Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Memphis

Positive experience: My mother was in this facility for 4 weeks ....Andre really did an AMAZING JOB with her ...my mother ❤️ that man ... Everyone was nice , THANKS SO MUCH

Positive experience: Encompass was a 10 for the nurse and therapy care. The administrator rushed the discharge before I was ready but the rooms were a 10.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been admitted here two times over the last couple of years. They worked with me every time and got me back on my feet. I will always admire the staff for helping me. If I ever have to go back to rehab, I would hope it would be here.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent care at Encompass Rehab. I entered the facility with great trouble standing and walking, due to sciatic nerve problems. I regained my ability to stand and walk during my two week stay. This swift progress was because of the excellent care I received from my treatment team. My treatment team showed great care and concern for my healing and overall well-being. Walking from my room to the PT room and ringing the bell on my last full day, was a great triumph for me! I also enjoyed talking and praying with the Chaplain. It has been nine months since my discharge and I am doing great!

Fantastic experience: I spent 2 weeks at Encompass Rehab in July 2022. I was extremely happy when I was there with everything. The nurses are nice, the facility is clean and the food was good. They have an excellent physical therapy department. I hope I dont have any more surgeries but if I do I'll go back to Encompass.

Fantastic experience: My mother was here for rehabilitation after a stroke. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect. I want to give a special thanks to her nurse tech Adrian. She was so kind and patient with my mother and when we came up there she treated us like family. So a big kudos to her. You rock girl!

Fantastic experience: Encompass. The greatest Source for Rehabilitation!!!!!! I can’t type fast enuf. I marvel at the incredible Staff. Doctors; Nurses; Dietician ; Case Managers, Social Worker; Housekeeping Staff ; and the front desk workers. Wow♥️❤️ Cheers to an incredible Medical team. I will never forget the level of care we experienced!!!

Fantastic experience: My Dad was sent to Encompass for rehabilitation after being released from the hospital. The care he received was exceptional! The rehab team was led by Andre who worked with my dad to regain some of his mobility. What an awesome job he did. Any concerns that I had were handled immediately. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is considering care for an elderly parent. The Encompass team was outstanding, and very caring!

Fantastic experience: THIS PLACE IS GREAT. SPENT 3 WEEKS IN ANOTHER REHAB AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE BUT THIS PLACE IS FIRST CLASS. KIND AND COMPASSIONATE STAFF AND GOOD FOOD SURPRISINGLY.

Fantastic experience: This facility is awesome! Newly updated and truly an amazing staff. Have never encountered such a patient focused atmosphere and attitude from every person I’ve worked with. I will highly recommend Encompass to anyone needing rehab care.

Positive experience: Ok day one two meals .food is cold not very good .i have not gotten my prescribed meds for pain. The staff is great real friendly.but I will leave if problems are not fixed update Dr.corrected the med problem.the staff real got involved and fixed all the problems

Fantastic experience: This hospital on Union goes above & beyond! The nurses are top notch. The doctors and therapists are so caring. Even the nurse assistants pay attention to detail. The hospital is clean & looks newly built with nice furniture and all equipment looks new. I was so impressed with everything. Keep up the good work, you are appreciated! ♡♡♡
