Fantastic experience: After visiting different physical therapy clinics throughout my life for various rehabilitations, I can confidently state, without hesitation, that Spinal Dynamics is hands down the best. Working with Physical Therapists who are at the top of their respective fields has been both enjoyable and rewarding. More specifically, I have had the pleasure of working with two exceptional Physical Therapists: Cheryl Timmer and Christine Sena. Words cannot describe how much they helped me recover, not only quickly, but also with tremendous care, patience, and perseverance. I cannot recommend a better organization nor give high enough praise to Spinal Dynamics and its incredible staff. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I am an occupational therapist who fell into the trap of thinking I could self-diagnose and treat my cervical and upper back pain. The problem was my background is neurorehabilitation and I am by no means a spine specialist. I now understand that some of the exercises and yoga postures I was doing were aggravating my symptoms. The physical therapists at Spinal Dynamics of Wisconsin are highly skilled and have developed advanced competence in treating upper and lower back conditions. They started with a comprehensive physical examination to understand the underlying causes of my symptoms and then expertly helped me to grade my activities to break my pain cycle and strengthen my muscles to help me manage my symptoms. I have degenerative disk and vertebral changes and the therapist who worked with me taught me 'new rules' to follow and exercises to manage my symptoms. The exercises have helped a great deal. I still have days when I break my 'new rules', but on those days I no longer experience excessive pain. After stretching and performing a few exercises I've been able to manage my symptoms. What was also helpful was I was able to see the same therapist for each appointment so the continuity of care was exceptional. This is important to me since I did not have to 'retell' my story to move on to the next phase of my treatment. Thank you Spinal DynamicsI I sincerely appreciate all that you taught me.

Fantastic experience: I have had four occasions to work with Chrissy Sena at Spinal Dynamics and each treatment program has been successful and thoroughly satisfying. Chrissy combines her expansive technical knowledge, her years of experience and her empathetic and caring heart and applies them to partner with her patients to deliver effective care and healing. The Spinal Dynamics facility is top notch and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Knowing that the Spinal Dynamics team will be there when I need them is reassuring. I recommend Spinal Dynamics regularly to family and friends and highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 87 yr. old Mom in for spinal stenosis therapy after her surgeon decided surgery was not an option. She also has mild scoliosis and old fractures. It is hard work for her, but the difference is noticeable, and is definitely contributing to a better quality of life. The staff is so very supportive. Cindy Marti has put together an exceptional team that truly stands out from others we have seen. I was so impressed, I turned to them for Body Dynamics work on my shoulder and arm. Dry Needling, soft tissue work and exercises are calming and restorative. Hurts like the devil, but it works. I have learned so much about the circle of pain and depression. As a caregiver, I focused on my Mom's issues, ignoring my own. So many thanks to Cindy, Peter and to John for sorting us both out. And to Heather and Chris for their great administrative support and constant smiles.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough positive things about Doctors of Physical Therapy in Wauwatosa. The front desk staff is friendly and they make it very easy to schedule. The clinic is clean and very welcoming. I have been seeing Cindy Marti for several months and I drive over an hour each way to work with her. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable in the area of scoliosis. She spends quality one-on-one time with me and educates me on my condition as we progress through my exercises. She is a wonderful teacher and communicator and she sends me pictures of myself doing the exercises so that I know exactly what I am to do when working on my HEP at home. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

She listened attentively to my very long history of my health, and then delivered a summary back along with a hopeful message...something I desperately needed to hear. Now the work begins. Learning not just some new physical things to do, but also a lot of knowledge about WHY my body responds the way it does. I look forward to this journey....and understand it will be long, but finally, I have someone navigating and showing me the way.

They are gentle and yet strong when it comes to manipulations and massage techniques. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Spinal Dynamics to work with a physical therapist for the pain caused by cervical bulging discs. I had received PT before with a different service with no relief, so I had low expectations when I began treatment at Spinal Dynamics. I was pleasantly surprised my first visit. My therapist, Meg, took the time to listen to my symptoms, perform an exam, and discuss her thoughts on a treatment plan for me. She even began with dry needling my first appointment, which brought immediate relief to my tight muscles. I have had a few visits with Meg since then, and each time, she works with me from the first minute of my session to the last (and sometimes a few over), from stretches to dry needling to showing me ways to better exercise by body at home. She has made some great recommendations for products which have brought relief between appointments. I have been so much more comfortable since I began treatment with Meg. She is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Spinal Dynamics is a great facility; it is clean, well-kept, and the staff is friendly. The gym has large picture windows that look out onto a beautiful golf course. What a great view while receiving therapy! I would definitely recommend Spinal Dynamics and the services of Meg Gogin for all your spinal PT needs.

I see John Hojnacki, DPT for chronic neck issues and headaches. After my last knee replacement I saw Cindy Marti, PT to address my leg length discrepancy. Spinal Dynamics and Body Dynamics is my house of healing. They have the most caring team in town.

Fantastic experience: To date I have been seen twice, and both times had a very positive experience. I saw Meg the first time and Matt the second appointment, and liked them both very much. I felt very comfortable with them, and very confident in them. They both were very knowledgeable. I feel a whole new sense of hope for some long standing physical issues I have been dealing with (scoliosis and TMJ). The front office staff has also been wonderful...very pleasant, and they always return my calls.

Fantastic experience: I've seen both Lauren and Cheryl for PT for both my knee replacements and they know their stuff! 6 months since my last TKR and I'm almost back to normal! They push but in a way that motivates you to do the homework so that you continue to make progress. I highly recommend any of the PTs at Spinal Dynamics!

Fantastic experience: I have used Spinal Dynamics several times now. I first used their services after being hit from behind in a car accident by a man texting. They worked with me to get over my whiplash and get back to a normal life after the impact had left me unable to sleep and move regularly. I returned to use the services they offer after having new back issues about 7 years later. They again gave me therapy and exercises that quickly resolved my issues. Now, several years later I have been experiencing some shoulder and neck pain that was caused by posture issues combined with latent after effects from previous injuries. John worked with me to get rid of these bad habits and taught me how to correct them combining therapy and exercises to quickly restore the mobility I wish to have as an active person. Cindy and her team at Spinal Dynamics is professional and caring. They work to restore you to health and provide you the tools to minimize recurrence. I can not recommend them enough!

He was always there to works hands on with me while I'm in his care during therapy sessions. Always gave good advice with home therapy and truly takes pride in his work. Fantastic experience: I have been helped at Spinal Dynamics for years. From surgeries to various aches and pains. My physical therapist, John, has always done a fantastic job on relieving my pain and getting me on my feet again. He has done dry needling on me when I've had various issues and always had success. I continue to go to Spinal Dynamics because of the relief I have received. I've been to other places and they don't come close to the treatment here. I have paid out of my pocket because my insurance didn't cover it. I wanted to get it right the first time instead of wasting my time at other places that don't measure up. John takes the time to actually figure out where the pain is coming from and going to. Spinal Dynamics takes the steps necessary to get you back on your feet again.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to Spinal Dynamics Body Dynamics and the amazing Lauren! I was in a lot of pain with a pinched nerve and feeling hopeless. As soon as I called and was greeted with a willingness to help, I knew I made the right call. I was seen the same day and Lauren spent an hour with me to understand my issue and develop a plan. I felt so much better physically and emotionally when I left that day!

When referred to Spinal Dynamics I felt that I should try physical therapy, as I have tried everything else. Working with Cindy and Meg has been very educational. Fantastic experience: I am seeing Matt Kinkade for back pain related to scoliosis. I also have generalized joint hypermobility, migraines, neck pain, hip pain and a leg length discrepancy. Matt is able to adapt my care plan taking all of these things into account simultaneously, and I've never had a PT that could accomplish that before. He is a wealth of knowledge and in fact, has so many thoughts about things that you can see him thinking faster than he's even able to communicate them. Aside from Matt's incredible care, I really like Spinal Dynamics as a group. As a self-pay patient they have made out of pocket costs standardized and affordable. I have the flexibility to come as frequently as my budget permits including the option to come every 2 weeks, to come for shorter less expensive visits, etc. They were also very understanding about rescheduling on a day when a migraine would have kept me from getting the most out of my session. As a scoliosis patient I'm so happy to have found a place in the Milwaukee metro area that specializes in spine care and a PT who is able to adapt the care plan to all of my physical issues. Fantastic experience: This is my second experience with Spinal Dynamics, separated by ten years. They specialize in spinal issues; I was first referred to them by an orthopedist who also specializes in spine problems. The physical therapists I worked with did a great job of quickly diagnosing the problem, explaining the issues, and treating the problem with a variety of techniques. I found it to be a very positive experience. In the health insurance nightmare we’re in the middle of now (very restricted networks, very high deductibles, and difficulty getting pre-approvals), I greatly appreciated being able to pay a reduced rate out of pocket. As a physician myself I know how important it is to go to a good health care provider - they’re not all the same. Good option for someone who doesn’t want to be constrained by their insurance.

Fantastic experience: My daughter really liked Cheryl. After having not the most ideal experience with a doctor , PT was a breath of fresh air . The tools Lilly received , have been put into use in her gymnastics season.

Fantastic experience: I went to Spinal Dynamics and saw Matt for my PT . He worked out problems with my back and spine. I also was given excerisis which really help . We also worked on my posture, which made a difference . If you are a senior like I am you’re never to old to learn .

Fantastic experience: I feel Colleen is very good at how she analyses my condition. She also communicates well and describes where my problem areas are and how to correct them thru exercise to ease the pain and discomfort. She added tips on body posture and movement to help with everyday tasks. She also gives a detailed print out description of how to do the various exercises at home, which I appreciate. She is a very gentle and caring therapist and really wants to help you get back into as good a condition as possible. So far it has been a very positive experience.

My PT Colleen is amazing, and I would recommend her and Spinal dynamics to anyone with any issue that could be solved or eased with physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Have been to many PT places over the years. Most other places spend only a portion of your appointment time with you, while they are "working" and "juggling" other patients routines along with yours. This is BOGUS. At Spinal Dynamics, you spend every minute with the therapist. Range of motion measurements are recorded to chart the trend in your recovery. If muscle kneeding, message, manipulation, pulling and elongating the muscles is required, you will get it. They will give you all the exercises you need, and show you the correct form. They don't "waste" your whole session with you DOING THE EXERCISES while they do something else! (Thats for home, on your clock!!!) My first experience was with Cindi for back issues, and was so impressed I came back when I had rotator cuff surgery. Cheryl has been wonderful to work with on my shoulder. Forget the big box chain places,......you will be getting much less care, and your recovery will take four times longer.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient off and on at Spinal Dynamics since Cindy first opened the door! I am in aw of all of the people who work with and for her! It is an awesome staff. I just finished a round of PT on 7/22/15 and worked with Cindy and Matt. I love them both. Dry needling has been my savior and I'm so glad I said: "Yes!" to the procedure.
