Athletico Physical Therapy - Louisville (Middletown)

Fantastic experience: Started therapy with Lauran and I am super impressed with her. Her knowledge is amazing and the therapy is great. I highly recommend Althletico and Lauran if you can get her.

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure about what I was going to face on my physical therapy journey. When I arrived at Athletico Chris greeted me and allowed me to setup all my appointments in advance around my work schedule. He kept me informed and sent me reminders of my appointments. I then met Jordan who not only put me at ease about what I was about embark on, but made me laugh. My nervousness subsided. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable. I would listen as he continuously used moments in therapy as learning opportunities to teach his staff. If Jordan couldn’t be there he had an amazing staff that fell right into place. Jordan#2, Karen, Haley, and several other staff kept me on track. They were all patient and understanding. I would refer any of my family and friends to Athletico in Middletown. I am so grateful that I was referred to them.

He always made me feel like I was being heard even when we weren’t quite sure what exactly was going on. Everyone is so kind and it was always such a fun atmosphere, even when I was working through my injury. Chris welcomes you at the door and is so awesome helping with any scheduling questions or any insurance issues! I will never forget the experience I had here and will forever recommend this to anyone! Athletico Middletown is truly one of a kind in the best way possible!!

Fantastic experience: If you are in need of a PT then look no further. Jordan is amazing! Very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough. He really does care for his patients in fact he even went to one of my doctor's appointments with me out of concern. He also has the best PT assistant Haley she always makes sure I'm comfortable with any exercises and is so helpful and fun to chat with. Jordan and his team Haley and Chris make the atmosphere here enjoyable and pleasant all while getting relief and results.

Fantastic experience: Athletico PT has put my life back on track! Attending all my visits and being consistent with what Jordan worked hard to get my shoulder girdle back to full range and no pain is amazing and lets me know PT is a life exercise and maintenance. The staff are very humble and kind as well! This makes it more than worth trying my best, when Jordan gave his all each and every time he treated my shoulder! Thanks ATHLETICO!

Jordan does an awesome job of designing a personalized rehab program to get you back to full strength while also explaining how specific exercises are helpful to achieving your goal. I had doubts I could fully rehab my injury, however with Jordan’s help I am back to full strength. Definitely give them a call for any rehab related needs.

Fantastic experience: Totally enjoyed my experience! Jordan had me doing therapy that was not the usual boring exercises I had in past PT involvement elsewhere. And he is so much fun to talk with. Hayley (hope the spelling isn't too far off) was a pleasure to work with. I actually enjoyed physical therapy and got better quicker. And Chris always greeted me with a smile. This whole group is amazing!!

Fantastic experience: My experience was ideal. Jordan is an extraordinary physical therapist. After many challenges with my body from a car accident to surgeries, I've seen several PTs over the years. Jordan is the BEST! My latest needs for a therapist occurred earlier this year. When I contacted Jordan's former employer, they would not let me know how to contact him. My previous experience with him had such success, I knew he could help me more than others. After my own search to locate him, I discovered he was now with Athletico. I drove an additional 20 mins and cost me more out of pocket to see him, it was worth it. I referred a friend and he had the same experience with Jordan. If you read this Jordan, thank you again. I'm going great!

Fantastic experience: Jordan is such am awesome Physical Therapist! When I started I had so many issues (back pain, hip pain, muscle tension, nerve issues, and tendinitis). He has been able to help me work through it all and has so much knowledge on the hows and whys of everything. He is very kind and patient and genuinely cares about getting his patients getting better! The appointment availability and flexibility is really good and convenient as well. Additionally, Chris, the Patient Experience Coordinator, provides great service and is always helpful and pleasant. He is a great first impression for the person coming in to get treated. What a great place! I am so thankful I found it!

He has worked with me for 3 years as an alternative to a high-risk surgery, to keep me functional and enjoying my life. Fantastic experience: I had a back injury causing scoliosis and went to the doctor and they said they couldn't do anything and that I've always had it when it was clearly from an injury. I was going through a hard time as I wasn't able to do the tasks I was normally able to. I found athletico and met Jordan and he helped me get back to my old self so fast. After just the first appointment I felt 50% better. Jordan explains everything that he makes you to do to help you get a good grasp of how exercises will help you. He was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He listened to all my issues and was able to solve all of them and answer other questions I had. In less than 3 weeks I'm now back to my orignal self, my injury has gone away, and my scoliosis is gone and my spine is almost 100% back to normal. I would highly recommend Athletico to anyone in need of physical therapy. Their whole team is full of great people who will help you get back on track.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best therapy facilities I have ever been to and a wonderful team. As a ex tennis college tennis athlete, I got diagnosed with FAI and torn hip labrums. Working with Jordan was great as he helped me tremendously with back and leg pain I was developing because of my hip issues. He also designed a very good pre-hab plan to get me ready for surgery which made a huge difference. Jordan is very detail oriented and tries to ensure you feel good about the plan to get you back to recovery. Chris was also great at the front desk and made things very smooth with my insurance and check in progress. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: After a rough fall breaking my ankle & injuring my other leg, my doctor at Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic suggested I see a physical therapist for post therapy with my injuries. I decided to go to Athletico in Middletown since it was closer to home & I’m so glad I did! When I called, Chris took all my info & immediately had me in there to see Jordan, who worked with me on both my broken ankle & the injuries to my other leg. They were both a delight to be around & Jordan is certainly an expert in his profession. I was out & walking normally within a month of therapy! Thanks again guys!!

Fantastic experience: Saw Jordan at Athletico because of lower back pain. He got me started on stretches and exercises and had me better after seven visits. He gave me exercises to do at home .He sure does know what he’s doing.

Have undergone physical therapy on my left shoulder and upper left arm for 2.5 months and experienced 100% improvement in feeling and ability since a serious injury earlier this year.
