Positive experience: Great people! They are very helpful my husband is doing better than before. However, the front desk can be quite harsh at times. The recptionsts can be rude and me and my husband felt it was disrepectful. I know it can get busy but thats no excuse for an attitude. Im glad the doctors helped him on a path to recovery. But they definitely to work on the attitude. Why work there if your not going to be respectful?

Negative experience: Great physical therapist, but horrible, and I mean absolutely horrible receptionist. Very rude, change appointments with out consent. Will charge try to charge you when they cancel your appointment. But best of all will retaliate when you file a grievance, about the receptionist, they will drop you forcing you to find a new therapist.

Negative experience: This is scam. They will subscribe you and charge "no-show" fee of 25 dollars every week.
