Fantastic experience: My father James Walker was admitted to the facility. Our family was pleased with the care that was given! Every day that we saw our father smiled, we were please. He never had a complaint. Staff was friendly and timely with his care. Food was great. My dad loves a great meal. Facility was clean and intact. We were pleased with the overall care!!!!

Fantastic experience: Transferring from one LTC facility to another in any company would cause a little anxiety , or so you would think, being the new person, on a daily interview until the majority get to know you……But I have to say in my experience here, it was completely different. I began my Journey as a First time Admissions Director here at Midtown in August of this year and the staff/residents were so welcoming and the attitudes were absolutely outstanding and positive. It has been an excellent experience working for a growth-oriented company whose number one priority is Resident care and making sure we have the knowledge and tools needed to provide excellent care for our residents. Here at Midtown Center FHR employees strive to be the best in their field to provide the best care& support for the residents and families . We provide services that meet the residents where they are while leaving room for growth to ensure they are given the best Quality of life possible.

Fantastic experience: My aunt is a resident here, every time I visit her she is clean , well kept , and well taken care of the nurses are very informative and keep me updated on her care, they have also renovated the building which is a nice touch.

Fantastic experience: My love one was there for only 1 month. However, I found the Staff friendly and caring. Especially the activity department....my love one was always bragging about as he said the lil short lady who is always giving him snacks and popcorn.

Fantastic experience: My Mother In Love was a patient at Midtown Center for 2 or 3 months. She needed intense therapy after a stroke on July 23, 2021. The therapy department was very attentive to her needs. Wyvette and Melanie were her favorite therapists. Shouts out to the nursing staff and Dr. Watson for getting her blood pressure regulated after years of her having unregulated high blood pressure. I can say TODAY, her blood pressure is still regulated and her doctor is amazed. She’s now eating healthier, and taking her meds as instructed. I thank GOD for the staff at Midtown Center for Health and Rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I love my brother nurse she really care about my brother and my brother was I'm majestic garden and I had to take him out of there because he had loss a lot of weight and could hardly talk I took him to the Medical center and they got him better the med trying to send him back to majestic garden I put my foot down and they put him in midtown like I told them to do.he been taking care of I'm happy about that.but please don't buy new clothes because someone there took all his new clothes I got him some more new clothes and they took them 2 and I try one more time and took them to I only got paid one time but for his clothes that the only thing I don't like my brother close was took before he could put on 1new outfit.but I will say they take good care of there patient

Fantastic experience: It's a great place to work. Recent ownership change and they really seem to care. Not just about the residents which is a given, however they really care about the employees. The management team is always available to answer questions. They don't mind "getting their hands dirty" by doing whatever is needed for the residents or staff!
