Fantastic experience: One of the best facilities that I've been in. Would recommend to others. The facility is modern with a full Rehab area, fully staffed with all the equipment you'd expect from a top notch provider.

Fantastic experience: My time spent at Memphis Jewish Home was very productive and satisfactory. The care I received there was over the top and I have nothing but respect, appreciation and gratitude for the nursing staff.

Fantastic experience: I was in the rehab part due to breaking my hip.. My experience was in 2015. I was so impressed with both the residential and the therapeutic service that I requested placement there after my second surgery. The management uses this place as a service to God and it shows. It is exceptionally clean and the staff is competent and kind.

Fantastic experience: Memphis Jewish Home and Rehab must be the best skilled nursing facility anywhere. The staff are all very caring. I live in another state, but am POA for a resident. They always apprise me of any changes needed in her care and if there are any issues. Also have care meetings with me by phone about 3 times a year. Couldn't ask for better.

Fantastic experience: The Memphis Jewish Home and Rehab in my experience and mind is maybe the best facility of it's kind in the country. It was unfortunate when our mother was first moved from the hospital to the Jewish Home, but the care she received during this difficult time was first class. The facility itself is very special and on my dailey visits, there were always new activities or themes going on to entertain and improve the residents and patients experience. Our mother was here for an extended time and the periodic meetings the staff had with my sisters and myself keeping US up to date on her condition AND to hear our feedback was very much appreciated and helpful. The many people who work here are special and doing the most important of jobs taking care of our loved ones in need. Our community is most fortunate to have such a facility. Fantastic experience: Memphis Jewish Home is the best Nursing & Rehab in the city. The therapy and nursing staff are top notch and require staff only to be the best. They say the food is Kosher and I the food was amazing and plenty of it for my mother. Their Rehab Gym is like no other! Thanks for the care!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time my mother has stayed here. EXCELLENT CARE. She has been at 3 other places that were horrible. They call me every day and keep me updated. She loves the nurses and the therapists. The only place I would recommend around the TN/MS area for a loved one.

Positive experience: My mother is there receiving treatment for a leg injury. She was first placed in the 300 hall and her care and caregivers were amazing. They acted as though they truly cared, took time to talk to you, anything. When she was moved to a different hallway it has been awful. The staff are very rude and come in very gruff and sometimes yelling. They are very impatient and act as If they could be doing anything else. People are there for a reason. They need some help learning and doing some things again. The job of the staff is to help them do that. So instead of coming in someone's room at 630 and yelling at them to get out of bed, throwing their clothes on the floor and telling them to figure out how to get themselves dressed, maybe offer a little assistance. Or at the very least, ask what they may need help with. I have worked in healthcare and this behavior is uncalled for.

Fantastic experience: My Husband has been here since June. I love that I can leave there with no worries. They call me when something happens always keep me updated! Love the staff and the way he is treated! He is a stroke patient. But because his recovery is slow we now have to look for Nursing Home! I would so wish he could stay here. Peace of mind means so much when someone else is taking care of a loved one. There waiting list is so long because they are so great!

Fantastic experience: Memphis Jewish Home is the best! My mom was there for rehabilitation for her broken leg and ankle, and she received top notch care - from the first contact with admissions to her entire care team to the sweet ladies that greet you when you arrive! Every detail to her care was handled promptly and professionally! I highly recommend Memphis Jewish Home for those in need of skilled nursing care!

Fantastic experience: This is such a wonderful place. My mother has been a long term resident for nearly two years and I visit her many times each week. Everyone on the staff has always been kind, considerate and very responsive. The rooms are immaculate. The food they serve is always fresh. They serve the same meals in their deli and I have eaten it many times. All the bakery items are made in house. I have walked through many homes and have never been in a cleaner, better maintained facility. I cannot imagine how a nursing home could be more caring or do more for their patients.
