Results Physiotherapy of Downtown Memphis specializes in manual therapy, an advancement in physical therapy that has proven to help patients get better faster without the use of addictive pain-killers and expensive surgery.

Manual Therapy: This treatment may include joint mobilization/manipulation, trigger point therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and more to relieve pain and aid in the recovery process. In addition to these techniques, your therapist will also suggest specific strength and endurance exercises to improve your joint mobility.

Dry Needling: This treatment is growing in popularity and involves stimulating the affected muscle with a small needle. Through this method, your muscles release pent-up tension and begin to relax. Most patients report feeling immense pain relief after the treatment.

Running Injury Treatment: At Results Physiotherapy, we're proud to offer effective treatment options for those who have incurred running-related injuries. Our physical can help with plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, hamstring, ankle and hip discomfort.

Pelvic Health: We offer pelvic health treatments to both men and women who suffer from a wide range of pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction and pregnancy related conditions in women. Our therapists incorporate a comprehensive and individualized approach to both examination and treatment.

As with all Results clinics, our Downtown Memphis physical therapy clinic welcomes anyone who has suffered from chronic pain, and has not had success with traditional exercise-only physical therapy. We offer a 10-15 minute consult — either over the phone or in the clinic. We welcome drop-ins, and will gladly work around your schedule for clinic appointments.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is absolutely awesome. Supportive, funny, and know when to push and when to ease up. Bethany, who I started with before she relocated, and Jake, who took me next, both knew so much and really took it day by day with me. It was/is a work in progress since I moved before I could finish, but I'm thankful that the team here and the OC was the one that treated me and helped get me my life back.

Fantastic experience: I was always welcomed with a big smile. Hospitality was great. Bethany is such a wonderful therapist. She makes sure the clients are comfortable. Her way of designing customized work outs, exercises according to one's needs is exceptional. She just doesn't go by book. She first understands the problem and designs the required workouts. Emma is also equally efficient and great at her work. Ked was nice too. Overall, I had really a great experience, my injury improved rapidly. Thanks to the team Results. I had a work place injury, everything was taken care by my insurer, so I cant really talk about how much they charge in general. I definitely recommend this PT center. Thank you Bethany for all your friendly interactions.

Fantastic experience: This is the best physical therapy experience ever! I’ve never met such amazing people who care about the whole person! Julia, Bethany, and Emma bring life to the experience! Fantastic experience: I've had the best experience at Results Physiotherapy! Bethany and Emma are awesome! My recovery has been excellent and much quicker then I expected. I have zero pain now, and it's all because of their excellent methods and techniques. They are very knowledgeable and do their research to find the best technique for each client individually. Fantastic experience: The entire staff here is so friendly; they really make you feel like a part of the “family.” I can’t recommend Julia highly enough for her speciality of pelvic floor therapy, and the rest of the team is equally as amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone! Even the billing was easy!

Fantastic experience: I just love ALL of the staff @ PT Results to include the Clinical Director Julia, Emma, Deanna, Corey and Rodney! They are soooo professional, kind and courteous. They give you a good workout and with tender loving care. I’ve been to several physical therapists, but none can hold a candle to PT Results. May God bless their gifted hands and keep them safe. PT RESULTS IS JUST SIMPLY THE BEST. Oh, BTW, they’re on time for all appointments.❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I started my therapy with Julia and Keri at Midtown and moved with Julia to Downtown. One week post-procedure, my orthopedic surgeon commented that I'd progressed as if I were a month out. Couldn't have accomplished these results without them and am eternally grateful.
