Fantastic experience: Joe Pesce at Theradynamics is a wonderful Occupational Therapist. Joe is patient, kind and answered all my questions. He made me very comfortable and his treatments were very helpful in healing my broken wrist. I am still doing the exercises I learned at home. Thank you, Joe!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the Team at Theradynamics on St. Nicholas enough! I started with a stress fracture from running and couldn’t walk without pain. Bhavi, Greeshma, and Ruchi helped me learn how to properly stretch and recover. They also helped me increase my strength training to help support my recovery and running. When I was ready to get back to running, they provided a plan to get my mileage back up safely to avoid further injury. With their help, I was able to start my marathon training on time and pain free. I just completed my longest run (17 miles) feeling strong and without any issues, thanks to them! The location is new, spacious, and offers a lot of equipment for varying needs. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming, especially Yajahira at the front desk who is exceptional. I’m so thankful to the entire Team for getting me back to running. If you’re considering a physical therapy office, I strongly recommend the St. Nicholas Ave Theradynamics location!

Fantastic experience: I have been to this Theradynamic location twice (2 different situation) and I have to say the treatment of all the patients that come in is warm and welcoming. The physical therapist are kind and helpful and are always offering modifications and helpful information. My recent knee injury has led me to them again and to learn about the Apos Health shoes. They are designed to help with different injuries. I have been using them for about 3 months or so (don't remember the exact date I got them) but the improvement of my pain and mobility from the time I started PT to now has improved immensely. Especially with the care of Bhavi and Greeshma (hoping I spelled their names right) I have been able to bend in to a full squat, going up and down the stairs is easier now that I have been wearing the shoes for up to 3 hrs (personal choice l, recommended is 1 hour a day I believe) for 4-7 days a week. The shoes have also helped me when I would have some everyday back pains that I no longer have. Thank you to the physical therapist over at Theradynamic Physical Therapy for helping me and getting me on the track to improve my knees. They are highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Theradynamics two months ago. I was experiencing lower back pain which interfered with my daily routines such as walking , climbing steps and bending. The pain even compromised my ability to work . Having come to 120th Street in East Harlem, where the front desk staff is incredibly delightful and professional , along with therapists , Greeshma,Bhavi, Sheena and Ruchi, I have progressed greatly and would highly recommend their service and expertise!

Fantastic experience: I like this place very much for PT. Girls do a very good job. I came here for shoulder pain few months ago. Dr. Bhavi , Greeshma, Sheena and Ruchi gave me exercises to stretch and strengthen my muscles. I feel much better now. Fantastic experience: Let me start by giving you a little info about my experience with Theradynamics. I was referred by my doctor due to a car accident I had back in May of 2021 after the accident I felt okay until few months after that I developed a really bad pain on my lower back and it ran through both my lower extremities to the point I was bed bound. I could not barely walk my physical activities decreased, I didn’t have no social activities, I couldn’t work. I was miserable and depressed. Once I started attending Theradynamics things started to changed Thank God for the great team of therapists such as Greeshma, Bhavi, Sheena, Hiral and of course the front desk girl lol we actually share same birthday totally forgot her name. Sorry! These girls really rock they are experience, they really care about your well being and they are patient with me and others attendees. With their help I must say I am back to work and I have resume my physical activities such as walking and exercising. my pain has also decreased a lot. I am also doing the Apos shoes therapy and between their routine of exercises and the shoes therapy I am a few step closer to be back to my self. Fantastic experience: I love this location for physical therapy. PTs Bhavi, Greeshma and Sheena have helped me become stronger. I came here for balance training as my legs were weak. Fantastic experience: Jay Jay the receptionist is amazing. Hard working, and very informative. I'm the Home Health Aide for a patient that attends Theradynamics and she loves it she feels amazing after each visit. And each therapist is very gentle as she is 86years young. We love the Receptionist and the therapist here on 128th we really appreciate them.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Theradynamics was great. All of the therapists ( Greeshma, Bhavi, Sheena, Hiral, Ruchi) were very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I was surprised how fast my pain decreased. I came in with a back pain level at 8.5, and after a couple sessions, the pain had decreased significantly. Right now I have no pain at all. I thank all of the therapists here. Also, the front desk staff were very professional and kind.

Fantastic experience: I have been at this location for my left frozen shoulder since 2 months. PT- Bhavi, Greeshma, Sheena worked with me since then. My pain has reduced considerably and I feel much better. I love the service at this place. IT IS JUST PERFECT. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE.

Fantastic experience: My experience here has been excellent. My physical therapist Ruchi is very diligent and thorough. She genuinely listens and provides exercises that target and strengthen weak points. After suffering with chronic back pain for years I gradually feel myself healing and getting stronger week after week. You can tell she actually cares and wants to see her patients get better. I am so thankful for our progress made and hope to continue to get stronger.

Fantastic experience: I’m Virginia Ali and I started going to therapy here the beginning of November for my lower back pain and knee pain, due to an accident I had. I’ve worked with 4 therapist in my daily visits a week. I’ve worked with Bhavi, Greeshma, Sheena, and Ruchi. Each one of these therapists are well knowledgeable, patient and passionate in what they do. The environment in the office is pleasant, sweet and peaceful. Everyone there is helpful in taking care of each other and everyone in the environment. I love going to therapy here and I would recommend anybody looking for a healthy, professional and safety environment to get treatment.

Fantastic experience: I did physical therapy here for over a month and it definitely helped me. My back is less shrimp shaped now thanks to Greeshma and several other of the physical therapists there. If you plan to go just know the space is somewhat small so plan your appointment out before but otherwise it's very good and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a month and everyone is super nice and helpful. I’ve seen both Shina and Ravi ( I’m sorry if I’m misspelling you names ) and they are both great! They always suggest new exercises according to our complaints and adjust the physiotherapy to our current issues. I highly recommend them and this place. The lady at the front desk ( I don’t know her name, I’m sorry) is great too - so helpful and happy all the time. She always helps everyone get their needs met and she is always kind to everyone. This is truly a great place

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for several months to address peripheral neuropathy and knee pain. The exercises and machines have helped a lot to reduce pain and discomfort. The staff patiently explains the rationale for the exercises! They are upbeat and fun! I was dancing out of the facility yesterday as my knees felt great!!! I also found that using the stationary bicycle helps a lot too!!!! Great place; I heartily recommend it!!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a couple of physical therapist clinics but this particular one is excellent. The staff is very pleasant and make sure you complete your exercise. One thing I notice you have complete privatcy while completing your massage and hot packs. I would recommend this to anyone. It is worth the walk in policy and the wait. Thank you Staff.
