Fantastic experience: Spring Gate is a wonderful place to work. The culture and morale has changed and staff’s excited about coming to work. I’m so glad to be back. Positive experience: With every experience there some bumps ,but over all I'll them thumbs-up on effort to be loving, caring and Compassionate to their patient's needs and family members. Where there is shortage at this time as any other company? Some are giving their all some of the workers, know Some have been there for years. Good to see some faces , brought in a lady. I've been taking care of for a little over a year. I'm glad we brought it there. I feel like she's being cared for it's great to be treated as a human being God bless them for doing a great job!

Fantastic experience: The new process of signing in to visit my brother is easy and user friendly. Every step was easy. The front desk staff available to assist as needed. Mask are available also, if needed. I am pleased also with the care team that is taking care of my brother.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Mrs. Lakisha Scott for during a wonderful job with the facetime of me and my family member, Since the Coronavirus, Spring Gate facility has been closed. My love one been in Spring Gate for a year and we miss her. Since Mrs. Scott has been doing facetime, she ensure my love is camera ready by, make sure her face is washed, head position on the pillow, and body position where my love one can have a great visit. Mrs. Scott keep me updated on the open status of facility. She any question (s) I ask and if she don't know the answer at that moment, she will do her research ion and answer for me on the next visit. I just love Mrs. Scott positive attitude each time I or we facetime with my love one, she will find a way to interact with my love one even though my love can't talk due to the trach, she will blink her eyes, or move her head from side to side or move her mouth. Although, no words come out. I thank you all for Mrs. Scott and the months she have been doing this facetime. I just want to close by say keep up the Great Job Mrs. Scott!!! Regards, Patricia B. Fantastic experience: It has been really difficult for me to be in contact with my daddy due to my living in Michigan and the covid-19 virus. Ms. Lakesha Scott patient advocate has been a god send; she assists me in speaking with my daddy on Thursdays due to the no patient visitor rules and I just want to thank her for all that she does not just for me and my daddy; I am sure for all of the patients ........ Ms. Lakesha, mam thank you for all you do you are greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I just spent an entire day with my Mom who has been in Spring Gate since late August. It was my first visit since I live 1700 miles away. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I especially loved Marie Jackson and her amazing staff. Their interactions with the residents was amazing. It's a great feeling of relief to know that my Mother is in such good hands. My Mother was clean, and well cared for. Such a relief as it's been a difficult year for me. Thank you Miss Jackson for allowing me to organize my my Mama's drawers and wardrobe. I look forward to a return visit with my daughter in the spring. Sincerely LeAnn

Fantastic experience: This is my second year here and I wouldn't want to work nowhere else. I love my co workers and I love my patients. I enjoy working there as a CNA. If I ever need placement for my mother that would be the facility that I would choose. We are number one in my book!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been with the springgate company for a little over 90 days and I must say when I got there I had strong reservations about working here because of the review I read online. I read the building was old and yes that is true. I read the place lacked morale. Totally not true. The staff along with atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I was accepted with open arms. I also read the staff is unprofessional now with any profession there is always be a negative Nancy but those people since I have been there must be no longer with the company because I have yet to see, or hear negative talk about the company. I enjoy springgate, there is always room for improvement but as of now we're alright. Come check us out.

Fantastic experience: Great place. I worked here in the past and the staff is so nice and funny. Funny in a good way. Laughter is the best medicine sometimes and when you come in this facility you can actually feel a warm and welcoming spirit. The Administrator is very nice, but stern and that’s a good thing. He respects staff, the staff honestly loves him and he is just a good hard working man. The staff from housekeeping on up get 5 stars.

A big thanks goes out to the Admissions Director Ms. Grady, she greeted me and my family with a warm heart and made the process and decision to place our mother there with ease. She showed us around and answered all questions. Thanks again!!
