Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Colleen Wilkens. We met for my pre/post knee replacement rehabilitation. I was back to work in 3 weeks with her treatments, knowledge and encouragement. I also have BPPV (Vertigo) her treatments and explanation of these life debilitating symptoms that can occur have me feeling more confident that I can manage the episodes. Colleen’s care and passion for her work will be an important relationship to the quality of my life. I can depend on her expertise to keep me healthy, active and most important independent. Fantastic experience: Having both grown up and lived in (as a young adult) a busy metropolitan area (DC), it was always hard to find not only good health care but providers who took the time to care and offer wonderful (and consistent) bedside manner as Colleen does. It makes a HUGE difference when you are in pain and want to be on the the road to recovery and healing. Esp concerning pretty vulnerable health concerns such as pelvic health. I have never felt embarrassed nor self conscious when working with Colleen . And how knowledgeable she is re: women’s pelvic health, it is a gem to find such a kind person let alone amazing provider. Both my husband and I had tension headaches brought on by stress (very early during the pandemic), she not was both very careful and safe with precautionary Covid-19 methods, her treatment of care helped us get through a very a stressful season in life. I have also seen her for sprains and other injuries-yes I am falling apart . All very methodical and intentional plans which helped recovery go very smoothly. Lastly, she is local. Like literally down the street from my house which also makes it so convenient. Please if you are looking for a PT, go see Colleen.

She gave me easy to follow exercises that didn’t take up much of my time to complete. She followed up with me and made sure that I knew she was always available for any questions I may have.
