Fantastic experience: Debbie and Sarah help get my cervical spine and shoulder strengthened for less pain and more mobility. They are the best! I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Four weeks ago my son wasn't fully weight bearing on his left side after months of foot and ankle pain. After unsuccessfully trying things like a cortisone injection and custom orthotics, we ended up here, and the results have been fantastic. From the front desk that worked him in faster than I thought imaginable to the care team--headed by Sarah, who very patiently let me pepper her with a million questions while she evaluated my son--everyone has been knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. My son is now largely pain free and back to playing soccer. His feet even look different! He values this place so much that he asked me if he could continue for a few months "to stay on top of things". I'm very grateful and enthusiastically recommend this place for anyone, most especially for parents of kids and teens with sports-related injuries or problems.

Fantastic experience: Sarah is THE BEST! she worked with me for four three months in a chronic injury through ups and downs without ever losing focus or patience. She listens to feedback and is eager to try new treatments when progress doesn’t move fast enough. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Every appointment was on time and every appointment was helpful. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Very professional friendly helpful advice and physical therapy the 5 weeks or so I went to Results Physiotherapy at Grinstead and Bardstown Rd. I saw Adrian for help with my TMJ and neck issues. Now turned loose due to doing better - have set of exercises to do on my own.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day of PT after an ankle fracture. The women at the front desk was very kind and sweet women. The Physical Therapist that I seen was Luke. He was hands down the best. He was very gentle and made sure that I didn't have much pain during the exercises. He took his time to ask questions to better understand my injury and any issues I have had. He was very detailed and made sure I had a clear understanding of the whole process. He made sure all my questions was answered. Over all my first experience was more than great. All of the staff where so nice. If the important people at the top happen to read this please know you have wonderful staff.

As clinical director, Sarah created a plan that was effective and easy for me to follow. The team at Results creates a super welcoming atmosphere, and they make going to therapy sessions fun.

Fantastic experience: The treatment I received here was outstanding from start to finish. Amanda and Debbie were wonderful to work with. They listened sensitively, answered all my questions and provided lots of helpful information about my body and ways to build on the therapy at home. The treatment plan was very successful and I was discharged with a set of exercises and practices to maintain my gains. I arrived feeling fragile, weak, and in pain. I left feeling more confident, stronger and mostly pain-free. Very grateful for the excellent care I received here and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I never thought that PT would help my knees! I was so frustrated at lack of function, walking stairs, and pain from the tear. I listened to the therapist, did what they said and several months later I am back pretty close to normal. I am continuing therapy exercises at home!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seen for issues related to TMJ. I’m singing the praises of the PT who has helped me feel so much better after months of severe discomfort. The relief I’ve felt over the past few months has been phenomenal! The exercises have helped tremendously and Gabby has been a huge source of information and and a joy to work with on my journey to relief. I’ll miss her now that she’s leaving for a different clinic. However, I have no doubt my PT services will continue to help me find the lasting relief I’m working towards. I appreciate all of the staff and their friendliness and professionalism. Very happy I was referred to Results Physiotherapy by my primary care physician!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place. Very skilled people. Feel really good about having non-invasive cures for many various ailments. If you’ve never had trigger point look it up. Excellent. They helped clear up knee issues so I could ride my bike 333 miles with no pain. Great folks.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a killer tension headache. They worked on my shoulders and the headache was gone by the end of the day. I came back in a few more times and they gave me stretches and exercises to keep my muscles from getting back to that state. They took me from a pain level 10 to 0 in just a few days. I'm super thankful!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Results, and Jordan Hartman in particular, was exceptional. I was experiencing some knee pain associated with a bone-on-bone situation, but also ankle pain, no doubt resulting from the knee, but also from a previous ankle injury. My hope is to see if an extensive PT regimen would allow me to avoid a knee replacement. Results have been good, better than I expected. I am able to walk limited distances with minimum discomfort. The limited pain I had has greatly subsided, although I tend to overdue my workouts, which can cause me problems Jordan Hartman and the staff have been great to work with have extensive professional acumen. I intend to continue with the regimen they have laid out for me. Hopefully, things will continue improving. Charlie Cssper

Fantastic experience: Having been to Physical Therapy on and off for years, I found Results psychotherapy absolutely one of the best. They listen, and help guide you two more productive and better health.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about them! They not only know/do traditional physical therapy, but more hands-on manipulation (a mini-massage!) as well, which is often the very thing needed to relax that tight muscle so you can do the recommended exercises more easily and with less pain. You might have different "fill-in" therapists if your regular person has to be out, but each one knows what they're doing. I especially like that there's instruction that goes along with the "what to do" so you know "why" to do it.

Fantastic experience: Jordan Hartman, Pt worked with me on a combination of issues with back, hip and other contributing causing pain. I tried to deal with this on my own before seeing Jordan and just couldn’t figure it out. Can’t say enough about Jordan and Results Physiotherapy overall. In February I needed assistance and returned for one visit which I got the day after my call. An excellent provider of PT.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly and fun staff. KC my PT was awesome. I went in because of knee pain from squats that affected my daily routine. We worked out my knee pain quickly and I learned things I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I am happy and excited for my future weightlifting goals. I highly recommend Results.

Fantastic experience: Results physiotherapy on Grinstead was the best thing I’ve ever done for my knee. Rheumatologist just kept giving me pills and offered surgery but I wanted another option. Jordan and Joe were amazing and guided me through knee recovery. I couldn’t ask for 2 better people to help me with this problem. They gave me a personalized exercise / stretch plan which alleviate my knee pain if I stick to them. If you follow their instructions and do your part they will help tremendously. The only reason I stopped going to see them is because my deductible reset in the new year. If you have a desk job... don’t forget to get up and move around AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, no matter your age.

It is also an excellent kudo for them to give discharged customers sheets with exercises used which can be continued at home to stay painfree! That's "great" customer care! Fantastic experience: I had been there for the first time for about 10 minutes when i realized I had come to the right place. Not only were Kyle and Debby wonderful, the entire staff were so friendly and supportive. As I transitioned from a wheelchair, then to a walker, cane and finally walking on my own, everyone cheered me on and I worked hard to make them proud. I could not have come to a better place.

Fantastic experience: My experience was nothing but pleasant. I have had TMJ for a long time and hadn’t had full range of motion in my mouth for about two years. KC was amazing, patient, and engaging. She was able to work with my schedule, provide recommendations for exercises, and we had very good conversation during my appointments. I looked forward to my appointments and wouldn’t hesitate to return if I need physical therapy for any reason in the future. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Highlands Results team was wonderful! Not only were the staff knowledgable about everything they were doing or prescribing, to heal my back, but they were also very FUN to be around. For starting my Monday mornings at 7:30 am with three guys I've never met, doing something challenging (and at times, frustrating) - going to Results made my day better than it would have been without it! I felt the improvement and walked out with a smile on my face. These guys see it all - frustration, sadness, stubbornness, pain, tears, joy, laughter, etc. - and they remain level headed and prescribe you with only intentional exercises (vs other clinics that show you rehab options without making sure you're doing it RIGHT, for the right amount of time). All in all, i have no complaints and will visit this clinic every time i need PT.
