Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility! My mother 75y.o. is a patient and I can not stress how happy is to attend and we are on her 7th visit. Katherine and Jennifer are exceptionally great at what the do. They work extremely well together. They make everyone feel at home. Jennifer even tried to convince me that I need physical therapy too. Add that woman to the marketing team. I overheard her promoting some sneakers to this other patient. She’s very charismatic even at 7:30 am! I appreciate her letting us in early last week even though we arrived at 7:10. I love the flexibility of scheduling. Katherine is a road runner. Always back and forth. The amount of giggles between my mother and the ladies melts my heart. Even when it’s packed they always find a way to distract us lol and make us smile. Therapist J is great at what he does. Professional and even funny. Winning team guys. I appreciate the attentiveness.

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with my result after my 12 visits. My lower back is much better. The staff, 100% I'll recommend all my friends to come to thermodynamics they won't regret it. Jay is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Well I can tell you that the attention is very good. When I have come for therapy I don't have to wait long and all the therapist are very friendly and proffecianals. I'm very happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: I was looking forward to getting PT because I had such a great experience the first time over a year ago. The staff is really very nice and professional. However I was every disappointed with the crowd in the PT office. In the waiting room area and where the exercise equipment is located. I attempted to find a better time when social distancing in being practice appropriately. To date I have not found a convenient time. Unfortunately I'm afraid if I don't find a time when there are less patients I will not be able to continue PT. Today was my 2nd visit and i went at the time staff suggested. Found waiting room at capacity and excise room. It would help if the facility would insist on patients making an appointment. Also that patients be informed that they must have an appointment, and that there are no walk in any longer. At least until CDC says it is okay. I know the staff keeps the facility very clean but social distancing is not being practice in the waiting areas and exercise area. I will try to once more to see if there is a less risky time. However, if not i will try to do the do the exercises at home instead. The Space is to small to have 10-12 people waiting during a pandemic. My frist day i stay outside until call. I value my health and thr health of others. I. Just will not risk it my health. I understand the need for business and appreciate it. However, I can't help but wonder if your love ones was attending this facility. Would you be comfortable? Update and Happy I wanted everyone to know that the manger reached out to me today. I appreciate your help. You guys are great. You know the problem and you are working on solving it. FYI in my write up I pick I mentioned the wrong location. Fantastic experience: Vanita is amazing! I have frozen shoulder. It’s a tough condition, but Vani helped me through the process. It requires lots of exercises and mobilizations, which are difficult. She’s clear, helpful, and firm about technique, but also very nice!! I’ve improved so much and feel grateful.

Fantastic experience: I just finished a course of physical therapy with the good people at the Theradynamics. They treated me really well. I'm feeling much better. Most of all I'm thrilled to have such a good resource for recovery in my neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: I broke my shoulder bone and needed screws, I thought I wouldn't be able to work again or do anything with my left shoulder (I'm a lefty), after my surgery,radynamics, out of the list that I had and I'm glad I did, the staff are friendly and caring, if you can't do a certain exercise? They'll simplify it, so you can do it, and still get results. I am happy to say, that with the therapy that I received from Theradynamics, I'm able, to go back to work (MTA Bus Operator), thank you to everyone who has worked with and on me, for getting me back to health, words can not expres, the extreme gratitude, I have for Theradynamics. Fantastic experience: We want to express our gratitude to all the staff of Theradynamics at 153 Bennett ave. My wife Irina and me are both 70+. Before we came to the office we had a lot of health problems: pain in legs, back pain, lost of balance. Our physical therapists Maria and James made great efforts to help us. Their therapy had great results. After a couple of months of regular sessions we both do not have much difficulties in everyday life. Now we have to stay home due to danger of infection, but we try to do the exercises that Maria and James taught us to support the result. Thank you very much. Fantastic experience: I’ve really enjoyed my rehabilitation at theradynamics. My only complaint is, I wish there were more staff at the Bennet Ave location. It’s seemingly always busy, but an otherwise small and decent facility. You should expect your physical therapist will be working with multiple clients at the same time.

Fantastic experience: The injury started before the pandemic and I though it will go by itself. In May I couldn’t dress up than Jay at Theradynamic was like miracle! I stell need more therapy but I’m moving in the right direction thanks to Jay.

Fantastic experience: This place offers quality care with a friendly and highly professional manner. They are sensitive to the needs of their patient's by accommodating the goals based on the individual's progress. Jay is the Therapist that I see most, but all of the therapist have the expertise, patience and understanding to work with you. The quality of care begins at the front desk. All safety protocols are adhered to and the Reception area has a wonderful staff presence. A special shout out to Katherine Melo who has a lively and engaging manner. I would strongly recommend this place to my family and friends. A true Gem of a place in the Washington Heights area!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Theradynamics. From the young ladies at the front desk to the Therapist. Everyone is courteous and professional. They are always willing to help and they are so compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. Without the staff I would not be walking up to 4 miles a day; a few months ago I could barely stand for more than ten minutes and walking a block was a hardship. I am still working on getting g to the point where I could jog but what a difference they have made in my quality of life and my mobility. My therapist Jignesh Ahiji is helping me after walk again after my surgery he is a wonderful men. I would definitely recommend people to go over to this location.

Fantastic experience: I would like to take the time and state that this facility i attend for physical therapy is a blessing for me. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The location is so convenient and the place is so clean and refreshing. The equipment is so well kept and the hours of availability are great when time is limited. Jay is my therapist and is very informative and professional to me and other clients. Access to this facility by public transportation is just another plus in me recommending this facility to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The front desk is very useful and patient, Katherine is a very warm and nice person. She is perfect at her job and treats everyone with the same kindness that she showed me. Not only is she helpful but my doctor, Jignesh Ahir has helped me greatly. Immediately from my visit I felt a relievement from my leg and he makes sure that you understand everything about the exercises. I would greatly recommenced him to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Vani was very helpful, kind, and she answered all my questions. I had a shoulder injury with very little movement and now, after 6 weeks I am virtually good as new. The front desk folks are also quite warm and kind and there is walk in service- no need for appointment. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: I have had a very positive experience with my physical therapy at the theradynamics on Bennet ave. The whole staff have been so helpful in my recovery from a bad ankle sprain. They care and are knowledgeable in any concern I have had during my visits. I feel great improvements each week by following the exercises they have been giving me. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Theradynamics by my Podiatrist over 3 weeks ago for therapy on my right foot, after suffering from plantar fasciitis and torn ligaments over the past months. I have found Theradynamics staff to be very friendly, courteous and professional. My treatment is always done in an order that allows my foot to heal visit by visit. Like I said if your in the area or even if you are willing to travel, this should be a your preferred location.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for physical therapy for years. I have tried other places and i have never been treated as well as I'm treated at 153 bennett avenue. The staff are professional and kind. For years i have attended pt at this location because i suffer with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis in multiple joints. If it wasn't for the staff at theradynamics i would probably be in a wheelchair. Thank you for hiring people that care for those like me.

Fantastic experience: I feel very satisfied with the physical therapy this place provides. When the first time I came in to this place I felt my knee very stiffness but since Mr. Vishnu started giving me different kinds of excercises and other kinds of procedures, I started feeling much better in my knee and able to walk much better. Mr. Vishnu is a very professional therapist and I am glad to be coming to this office.

Fantastic experience: Anyone who needs Physical Therapy, I would highly recommend Theradynamics at 231St for Physical Therapy. I had ankle and back surgery, which required me to have physical therapy. The PT team at Theradynamics has been excellent in helping me with my recovery. They are very knowledgeable as well as attentive to their patients. When I first started treatment at Theradynamics, I was not able to walk or sit due to chronic pain. I was assigned to Anna Flor Villarosa one of their outstanding (Physical Therapist) and I have been working with her for several weeks and I have made significant progress. Once Anna evaluated my physical condition, she implemented a structured exercise plan to strengthen my back, hip and ankle muscles, which has increased my physical performance. Anna also performed massage techniques that help reduce the chronic pain and muscle spasms on each session. What I like about Anna? She took the time to get to know me as well as worked with me toward achieving my personal recovery goals. Anna has a great personality and she enjoys helping her patients. Thanks Anna! Jay is wonderful with coordinating the physical therapist with patients and the front desk, Anna, Tiffany and Nersy are excellent with managing the insurance paperwork as well as scheduling patients appointments. The receptionist staff, Anny and Rosano and therapy assistant Ana were extremely warm and made my time here more enjoyable. My therapist Vishnu, gave me top notch service and even answered questions I had over the phone while I was away. He took the time and put the effort into ensuring I recovered quickly and properly. I really felt like the entire staff went above and beyond to help me recover and I would definitely recommend this place.
