Fantastic experience: The Therapy team are great, clean facility, some of the nurses are so kind and compassionate and some of the techs are great. The A.D.O.N. is one of the kindest ,most caring ladies I ever met. I had the privilege of being in the room next to her office so she assisted me a lot herself. I will never forget her kindness.

Fantastic experience: First time here and I like it so far,but the beds don’t look safe,she is a risk falls and where is the safety guard on the hold beds on the side.

Positive experience: After leaving the hospital we were recommended to come here for rehabilitation. My dad enjoyed his attending staff and the food. Chef Wilton was very nice to work with in getting information concerning an at home menu.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the appearance if the facility both inside and outside. Everyone that I had contact was friendly and willing to help in any way asking if I needed or wanted anything and I had contact with several. My wife is a temporary resident and she loves the meals. I want to stay in my home but if I ever need a facility, this is the one I want to go to.

Fantastic experience: I only have good things to say about this place. My dad has been here for almost a week and every single person we have worked with has been amazing. They truly care and have made me feel at peace about the care he's recieving

Fantastic experience: I visited my brother on Father's day 2023. I must say he looked so well; clean, happy,and the room was very clean as well. It seems like the staff are keeping the odors down! My previous visits was NOT so. But they are All very nice, helpful people working there. Thanks for your kindness and all you do.

Positive experience: They not perfect but I can personally see the results. By the grace of God he made sure she was put in a place where she could be surrounded by people who care about her well being. Thank God there's men and women at the Nashville Rehab Center who love their job. Thank you for being AMAZING to my grandmother.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful my grandmother was moved to this facility. She was 100 years old and had lived a big full life. She was moved to this facility to rehab but quickly declined due to old age. My family had never been through losing someone like this and the staff at this facility met and exceeded every need. My grandmother was cared for, kept comfortable and clean, and never suffered while leaving this world. The staff was there for us and her every step of the way. I can not praise these nurses, CNAs, or techs enough. Specifically thank you to Malik, Amanda, and Margayle who loved on my grandma all 8 days she was there. You all are angels and I’m so grateful to have been able to cross paths with you all.

Fantastic experience: Experience was awesome!!! This was my visit first visit to this location, and I am amazed with the work I witnessed!! Shout out to the nurses, therapist and all other personnel who makes up this dynamic team. Especially, the administrator, he’s in a class of it’s own!! Fantastic experience: I had knee replacement three weeks ago and went straight from my surgery to Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. The admissions team- Rene and Alana - were so helpful and they continued to check on me throughout my stay. On arrival, I was welcomed by a very friendly staff and taken to my room which was spotless and very comfortable. I was immediately visited by the nursing staff to get me settled and familiar with the facility. All the nurses on both day and night shifts were very nice and accommodating. I especially enjoyed getting to know my nurse Shawana Cole, she was very kind and on top of everything I needed. The physical therapy was fantastic. All of therapist were very knowledgeable to the needs of a knee replacement patient and I came home able to do most everything myself. Many thanks to a great therapy staff. The doctors checked on me regularly, the wound staff was wonderful at keeping an eye on my incision. Also, the food was great and healthy (the Chef was wonderful!!) and my room was cleaned thoroughly daily. I highly give this facility 5 stars and recommend it to everyone who I know that needs rehabilitation services. I had a very pleasant experience there and met a lot of great people. Will return there again when I have my other knee replaced for sure. Thanks to everyone ! - Sara Nelson

Fantastic experience: I was most impressed when I entered the facility by the security they have in place for Covid detection and the visitation screening. We have only visited twice and the rooms were nice and clean and the staff were all welcoming and helpful. My relative was pleased and so was I.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough with COVID protocol! Made sure we had mask and staff person came by and greeted us! Also assisted family member with checking in!

Fantastic experience: The staff was fabulous! They went out of their way to make sure my loved one felt safe and comfortable. Additionally, the business office manager was kind, patient and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time explaining benefits to our family.

Fantastic experience: Upon arriving my wife and myself were greeted very professionally,instructed how to sign in and what was expected of us doing our visit, all the staff we came in contact with were extremely kind and the facility was well cared for.

Fantastic experience: This was our first venture into the world of rehabilitation for my elderly father. While we were very grateful for the opportunity to place him in a supportive environment to expedite his return home, we were also concerned. Our fears were quickly put to rest! The staff was welcoming, warm and friendly, and very informative about the treatment plan and expectations. The next morning after his first night alone at the center, he was very upbeat, optimistic and pleased with all of the care and kindness he was receiving. In this season of THANKSGIVING, we are truly thankful for the Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing.

Fantastic experience: My mom is currently at Nashville Center for Rehabilitation. She has been in two hospital's and one rehab center before this one, in the past two months. I am very pleased with everything so far. The staff are wonderful. My mother has an issue with eating. A chef came to her room today and asked what she would like to eat. He came back with seafood and also is planning to get her a fridge with fresh fruit . We are Blessed to be apart of this place!

Fantastic experience: I am writing on behalf of a friend Mr. Cox who's sister was recently cared for at this facility. She was 89. I am only able to give a 5 star review, but Mr. Cox would like to give the facility and staff a 10 + review. He was very pleased with her care while there. Fantastic experience: The Director of Activities, Makayla F., is such a breath of fresh air. We always hear horror stories about nursing home workers not caring about their patients, but Makayla does. She has such a caring and positive attitude and truly wants the best for the residents there. She is such an asset to the company and I hope they value her for all that she is worth and more. Thank you Makayla for all you do.

Fantastic experience: My mom has been here 2 weeks and is getting better everyday. We are grateful to the staff for their dedication to patient recovery and family involvement. -Questions/concerns are discussed within a reasonable amount of time. -The food is good (family members can get a food tray as well) -Access to MD’s as well as Nurse Practitioners -On site physical therapy gym After researching several other facilities, I am glad she is recovering here.

Fantastic experience: My mom was there twice. She was well cared for. Rehab is amazing!! The food was mom's biggest complaint. But they hired a new chef when she went back and it was better. They staff is so loving, upbeat and honest. I wouldn't want her anywhere else. AAAAAA+++++++ great place to be!

Fantastic experience: The people here are phenomenal!! They are real people who care about meeting the needs and having real relationships with their patients. They take a sincere interest in doing what is best for the patient and love to interact with them while making them feel at home while they are there. The atmosphere is a circle of belonging where patients and families can find meaning, and have a place to truly call home, if only for a short time. The food is great and they provide planned, coordinated, and engaging activities to enhance the patient's social life and personality throughout the day. Nashville Center for Rehab and Healing is a special place with loving professionals and offers an authentic, close-knit community living experience.

Fantastic experience: I recommend anyone who is in need of a rehabilitation and healing to Nashville center. I had the most incredible experience. I went in broken physically and spiritually and the the carr i received through my therapist was amazing. The spiritual healing was the patient advocate care, Ashlyn and Michael who went beyond my needs as well as my families. My husband also needed dialysis and they helped him get established also. The patient advocate, Ashlyn helped me with clothing when I had none. The nursing staff was awesome in helping answering all the questions about medication. I give this place a 100 in all ways. Its complete healing.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful building. Many activity offerings. Therapy staff seems top notch. About as pleasant as it can be for a rehab stay.
