Fantastic experience: I love Results PT and staff, I haven’t been to other PT and they want as personal or as friendly. The other PT that I went to might be more higher end, nice building and up to date equipment but they also seem to be disconnected, Lauren and Brian always ask how I was doing during each session to check on me and set off the workouts they was giving me was tailored to work on my specific needs. Brian and Lauren wants to get straight to the problem and fix/work on the problem area. They are very friendly and provisional. They don’t act as if you are just another customer, they get to know your personal, a very welcoming crew.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and knowledgeable. Brian was able to diagnose me and treat my hip problem/pain when no one else could figure out what was actually causing my pain. Very happy with my progress.

Fantastic experience: To say I was excited about physical therapy would be a lie. I was not happy about going. However, the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful that they alleviated all my worries and concerns. They worked with me based on ME, not some number on a screen. I can say after about 12 weeks of physical therapy, I have fully recovered and now have zero pain in my wrist. I could not have done this on my own, and want to thank everyone at the fern creek office for everything they’ve done for me. Lauren & Brian… thank you guys so much for making sure I could write again. It has been a pleasure working with you guys, even when it was painful to do so. Thank you a million!

Fantastic experience: I was sent to Results post shoulder surgery. Lauren sat with me and discussed the best therapy treatment that fit me. Not only did she explained what I needed to do but why she chose the specific therapy. She and Brian helped me get my mobility back. They don’t treat you just a patient, they treat you as if you were their family! They are the best! I can’t leave out Demah at the front desk. She worked diligently to get me scheduled around my crazy life schedule! She’s amazing!! Would recommend this office to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! I self-referred to Results Physiotherapy (Fern Creek) due to runner issues and was treated for about 8 weeks. I received the care and advice I needed and am well on the road to recovery. There were two regular physical therapists who made a great team and collaborated on my treatment plan. They got to know me as a person and constantly adjusted the treatment plan to meet my needs. The front office staff was super friendly and helpful too. The main thing I appreciated was the one-on-one attention; I never felt like I was just a number and definitely think the practice being smaller helped make for a more family type of atmosphere. I received a variety of treatment including manual therapy, exercise/stretching instruction, and dry needling. Also, the facility is modern, clean, and well equipped. Lastly, I also had no issues with insurance or billing. Thank you to the team at Results Physiotherapy! I wish all of my medical experiences could be as positive!

Fantastic experience: I want to give 10 stars. We love the way Lauren and Helen helped get my dad back to his activities of daily living. Lauren was amazing to schedule us in available times after his hip replacement. We owe a HUGE thank you for this amazing place and great people.

Fantastic experience: Results staff and PTs are nothing less than AWESOME! Alina (office) is so personable and willing to accommodate, and even thinks ahead to get you “scheduled out” for your preferred time slots because she knows they fill quickly. Jeff (PT) is a technical genius who understands the medical causes for your discomfort, but explains everything in understandable terms. Walter’s (PT) encouragement and belief in your ability inspires you to stay consistent with your exercises, to help speed up the healing process. Plus they all have friendly personalities and a good sense of humor! :)

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was amazing. Always asking how your day was actually listening. I had trouble walking and they helped me relearn how to walk properly. I also got the Needling done on my calf, let me tell you it helps ALOT. THANK YOU ALL!!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with great therapists. They were wonderful and caring. Worked very hard for me. However I was disappointed with corporate office when they said to end my sessions because of my insurance. My insurance approved me for another two months and always paid. I feel I could have improved completely if I could have finished.

Fantastic experience: I was in severe pain before being referred to Results Physiotherapy. After 5 sessions with Emily teaching me various stretches, and applying heat and massage my pain was almost gone! I continue to do the stretches with my neck and jaw daily! I am truly grateful for relief of pain!
