came in last March. These guys are real professionals and loving and caring. Highly recommend! Love this place!

Fantastic experience: I dislocated my elbow and I had limited range of motion after doctor put it back in place. I also had some bone debris around the elbow area. I couldn't move my arm more than couple of degrees. After looking for couple of places I found BSP Physical Therapy. Lindsay Tanner was assigned to worked with me. She did amazing job and I got my full range of motion back in no time (took less than a month). She was always encouraging and had an amazing personality and gave me a lot of knowledge that helped me with the treatment. I highly recommend her and am looking forward to get another injury.

Fantastic experience: Julius Jacinto is Filipino and goes by Ventura. I've had problems with sciatica, back problems and different strength levels in the legs. He worked with me, to strengthen my left side my weak side. It didn't feel like too much. but I felt it when I got home. That good tired that tells you, you worked out.

Fantastic experience: The PT I am currently receiving from BSP and directly from the director Doctor Brinyla Pachecco PT, DPT, MCMT has been excellent. Dr. Pacheco and her entire team are knowledgeable, professional, and caring. During my lifetime I have been challenged by some major accidents and surgeries that left some parts of my body that needing PT or ongoing or rather on and off as maintenance or immediate intervention when I have relapses. I have been going to different PT places at various times and some has been better than other but, in my opinion, this is one of the best. Doctor Pacheco has gone out of her way many times to help me with questions directly related to my condition and indirectly related i.e., teaching me on how to use some items I buy to help me at home with the exercises that I do, or they recommend. In general, in the field of medicine or body related the approach is to address each area independently, which isn’t beneficial since we are made up of different areas- the body is also part of a whole overlapping in different instances. When I received my prescription order from my doctor for physical therapy, I had offered some resistance because of prior experiences in other PT’s places near me. However I tried it, and , I was relieved to find this great place with a friendly and pleasant staff that respect your time and connects with you in spite of all the day long uncomfortable masks wearing and difficulties of this time. I highly recommend BSP to deal with any condition that you want to improve and needs physical therapy.

Negative experience: I only consider this place because they have a satellite location near me me. I began scheduling my physical therapy with one of their therapists is professed by the name of Scott Lee. During my very 2nd session I found out that he has been offered a position at a different company for a is for a better pay and benefit.. While it is inconvenient, I understand that people need to grow.. What I cannot appreciate or understand is how Is a company losing one therapist is closing the satellite location, leaving all the patients hanging and having to try to find other providers, which is not easy these days. Is a company that can't even handle a small situation like this situation like this is not worth going to. And they're not worth having my business. One therapist moving out and the whole company is upside down!!! What a pity and a pour management

Fantastic experience: Get this. In 2016, I had a car accident which blasted my right wrist. In 2020, I had elective surgery on my left hand. When it came to PT for the left hand, I told my surgeon that I was "all set!" That's because Lisa Adams is a genius and and angel. Not only is she skilled and talented, but she makes you want to heal faster. She is patient and inspiring. I have a tremendous amount of respect for her work, and for her as a dedicated professional.

Fantastic experience: I found this place while searching on Yelp. Everything was perfect! All the staff members are very kind and helpful. I got my first appointment with Dr Joel Kim, and never been so happy to start my exercises with. He found right away all my body aches. I was so impressed! I recommend to anyone who struggles with pain to make a phone call there.

Fantastic experience: This is a belated review. I shattered my calcareous on Sept 25th 2015. Had surgery on Oct 17,2015.they installed titanium and 6 screws and was in a cast 6 months. I was crippled in that leg. Went to BSP for PT and their knowledgeable therapists and staff put me back on my feet and taught me to walk again. Dr Pecheco and Dr Fernando Villas spend a lot of personable time with me and taught me to walk again. I will forever be grateful to Dr Fernando and the entire staff there for the hard work and time they spent getting me to walk again. Now I'm in the gym and jumping and able to run and dance. I would recommend BSP Physical Therapy to anyone over any other PT for the personal caring and knowledgeable way they handled my case. I'm a massage therapist myself and work on professional dancers so I have knowledge about healing myself. Thanks Dr Fernando and Dr Pacheco for making that hard time easier than it would have been

Fantastic experience: I'll say what I just said on Yelp: I'm really happy with BSP. When I couldn't get an appointment with the Providence St. Joe's Occupational Therapy near my house, I checked out yelp and found BSP. They took me in right away. My PT's name was Jay and he is really knowledgeable and skilled. My injury is much better, even though I have to go for one more 4-week round. I'm actually looking forward to it! In addition to the excellent treatment with state-of-the-art equipment, the office is large and filled with natural light, music, TV and happy, friendly staff. I really enjoyed just being there.
