Fantastic experience: Trevecca is a great place to work we take pride in our center . Our residents are like our family we try to make them fill right at home. We have a great staff .Fine food clean rooms and all the great care that your family could want. So come on down and take a tour .

Fantastic experience: Greeted coming. In and machine wasn’t putting out a slip so young lady at the desk looked it up for me while we had a pleasant conversation and had to give me elevator code all in all everybody was great

Fantastic experience: This new system is great verification of visitors in the building and checking the health status for sighs and symptoms of Covid. It’s easy to use and is a necessary check system for all in the building to be more infection free from infection.

Fantastic experience: Both of my parents are at Trevecca Rehabilitation. I toured a few facilities but after meeting Melissa and touring their facility I knew that this was the best place for them. The facility was very clean and welcoming the staff is friendly with both patients and family. I really liked that it is a very secure facility. My parents can see downtown Nashville from their room. I'm very impressed with Trevecca Rehabilitation and Healing.

Fantastic experience: Had surgery, then they sent me here for minor rehabilitation. So I made myself walk all over. The best part of exercising is finding the cafeteria downstairs. Those happy faces made my day. So running around went up to 7 times a day to get juice and a cup of coffee ☕ and say hello to these sweet people cooking for this center. They were great cooks.

Fantastic experience: The employees were very helpful, polite, and very friendly. The facility was very clean, smelled good. The patient room was also clean and organized. If I had to go to a long term rehabilitation facility, I would definitely choose Trevecca. You only have a rating of five (5) stars but I give Trevecca 10 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: The desk attendant let us in and guided us through the electronic e-registration. The process was thorough but easy. Everyone was courteous and professional. My friend was clean and very upbeat. The staff was very professional and attentive. Great experience.

Positive experience: I was amazed at the organized check in, the security control on the elevators , facility was very clean and updated. Dinner looked appealing and there was several staff members on hands for the patients needs and services. I was totally impressed. Almost a perfect 5.

Fantastic experience: Everything from beginning to end my visit to Tribeca was a wonderful experience. Everybody is gorgeous and nice and efficient. We had lunch at the cafeteria and the food was a One exquisite. Thank you for the good work for the nice treatment of your patients with love care, and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: The facility seems to be kept up well. I have been there 4 times in the past week visiting a friend who is a patient there and everyone has been very nice and helpful. My friend seems to be doing well and improving from the care she’s receiving.

Fantastic experience: Staff has been awesome and attentive to my requests! Social services has been on top of it . Not to mention you get your own personal concierge (she is awesome btw). I am glad I am here during my healing journey.

Fantastic experience: Everybody's always professional. A lot of the employees get to know the patients personally and for the most part it seems like they genuinely care about their patients. My dad was in very bad shape when he arrived He's been there now for 2 years and he is in the best shape that he's been in the past 5 years or so. I appreciate all the care that they give to the patients there I'm sure it's not easy.

Fantastic experience: My experience at trevecca has been wonderful. The staff has been amazing, they have been attentive to all of my needs. Not to mention the ice is delicious. I couldn’t have been partnered with a better roommate. Every thing has been customized to ensure my experience was top tier. They even hosted a sip and paint for the patients and it was amazing entertainment and a delicious cheese board. Fantastic experience: My time here has been lovely. I have met so many staff members that have been kind and passionate about the care that they give. My roommate is phenomenal, they matched us perfectly. We came from different parts of the country yet our story is so similar. Every facility has it's challenges but trevecca takes pride in always improving their service. I highly recommend this facility for you rehabilitation and long-term care needs

Fantastic experience: The staff is wonderful.They not only take great care of my sister,but I had been having severe back issues and they went out of their way to make me comfortable.They brought our different chairs and pillows until I could sit comfortably and visit with my sister.EXCELLENT,CARING STAFF!

Fantastic experience: My brother has been there for two and half years therefor I am frequent visitor . The kindness and care that the staff shows while caring for the residents warms my heart . I know this is their job but they go above and beyond a lot . Sure there are problems, there always gonna be but the way they step up and handle them is beyond the service standard . I ask one of my favorite nurses ( she is the weekend 4th floor nurse I think so I hope she sees this ) How do you do this ? She said “ with a lot of love in my heart they are all my babies “ . I think of her a lot and how lucky Trevecca is to have her . I know there will be a special place in heaven reserved for these folks . I might want to add the facility is very clean and my brother can be a quite the challenge .

Fantastic experience: My husband was admitted here for 2 weeks of rehab after being very sick and hospitalized for 3 weeks. I was very happy with how welcoming and clean the lobby was the first time I went. When we got to his room it was clean, and I even looked under the bed and dresser for dust bunnies. His room mate was very friendly and welcoming. The admitting nurse and techs were very nice. Most everyone came into the room with a smile. He had a tech who was a wonderful lady. I do not remember her name but she was on day shift, 2nd floor, and was from Africa originally. She gets 5⭐️ from us!! Cannot day enough about Sondra from physical therapy and Michelle from Occupational Therapy. Great job ladies and thank you!! We will highly recommend Trevecca Rehab and Healing Facility. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: We want to talk about Professionalism of the staff is top rated, and that’s from the nurse practitioners down to the person that serves your meal. They also check on you even if your call light isn’t on, that shows compassion. PT and OT, I’d give them top booking anytime. I had experience with them 15 years ago, I came in and they told me they’d have me home in two weeks, I told them I wanted to go home in one week, and they got it done. They are very compassionate also, they’ll escort you back to your room, make sure you’re comfortable before leaving you. Trevecca cares for the person as a whole, you aren’t just an injury, they call you by your name.

Fantastic experience: I spent about 5 weeks at Trevecca rehab center. The center was great. The Dr's and nursing staff took care of me. I had therapists from physical, occupational, and speech working with me every day. I was very pleased with our experience.

Fantastic experience: I came in to visit my Uncle who is staying here. He was very relaxed. Loves the staff. Working in the heath care field, I notice how patients are taken care of! They really treat them family!! Thank you so much!!
