P3: Precision Physical Therapy & Pilates

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my gym instructor. Jeannie was an incredible therapist, as advertised by my instructor. They are a great facility with a fine staff. Highly recommended based on my personal experience.

Positive experience: Physical Therapy from Barbi Zwerner after my knee surgery was so awesome that we booked some PT from her for my wife, and soon after began couples Pilates sessions (not with Barbi - she's PT only). The quality of the Physical Therapy from Barbi alone was 5 stars, without a doubt. Six stars. Had I known her first, I probably would have avoided surgery altogether. Unfortunately, subsequent communication with P3 always had some hiccups - sometimes we would get email reminders, other times not. It really felt like, as a business, things were a little loose. And the facility left a lot to be desired - it's a very old building, with old building problems, e.g., doing Pilates with a huge fan going to dry the floors when there was a leak, stuff like that. Then our first Pilates instructor left suddenly and we were given no mention of it until we showed up for our session with her - and it was someone else. No worries, felt like starting over, but these things happen, and it worked out fine.. until after a few months of a new routine, we showed up for our appointment and somehow we weren't on the books at all. Not only that, but we were told that our Pilates instructor was no longer doing Monday nights at all - our regular night - yet no one had bothered to reach out to us! We just showed up and had no appointment. It was (and is) extremely disappointing. The desk staff was very apologetic and promised we would get a call to sort this out - yet we have never heard from P3 again. It has been about 2 months, and not one call, nor email. After genuinely feeling almost part of a "family" for more than a year, we were simply dumped like a bad boy/girlfriend, without so much as an "it's not you, it's me," text. Very upsetting. You would think that mysteriously losing a pair of weekly, paying clients would be important, but apparently not. Ironically, I'm still getting newsletters which hit me up to write a Google Review - so here it is. Ya kind of broke our hearts, P3.

Fantastic experience: I had knee issues for over a year and had been to multiple physical therapists around Nashville. My progress was slow and frustrating. But when I came to see Heather at P3 she immediately correctly diagnosed the issue and put me on the path to regaining strength and mobility. I highly recommend P3 Nashville for physical therapy needs. They are the best in Nashville.

Fantastic experience: I came to P3 almost a year ago after being recommended by my husband's colleague . Without a doubt it is the best way to deliver PT...private rooms, 1:1 attention, and lots of excellent communication. I graduated from PT but now do private pilates instruction to maintain back health and overall strength and mobility. Highly recommend! Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two hip replacements and a back surgery (spinal infusion). I’ve been working with Michal Harvey at P3, a Pilates Instructor who is UNBELIEVABLE! She is professional, supportive, and caring. Michal has helped me start to heal and feel better with stretching and doing all different forms of creative Pilates exercises. The atmosphere at P3 is upbeat and comfortable. Go there NOW!!

Fantastic experience: After going to different PT chains around town for the same issue with no results, I ended up seeing Dr. Holmes at Impact (who is also awesome) who recommended P3. Jeannie is a literal angel from heaven! She is very knowledgeable. She is kind. She will work with you for as long as it takes for you to get better. So where the chain places want you out in 6 weeks even if you aren't better yet, P3 will keep pursuing answers until it is figured out & you feel good again. Jeannie doesn't give up! I can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: I have used P3 therapists for the last few years for hip arthritis. The P3 group was highly recommended by my Orthopedic doctor, Dr. F. Clark Holmes. Each therapist I have worked with has been professional, knowledgable and has improved my pain level. I took pilates with Dawn at P3 for over a year. She was tuned in to my individual needs, read my PT chart and followed the direction of the physical therapist. She is a highly trained and certified Pilates instructor. The primary benefit other than the each Physical Therapist has a doctorate is the fact that as a patient you are treated in a private room for an entire one on one hour. There is no large gym with a bunch of sweaty, bulked up men. Just a serene, professionally run office.
