Step Ahead Physical Therapy

Negative experience: Disappointing. You see your PT for ten or so minutes. The rest of the time, you work with a non-licensed "assistant." I gave it a several session, but I was not getting the treatment I needed and didn't see any improvement. The place is crowded, and it wasn't easy to find your space. You are working right next to another patient. Initial intake, where you discuss your health, was done in public, where other patients were also listening (it's not that big of a place, and later, I can also hear other first-time intake's health issues). The scheduling also needs to be fixed. I showed up for the session at the same time as usual, but they claimed I was not scheduled. They didn't bother to reach out to schedule future dates until I showed up. This was the last straw. I would not go back to this place.

Fantastic experience: I have seen 4 different Therapist there, they are all amazing! I highly recommend Michael, i walked in with server back pain and after his treatment, the pain reduced dramatically and I was pain free the next day. :)

Fantastic experience: Our daughters sport is her life. She got hurt and Eric made reviver fun for our whole family. I’ve been in physical therapy personally countless times, but this is the first time I’ve taken the time to write a review. Incredibly kind, thoughtful and professional staff. Everything about our experience was priceless. Go here. They’re extremely knowledgeable. Best in LA.

Fantastic experience: Cole and the rest of the team were spectacular. The helped me get past some bad back and knee pain in time to go on a scuba diving vacation I had been planning and looking forward to for ages. Couldn't have done it without them.

Fantastic experience: Eric and his staff take amazing care of their patients! My husband had broken his ankle and we were recommended here from the surgeon. SO happy we went! The receptionist is very kind and will help you with insurance and billing with a smile, and everyone there really cares about how you're progressing and feeling. HIGHLY recommend!
