Fantastic experience: I have to brag on Abbie Thomas - she is wonderful! She came to my home 3xweek for two weeks following total knee replacement. Abbie is knowledgeable, funny, kind, punctual - a real delight. I have graduated to the clinic for more rehab with Riley. After just one session it is evident he is committed to coaching me to a great outcome. So far the overall experience has been great

Fantastic experience: My PT following my hip replacement was teriffic. Riley came to the house and did so much to assist in my recovery ! I was back on my feet and walking in no time. Riley is the best and thanks again, PT Pros.

Fantastic experience: I am glad to write a review of this outstanding PT-PRO group in Louisville. The folks I interacted with mainly were Riley Benock, Clinical Director, and his receptionist Leigh. My PCP sent me to this group to get back in shape, especially through strength training of my 90 year old body. I have now received perhaps several months of training from Riley Benock. Riley has an intrinsic understanding how the body works, and what he needs to bring out in the process so I can return after 3 years of a Covid pandemic hiatus to my most beloved sport high altitude skiing. Lower body and trunk musculature were the points of attack. Riley has restored me to the levels that I can do these targeted exercises at home in my exercise basement. Riley is an empathic person and if one wishes one can develop a friendship over the course of training. Of all the trainers I had this one is the most outstanding individual. I can recommend him with highest level of enthusiasm. Riley is effectively assisted by the receptionist Leigh, who always was kind to my schedule changes. There are other very friendly trainers I got to meet briefly when Riley was not available. End of the notes of an old Doc.

Fantastic experience: Very punctual and professional. My daughter had injured her knees during cross country running and the exercises assigned helped greatly. Good advice given. Good at answering questions. Low pressure for repeat visits. The front desk billing, scheduling and insurance filling was all done well.

Fantastic experience: PT Pros has the talent as a team and commitment to you as their patient to get you there, whatever your rehab goal may be. Mine was extreme. Having had knee replacement surgery before, I knew what rehab would take from me as a patient, and from a professional to lead me through the same. I asked, and they complied, by continuing to challenge me each and every session to the point I am today…looking forward to again being active (Sr. League Softball) and enjoying life on my terms. Fantastic experience: Thanks for all you do here. I could barely walk on my knee when I start PT. Riley my therapist helped me to strengthen my knee and avoid surgery. Now, I walk with minimal pain and they have given me strategies to enhance my mobility at home as well. Leigh has always been able to accommodate my hectic schedule. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Without hesitation, I highly recommend PT Pros for your physical therapy needs. Riley was very helpful in providing guidance in exercises that helped reduce pain in my lower back - I feel like myself again! It's also nice to go to a provider's office and genuinely enjoy your time there. We always had a few laughs! Leigh was also so kind! The office is conveniently located behind Kroger and has plenty of parking right outside of the office. Overall, I truly appreciate the team and would seek their help again if PT was recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've had pt at a number of places over the years. This is the best I've had by far. Riley is very attentive and highly competent as well as personable. The treatments I've had may mean that I don't have to have another knee surgery. Leigh is the consummate front office person who is very patient and accommodating when I have had to change appointments. My knee doctor recommended them because he knows a good thing when he sees it! Go to PT Pros!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend PT Pros! I couldn’t walk because of Diabetic Amytrophy when I started seeing Riley, but now I can walk unassisted again. He helped me get my life back and I’ll be forever grateful! Riley is an amazing therapist….patient, supportive, and kind but pushes you to do what’s needed for your improvement. Fantastic experience: If you need PT go to PT Pros. They are the best!!!! I’ve been so happy with everything at PT Pros. Riley has worked wonders with my torn meniscus and frozen shoulder. He’s helped me tremendously with the therapy while there and with therapy to do at home. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and is great with directions and explanations. I’m truly amazed at all the great care I’ve received. I’m close to full recovery, thanks to Riley. Leigh is also great in coordinating appointments and in making all that part easy. I’m so happy I chose PT Pros!

Fantastic experience: Coming back from a broken ankle was not a fun journey. But, Riley and Leigh at PT Pros off Springhurst make the early mornings and experience amazing. I have never met nicer people who want nothing but health for their customers and they go above and beyond for their patients. If you are looking for PT and want somewhere reliable , but with a soothing environment, PT Pros is your place. Even though you’re working to get better, the physical part might not feel great, but the people and atmosphere surrounding you make the experience that much better.

Fantastic experience: Recently, I have been having a lot of migraines. I reached out to PT Pros for dry needling and was immediately happy with their quick response and communication. At my first visit, Riley was very understanding and showed a great deal of insight and knowledge. Regarding the facility, it is super clean and bright! Fantastic experience: I had physical therapy for the last several weeks at the new PT Pros Physical Therapy location in Louisville. I had treatment on my neck and shoulder and I feel so much better! My physical therapist was professional and friendly, that's a good mix. I also like that all of their exercise equipment is brand new! I'll definitely be coming back for future physical therapy when needed!
