Athletico Physical Therapy - Wauwatosa

Fantastic experience: On October 3rd of 2021 I had a partial knee replacement surgery, beginning that same week I began physical therapy with Paige at Athletico on North Avenue in Wauwatosa, from day one her knowledge proved to be absolutely essential to my recovery from surgery and getting me up and moving again, all in a very pleasant manner that made me feel relaxed and far less nervous and anxious about the experience than I might normally have been, and not just at the facility, Paige also provided me with numerous exercises that I did at home between visits to further the healing and recovery process along. Kevin, the gentleman at the front desk was also extremely helpful in setting up my appointments and sorting out any issues that arose with the insurance company, billing, etc. All in all, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Athletico to anyone in need of any type of physical therapy for any reason, and if the need aver arises for myself again, I will absolutely return to Athletico, and Paige in particular, for my therapy.

Fantastic experience: The combination of physical therapist Paige and Kevin is not to be beat. Paige actually makes it fun to do physical therapy. Kevin always greets you with a smile and always asks if there’s anything he can do for you. Perfect pair.

Fantastic experience: I am a discriminating consumer that rarely gives out 5 Stars or 10 for 10 in surveys, believing there is always room for improvement. However, my experience with Paige and Athletico North Avenue was nothing short of outstanding while rehabbing a total knee reconstruction. Paige is a total PT professional that inspires engagement and confidence. She charted a plan for what she wanted to achieve over the course of treatment - approximately 16 sessions . But, importantly, the plan seemed customized and realistic to my age, weight, flexibility, progress, etc. She ensured my Dr. received several detailed reports on my progress/limits. I will also add the facility and equipment are newer, clean and well maintained. Kevin at the front desk also does a friendly, efficient job in coordinating insurance and scheduling. I could say more, but it may be best to just to say this a positive and caring environment that checks all the boxes in promoting the ultimate goal of healing.

Fantastic experience: I normally don't leave reviews but wanted to because of the fantastic service I received here at Athletico. I highly recommend this location. The staff Paige, Kevin & Chasity are phenomenal to work with. They are very accommodating, flexible, concerned, & caring individuals. My journey during the recovery process for the past 3 months will be very memorable. If I should ever need physical therapy again I would definitely return here and would also recommend to them to my Family & Friends. Thank you all for Everything!!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a location for physical therapy, l highly recommend Athletico on North Avenue in Wauwatosa!! The moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Kevin and Paige you know that you are in good hands. It is such a friendly welcoming place. It wasn’t just physical therapy -everyone becomes friends and cheers each other on! During my treatment we would talk about music, restaurants, movies, how your day was going, and if you had any concerns or problems with your injury. I was constantly impressed by Paige’s knowledge and the different techniques she used. She had so much patience and always explained the reasoning behind the exercises and how they would would aid in healing. Her passion to help me heal motivated me to do the at-home exercises she asked me to do. Thank you Kevin and Paige for helping me through a rough patch in my life following rotator cuff surgery! You two are the best!!

Fantastic experience: My Patient Experience Coordinator was Kevin Schnier. He was very attentive and accommodating. A pleasure to work with. My PT and Clinic Manager was Paige Graham. She was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Successfully helped me develop a plan to improve the flexibility and diminish the pain in my left knee. I highly recommend Paige and the clinic in Wauwauosa WI.

Fantastic experience: They are awesome to work with! Paige is very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was back to running as fast as possible. The rest of the team made scheduling and dealing with insurance seamless. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Paige took over my physical therapy a few months ago when she came to this location as a therapist and manager. She is incredibly responsive to the condition I’m in during each session, and is constantly adapting my therapy to ensure my progress. The atmosphere is professional, friendly, and motivating. I have recommended to friends and family already and will continue doing so.

Fantastic experience: I tore my ACL in june of my sophmore year playing soccer for my highschool. Being an athletic person, this really tore me down, and I had very little motivation to start recovery. After meeting paige and going to her for a couple sessions, it made me feel a lot better. She really helped me mentally and physically get better. She really cares about her clients and know what she is talking about. She is always doing stuff to benefit and help her clients, while still being fun and cracking occasional jokes.#ilovepaige

Fantastic experience: I saw Paige, the manager and physical therapist, for carpal tunnel and tendonitis in my thumb. She is very knowledgeable and provided lots of information and exercises that have helped with my recovery. She consistently checks in and ensures proper progress is being made. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Ryan Bedingfield for physical therapy. If I were to be honest, I have struggled with back pain for most of my life, but the pain was much worse this year. Ryan was very clear with instructions for exercises and helped me to understand the why. I have improved a lot in flexibility and strength. My pain is gone and Ryan provided me with tools to keep it away. The only thing I wish I would have done is gone here sooner.

Fantastic experience: My therapist Katie is OUTSTANDING. She geared my instructions to my particular needs, answered my concerns and questions with excellent professional responses, is very personable, and is encouraging at all times. She provided at home instructions during our sessions and also for after my therapy sessions ended.

Fantastic experience: So happy that I chose Athletico in my Wauwatosa neighborhood for rehab after my total knee replacement. The staff is professional, friendly and welcoming. The facility itself is bright and clean, with updated equipment. My Physical Therapist, Katie, has been wonderful to work with. At each session, she evaluates my knee, listens carefully to my responses, and then develops a plan for that visit. She also gives me excellent strategies that I can use at home between visits. Two other Physical Therapists that I’ve had contact with, Jordan and Max, have also been great. I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made and would recommend Athletico to anyone needing rehab after surgery or injury.

Fantastic experience: Katie and her staff did a great job rehabilitating my neck. They were very professional, and had just the right equipment and techniques. Katie asked me questions at each session and helped me in a wholistic way. After finishing treatment, I have continued to do the exercises she gave me, and feel she has given me a great start on a much healthier life.

Fantastic experience: Katie and the rest of the staff were all wonderful - very professional, kind, and patient. I walked in for my first session feeling rather hopeless (due to all of the pain I was in) and 8 sessions later, I was able to walk out feeling back to “normal” again. I highly recommend them!
