Negative experience: THIS FACILITY IS USELESS IF THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE FOR POTENTIAL PATIENTS. I AM A PATIENT ADVOCATE AND MY FAMILY MEMBER WAS REFERRED TO THIS FACILITY JUNE 22, 2025 AND HAS YET TO BE ABLE TO REACH THEM, RECEIVE A CALLBACK, GET HELP, HAVE HER REFERRAL HONORED, OR ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO SERVICE HER NEEDS. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW A MEDICAL FACILITY THAT IS DESIGNED TO HELP FOLKS GET BETTER CAN CONSISTENTLY NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES, AND REFUSE TO SERVICE THE PUBLIC. IT IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE AND YOU WONDER WHY PATIENT CARE IS AN ISSUE. THIS FACILITY TRULY NEEDS TO DO BETTER BEFORE SOMEONE DIES WAITING ON THEM TO RESPOND, AND HONOR THE MEDICAL OATH WHEN SERVICING THE PATIENTS AND THE PUBLIC, IN GENERAL!

Negative experience: TL;DR : Poorly maintained facility with grossly over-charged costs. Knee I went in for therapy on is worse than before. Facility : Equipment is real bad shape - cracked fabric on lot of machines I used, and all but the bike machine smelled awful. 2 had someone's sweat all over the seats one night because no one wipes anything down I guess. The front leg lift machine I was put on was so badly un-lubricated the squeaks it made using it were like nails on a chalkboard and the therapist had me stop using the machine entirely that session because of it. Cost and Therapist : Worse still, the therapy sessions they informed me would cost $50 a session were actually $880 I found out after I had already undergone about 6 sessions, so they have no ability to properly inform you of the cost. They then shell game you into an eternal them vs insurance circle where both blame each other -- The truth is their raw cost on a single standard therapy session is $880, just to have a therapist hand you off to a different trainee each session who walks you to 4 different gym equipment and complains about their life while not paying attention to the exercises - they kept failing to even count the reps. If it wasn't so expensive, it would have been comical how bad they were honestly.. not knowing the real cost up front is why I didn't say anything during the sessions. Lesson learned. Overall : In my experience, I feel as though I was provided with a terrible experience that worsened my pain and now I'm stuck with a huge bill for nothing gained. After multiple sessions I had no improvement to my knee pain and some days felt even worse after. That is my personal experience with this facility, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am so blessed to have Arik as my physical therapist, after two surgeries on my knees he got me walking again. He is the best and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: It has been a looooonnnnnng time I had visited a office that was professional, thorough, and friendly. The front desk nurse/admins were all so friendly, attentive, and helpful I really appreciated that. My evaluator or therapist (pardon i dont know the correct title) Mr. Marc Daniel's was so helpful and sooooo thorough. I had to visit this office due to a ankle injury and he was THE best of examining and explaining and was so helpful making sure I understood everything he said and I understood how to care for it til the next visit. Very unfortunate I got injured but soooo happy I found the right office. Thank you

Fantastic experience: This facility is highly professional from the assistants at the desk to the trainers to the physical therapists. Jason was my PT and was outstanding. He pushed me hard at times but the result was a healthier me. He was kind and considerate in the process. The trainers were all so knowledgeable and well versed about their specialty. Negative experience: Had to keep an appointment today for PT evaluation at 8 AM!!! Had the most disgusting interaction with an idiot of interviewer/form filler. It was such a patronizing, and condescending behavior to begin with. Not to mention her demeaning attitude. HINTS: 1- Patients with darker skin are capable of conversing in proper English. 2- Age, or white hair does not indicate lack of sanity, nor it indicates loss of hearing. 3- Stop insisting, and forcing patients to sign documents without giving them a chance to at least glance at it. This was one of the worst experiences in Adventist facilities. Keep your sanity, and dignity, go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: My therapist Janice Sheila and Jungko Are miracle workers . I now walk well and without pain.

Fantastic experience: Badly injured my back, incapacitating me in many ways. Within a few weeks, Scott's PT got me functioning normally again.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient coming in for pain located in the wrist and elbow. It was difficult getting back into my regular routines and enjoying activities such as basketball with this type of pain. After meeting with Dr. Scott McAfee, he made me realize that I had the ability to get back into shape and do the things I enjoy the most. Today, I am almost pain free and doing the things that matter the most to me, thanks to Scott.

Fantastic experience: I had dislocated my shoulder and lost all my strength, so I was referred to the Therapy and Wellness Center for 6 weeks. My therapist Scott did an excellent job with physical therapy. I was able to resume playing volleyball with no pain. If you follow the PT’s recommendations, you will be able to continue your activities with no pain!

Fantastic experience: I separated my shoulder (grade 5), and came here after having surgery. Scott gave me exercises that really helped my shoulder and arm recover. Follow the PT's recommendations and do your homework, and you will get better.
