Fantastic experience: Encompass has really been a blessing to my family concerning my mother care. The administration was awesome, the doctors & nurses answered any question or concerns we had about her healthcare. This facility is an hide gem in the city of Memphis.

Fantastic experience: When we first learned that no beds were available close to home, I was very unhappy that I would be driving 30 minutes each way to spend time with my husband. After his 10 day stay at Encompass, when I compared the wonderful service and care he received there to the care at the other rehab facilities where he had been, I knew that if we needed to go to rehab in the future I would choose the good care at Encompass over the convenience of the facilities closer to home. It was definitely worth my extra time in the car to know that he was in such good hands with people who did everything they could to make him comfortable and physically able to return home. Thank you to the Encompass staff who helped us so much.

Fantastic experience: Our mom was in this facility and I can’t say enough positive comments about the care , from the Dr., physical therapists, nurses, aides, dietitians, social workers, on and on! I hope that I didn’t leave anyone out because you are all deserving! If you are a loved one are in need, allow these awesome people to care for you! You will begin healing as soon as you enter! Smiles everywhere.

Fantastic experience: Mama is doing amazing here. All of the therapists and nurses are so respectful and supportive. My family is very happy with the progress mom has made with the help of these kind people.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW! This facility far exceeded my expectations. The staff is amazing, the facility is comfortable and the food is even good. I went there after a hospital stay and was sent there to transition to home! Well done have not felt this good for years. Thanks team you're AWESOME!

Fantastic experience: I spent a week in rehab at Encompass after hip replacement surgery. I highly recommend this facility. My principal therapists, Alex and Mackensie, were both wonderful, caring, and compassionate. All nurses were friendly, and responded quickly to my needs. I couldn't have asked for better medical attention. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: I’m very glad to be able to come here and work on my spine. I hope to say I can walk again soon. They have all kinds of helpful tools here. The staff is very helpful and the food selection seems fresh. I don’t normally write a review until after my release or services provides, so I reserve the right to change my mind.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the service that I received while being a patient here. I had wonderful nurses, and especially Lee. I loved how many of the therapists especially Alyssa,Rebecca, and Sarah who took time to help me, make sure I receive all the equipment I needed for home, and they were patient.I’m also pleased with all the Doctors who took care and visit me. The housekeeping cleans very well, and sanitize in bleach to kill germs. Thanks Dr.Sullivan, Jeannine, and Methodist North employers for everything. Some of the food was okay.
