Fantastic experience: At the end of the winter I injured my knee so severely that I needed to get it replaced. Returning to work, running after grandchildren, hiking,biking and kayaking seemed to be a thing of the past. Instead of signing up for the Physical Therapy group that was assigned, I elected to choose who was going to be in charge of my recovery. Tracy and Dustin provided me with professional and personal care both in my home and then in their facility. They compassionately and effectively managed every aspect of my return to function, cheering me on through each milestone, encouraging and supporting me through the ups and downs of the challenging aspects of knee replacement recovery, both physically and emotionally. Quite literally they are a major reason that I was able to return to 95% function after 12 weeks. I can not recommend these two lovely people enough to anyone who is facing any kind of recovery.

The service has been professional and intuitive. Dustin has solved many problems over the years. I’m 80 years old, physically active and try to stay in above average physical shape for my age group. Fantastic experience: After my knee replacement and preliminary physical therapy in my home, I had to choose a physical therapy facility to help me return to normal activity levels. With so many options, I sought the advice of people who had had knee replacement surgery. I was shocked to hear how difficult it was for so many folks. Some friends turned white and shuddered as they recalled grueling bootcamp-like sessions that sent them home in tears and largely immobilized for days. Only one person recalled outpatient physical therapy as constructive and pleasant. On her advice, I selected Summit Performance Therapy. Immediately I found a cheerful and well-lighted space with a husband and wife team who listened carefully to me before gently evaluating my range of motion and general recovery from the surgery. Dustin took me through stretches and movements to determine where I was physically. It was clear from the outset that it was very much a team effort with Dustin, Tracy, and me. Both therapists were familiar with my situation as it evolved session by session. They were ready to go to work when I arrived for my appointments, and they greeted me as a friend, asking how particular challenges had worked at home, and addressing any problem situations right away. Their team approach was encouraging while always professional, and I never felt pressured to perform any task. With both a male and female therapist at hand, gender specific issues were recognized and addressed comfortably. The focus was always on achieving my goals as a team, and it has worked. It has been a positive experience for me, and I would recommend Summit Performance to anyone needed physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Dustin has cared for me for four different medical conditions over past ten years. He is great. He is attentive, knowledgeable and highly competent. Added to that he is friendly and has a wonderful bedside manner while fully implementing and explaining his care plan to me. The facility is clean, well lit and inviting. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dustin for over 3 years due to having chronic muscle spasms and pain related to a diagnosis of Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy. Dustin utilizes education as well as different modalities such as stretching, dry needling, and KT taping which has helped with balance and mobility as well helping with chronic pain. He has excellent ability to listen and here what my muscle pain issues are and address them in a manner that helps give me relief. I have referred several folks to Summit and will continue to do so due to the results I have experienced!

Fantastic experience: I first learned about Summit Performance Therapy from a biking friend who had gone to them as part of her recovery from a serious biking accident. She was highly complimentary of Dustin and Tracy for their professional services in helping her to recover. At that time, I was experiencing chronic pain associated with urinary problems and the long-term effects of being treated for prostate cancer over 20 years ago. Tracy introduced me to various stretching exercises and practices while Dustin treated me with "dry needling", which resembles acupuncture except that it also involves introducing an electrical current through the needle and into the affected area. I first began treatment in late April - early May of this year following a request to my urologist for a referral to Summit. Treatment continued weekly during May and June. When I began treatment, my pain was preventing me from sitting for long periods and as a long-time bicyclist, this was very depressing. Over the two month period, my pain became less and less, until it finally disappeared and I discontinued treatment. While I was also seeing my urologist during this period, I believe that the treatments I received from Tracy and Dustin were a major factor in my recovery. I have since referred them to another friend who is having spinal issues. They are very professional and I highly recommend talking to them to anyone experiencing issues with pain. I will be happy to answer questions if you direct them through Summit.

Fantastic experience: As a marathon runner, I have encounter some injuries and Dustin, my physical therapist, keeps me running. His skill level with diagnosing and treatment is so completely refreshing in this field. I also am a patient of the massage therapist, Nancy. I have had sports massages at many different places and Nancy is the absolute best there is in her field. Fantastic experience: I was skeptical about my visit to Summit. I went only because my wife was having such success with them and she urged me to give it a try. My experience with Dustin was outstanding. He helped me deal with my chronic back pain. He explained what was happening with my back and over time, my situation improved dramatically. Especially beneficial was the group of exercises he suggested and that I now do daily.
