Fantastic experience: I just had total hip replacement. I Loved Emily! You can tell she takes her job very seriously and cares about her patients! She wants you to recover and be the best you can be without over doing it. She is also very knowledgeable and can answer any concerns you may have about your healing process.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I've had 4 joint replacements and a double spinal fusion in 4.5 years. But fortunately - I have had excellent home therapy after each surgery from Kort at home. My therapist this time is Lauren Kirby. She is absolutely great! I'm 1.5 weeks past my total knee replacement and doing very well. I have worked hard - and Lauren has led me through the process. I really appreciate her help and genuine support.

Fantastic experience: Beth is so wonderful! She was great at communicating to coordinate scheduling in-home therapy and was helpful to make sure I was schedule for in-person therapy when the time came. She even helped reschedule when appointments didn’t line up. She wrote down any extra exercises to help with my progress and answered any post surgery questions and concerns. She was my in-home therapy cheerleader. I’m grateful for her time with me.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapist from Kort, Carly, is amazing. She encourages me, especially when I get frustrated over not healing faster. But she teaches the best and most effective exercises to get me there fast!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have each had great experiences with KORT. We also try to get Jennifer Lieber PT if available. She is very kind and patient. She cares for you like a family member. While under her care for total knee replacement she may have saved my life by detecting signs of a potential blood clot early on and insisting I go to the ER! I was treated there with an anticoagulant and recovered rapidly!

Fantastic experience: Crystal is a very nice and friendly person. She always made me feel very comfortable. She always explained each exercise to me and made sure I understood what I was doing before I did them. After being by my side for every exercise I did she also made sure to let me know how that exercise is helping me with my recovery.

Fantastic experience: This review is for Cody with Kort Home Outreach. Cody was my home physical therapist this month for 3 weeks. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised to feel comfortable with him right from the start. He is caring, friendly, easy to talk to, professional, and knowledgeable (if he didn't know something for sure, he contacted his team or my surgeon's office on the spot). He challenged me to do my best, yet was careful to not push beyond what I could do. Before the end of 3 weeks, I had met the goals to move on to working with a therapist at a clinic. I consider that a win for an almost 72-year old. It was a sad day to say goodbye to Cody as he was my biggest encourager during a trying time. Thank you so much Cody!

Fantastic experience: My initial home visit with Kort Physical Therapy was great. The visit was pleasant and throughout the visit I felt I was part of the team and receive clear and vivid instructions on moving forward with what will be needed to get back to a good physical condition.

Fantastic experience: They came out after I returned home. I had zero use of my left leg after a 5 level lumbar fusion. In less than a month I have regained just where I can now get up and do a lot for myself and do it safely.

Fantastic experience: I dislocated my knee cap playing soccer, my senior year of high school, and they helped me be back and playing partially in 5 weeks. Fatima Maxwell was an excellent PT, and I would recommend her and this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: KORT Home Therapist has been the most positive experience. My therapist has worked with me to help me do the necessary exercises to keep improving in all areas of my recuperation. His explanation of how each step affects the healing process made a difference to my accomplishing goals within the range of my recuperation. Being able to do this from the comfort of my home has been positive. I would highly recommend this as a positive step to success.

Fantastic experience: Cheryl V. is funny, kind, knowledgeable and professional. She listened to me carefully and didn't "pull any punches" in the direct way we communicated (which I prefer). I would recommend her highly as a therapist simply because we, the patients, are often in pain and have to force ourselves to push through it in order to improve physical functioning. I would venture to guess that Cheryl is the type of therapist who could coach patients through their own perceived limitations in order to greatly improve their condition, whatever that might be. She seems like the kind of person who is like an "army drill sergeant" yet is knowledgeable, empathetic and compassionate. In other words; exactly what a Physical Therapist should be.

Fantastic experience: I had never had home physical therapy. After my discharge from the hospital I was setup to have this. Lauren has been caring and amazing. Feel comfortable with the exercises and care I am receiving. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. Lauren Kirby was my PT. She asked me a lot of questions to see where I was at after surgery and what I wanted after PT. We started out slow but when I was progressing, Lauren raised the bar. She was always asking how I was feeling and if exercises were too hard or not enough. I went from a walker to walking on my own quicker than I expected. I was so impressed by Lauren. She is a very good PT, knowledge and took the time to explained everything in simple terms so I knew why we doing certain exercises. Thanks Lauren.

I've been to other PT places around Frankfort and this one thus far ranks amongst the best in large part due Whitney M. I highly recommend KORT PT for all of your PT needs!

Fantastic experience: My initial PT for my total knee replacement was in my home. Alice Kristen Allen-Gambrel ‘Krissy’, had a very thorough knowledge and plan of action for my success and within 12 days and 4 visits with her, I was walking without having a walker or cane. 10 minutes each hour constantly. Much caution and patience is required with my progress as well as hard work on my own with the exercise, stretching and strengthening program she taught me. Krissy had a genuine passion to help me make progress even when I didn’t think I could. Her gentle approach and understanding along with persistence and confidence in me helped me beyond what I initially expected. Thank you Krissy! ❤️ I will continue my PT at the Brannon Crossing Location in Nicholasville KY. I would 100% recommend KORT PHYSICAL THERAPY !

Fantastic experience: I had knee surgery a week ago and Kristen from KORT Home PT came to work with me the next day. I have seen her now 5 times. She is friendly, kind, very skilled, thorough and able to answer all kinds of questions. She is never in a hurry even though I'm sure her schedule is full. She makes me work hard, which is necessary for great results. I highly would recommend Kristen and the entire KORT team for any PT services needed. They are the best!

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled for a home visit to see Carly after total knee replacement. I had no idea what was going to happen two days after surgery but her warm smile and friendly personality was enough to put me at ease. She explained the process, asked pertinent questions, examined me and developed a plan for the coming week. We started slowly with walking and strengthening exercises and by her fourth visit I had gone from a walker to a cane and was ready to leave the house for the outpatient clinic. Thank you KORT and Carly for my introduction to PT.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapist, Emily Clark at KORT Physical Therapy- Valley Station is awesome! She truly cares about her patients and is very professional and knowledgeable. She makes sure that you understand the treatment program and listens to cares and concerns. Always very friendly and personable. Because of Emily I have been able to make great progress after my recent hip replacement due to her caring and compassionate physical therapy. Office staff is very efficient, helpful, and very friendly also.
