Fantastic experience: When i broke me neck in 2014 thwy helped me get back on my feet fast. Not a day that goes by that i dont think about the nurse's and the therapist who made sure i was getting proper treatment i love them like family i really appreciate the the staff there, they are amazing

Positive experience: The rehabilitation itself was wonderful and my physical therapist was amazing. The living aspect of it was horrible though. The tvs were snowy and after 4 pm all I was allowed to do was lay in the most uncomfortable bed ever made and watch bad tv. They offered an air mattress for the bed and I swear all it did was make it worse.

Positive experience: Frazier Rehab was wonderful in the care they gave my daughter. She was there before brain surgery and after the brain surgery. They are restricted by reimbursement/registrations concerns and cannot always do what the families want BUT they do try to give caring and concerned treatment. As the first nurse in Kentucky to be a board certified patient advocate I can tell you, the 7-14 day of rehab there are precious if your insurance will approve it!

Positive experience: Doctors, Nursing, and PT staff were tip-top. The nursing assistants were inconsistent and at times simply rude. I addressed this with the floor director on floor 10 & he corrected it. Dr. Castillo and his team were wondering. The case staff were diligent in helping Us. Jo and Dana with PT were the absolute best! Thank you good people for taking good care of my Wife.

Fantastic experience: Dr Castillo is an amazing doctor, right along with his staff. They helped my husband learn to do his basic routines of daily living and helped me learn how to take care of him to the best of my ability. Thanks to Raj who was the leader of his cafeteria staff. He is a super kind, thoughtful person❤

Fantastic experience: My Dad had a brain tumor and had surgery to remove what they could. He was was sent to Frazier Rehab to relearn how to talk, walk and think. He received wonderful care getting PT, OT and ST 2x a day. His therapist, nurses, CNAs, dietary, house cleaning, were all fabulous & treated my dad with kindness and respect, as well as our family.

Fantastic experience: Shelby was my PT and she was very nice and worked with me for over a month on improving my strength to help my pain. Her and the other PT there were both very knowledgeable and showed me things I haven’t learned in other physical therapy sessions at other locations! I would recommend them if you’re looking for PT in Louisville and I’ve been to several other therapists in Louisville.

Fantastic experience: When my adult son came to Frazier Rehabilitation he was in rough shape. Couldn’t walk or could barely communicate. Then, went through really tough delusions that were unbearable! The staff, Dr’s Nurses, Assistants, Therapeutic Staff, I believe performed a miracle, with Gods love and guidance. I was in awe of the unlimited amount of selfless love, care, attentiveness they gave to our son. The food was delicious, too! He is a happy man, thanks to them! We will always, forever, be grateful!

Fantastic experience: One of the best places in the United States for rehab. They don't take no for a awner they push you to get better. I would recommend them to anyone that needs rehab.

Positive experience: My son is a pediatric rehab patient. When he is in patient we couldn’t ask for better care or more attentive staff. HOWEVER when we come in for follow ups outpatient the staff at the desk of the 12th floor are horrible. You wait forever to even have your presence acknowledged, possibly making you late for your appointment, and they have no idea how to treat pediatric patients or their families. Every time we come in for a follow up I cringe at the staff and their ineptitude.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best rehab facilities in the city! My dad was there for 2 weeks and didn’t have a complaint! The nurses were friendly and fast! The rooms were clean! The OT and PT got my dad feeling better quickly. They were encouraging and motivating!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best professional therapists around. PT, OT, ST. Actually all the staff , doctors, aids, cleaning, dietary made my husband's stroke recovery bearable. Thank you Frazier Rehab Institute. This place is the best!!! You won't be sorry.

Fantastic experience: I will say that I found everything (staff, therapists, accommodations, and food) to be exceptional. I was on the tenth floor for six weeks following a condition known as GBS. They had me taking my first steps in under two weeks. To say I'm a Frazier cheerleader is a vast understatement!

Positive experience: Dr Logan Mast was awesome unbelievable work! Hospital stay poor rooms and bathrooms are dirty. We were put in a room was told it was clean, couldn't use the bathroom called house keeping 2 hours ago never came! I had to give my dad a bed bath to be safe.
