Fantastic experience: Patrick is a great Physical Therapy Specialist. He is patient & take time to explain the exercise steps, purpose, and outcomes.

Fantastic experience: Nikki is the best! I came to her after 9 months of persistent pain and she developed an effective program that eliminated my pain and made me stronger than ever. Nikki always made sure I understood our plan of action and was very flexible with scheduling.

Fantastic experience: My experience was phenomenal! I came in with some knee injury issues that had stopped me from being able to run but through consistently following my strength building and progression plan with my therapist’s guidance and support, I am able to run again and conduct my daily activities with more ease. Having had prior knee injury/surgery as well, my physical therapist, Libby, was able to relate to my experience and that helped ensure me more that I was in good hands. She pushed and believed in me when I didn’t necessarily believe in my body. I loved the machines and technology that they included in my program. The anti-gravity treadmill was vital for me to build my confidence back in my legs so that I could run again. Additionally, the whole entire staff was so warm and welcoming! They always spoke, remembered my name and were so helpful, so I felt very at home.

Fantastic experience: Libby is the GOAT. Everybody here is wonderful and very knowledgeable. They are very patient with you and help you build up your own strength. Libby pushed me more than anybody has in recent years and I needed that. Thanks to Libby I am walking around and doing things with no pain for the first time in 10+ years. I am very sad to be writing this because that means I’m done with PT. I will truly miss working with Libby. She deserves a promotion, raise or something. Thank you Libby and everyone else there who has helped me.

Fantastic experience: Suzanna is the best. She is so thorough and caring. She takes her time and her patience is appreciated in making sure that her patients are doing the exercises properly and she makes sure that you feel supported and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I'm getting treated for my hand I dip my hand in wax 5 times it feels so gd then my therapy put a warm compress on my hand she be taking care of me it help me alot she taught me hw to do the exercises she gave me I love ❤️ all of them at Nova they are the best

Mary is prismatic of NovaCare's obvious mastery of quality selection process in hiring. She is engaged to the mission of her craft to a degree that literally any field of business or industry should hold in the highest regard. As her client, in a moment of my life that has been extremely traumatic, Mary's professional guidance has been a crucial lifeline in maintaining my physical-psychiatric balance against what initially seemed like a life-ending injury. Five stars are not enough, but I'm solid on it.

Fantastic experience: Abigail (Abby) Wagner was my physical therapist and she was wonderful. She treated me for TMJ, which I didn't even know could be treated with PT until earlier this year. My program consisted of physical care and innovative exercises. Abby was comprehensive and thoughtful in coming up with a plan that featured separate exercises I could do at the office, home and gym. After a few weeks/month my TMJ was much improved (after having the condition for as long as i can remember). Due to a sudden health issue that I had to address, I stopped coming but still do the exercises at home.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the place honestly and my therapist Terrence was amazing. I did relapse again but I don’t think it was his fault. Ask for him when you go there, he is dope and provides valuable information on the process..

Fantastic experience: NovaCare Spring Garden is an excellent facility! Their staff is wonderful; all of their PTs are knowledgable, encouraging and supportive. I have noticed considerable progress during my time as a patient so far, and I look forward to continuing my healing here. Anyone in need of physical therapy -- this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: Shawna Israel and Aja Corchado were both super helpful in the rehabilitation of my shoulder and my mental/physical health after I suffered a sprained AC joint in my shoulder and a mild concussion. My recovery was not only faster than originally predicted thanks to them but I also enjoyed the time I spent working with them, making the rehab sessions much less strenuous and burdensome than I had originally predicted.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this Nova Care for anyone that needs OT/PT. They are the most caring therapy staff that I have came across. They were my therapist in 2017 and when I had my surgery done this year, I went right back to Nova Care for therapy.So if anybody looking for a good therapy place, this is the one.

Fantastic experience: I went into this facility with major lower back pain and discomfort. I wasn’t expecting much help since I never experienced this kind of pain before, I thought, and dreaded that surgery was my only option. That’s before I was introduced to Alise the miracle worker! After the first few sessions I knew that I was in great hands. I have a ways to go, but I’m well on my way to normalcy! Thank you Alise, and Novacare, you’re the best!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I'm truly impress with this Nova Care team. I was sent here by my primary doctor for strength training to my rotor cuff injury. From day one I received professional care from the customer service reps and physical therapist staff.( Very personable and focus). I'd especially like to recognize my PT Alise Parrish. She's professional and really works hard to ensure my recovery goes well, She is truly a dedicated member of your team and should be commended for her work ethic and personal demeanor. Fantastic experience: I recently got hurt during work and our companies Workman compensation provider ordered rehabilitation of Occupational Therapy and Physical therapy and suggested Novacare. I go to the center at Broad & Spring Garden Streets and they are friendly, very professional and caring. It has been a great experience in spite of my disability. I would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was so lucky as to fall into the hands of my PT, Terry, who I've been seeing for almost a month now after tearing a ligament in my ankle. Not knowing which branch of Novacare to go to, I happened to call the one closest to me asking to see someone who specializes in ankle injuries/orthopedics, and they recommended Joel Roth at the Spring Garden branch. When I asked to be seen by him, I was told that he doesn't see patients there because he runs the clinic and was disappointed; however, he happened to be close by and the receptionist gave him the phone so I could speak to him. Just the fact that he was willing to take the time to talk to me and listen to me says a lot about who he is and how he runs the clinic. He highly recommended Terry, and I've made great progress after being unable to walk for 2 months. He is super patient, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with an ankle injury.

Fantastic experience: I love my hand therapist Suzanne and also my back up therapist Annmarie. These two ladies are the best and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. I came to them thinking that I was doomed to live my life with a hand that wasn’t fully functional and they have definitely put me on the path to recovery. I endure the pain because I wanna see results. Thank you ladies for not giving up on me.

Fantastic experience: My trainer , ALEXYS, IS THE BEST part OF THE REGIMENT,SHE HAS ALOT OF patience,with me .she tried very hard to get me back to me,not necessary THE old me but a better stronger & more confident me.! I My self esteem was very low,after she had me Warm up,she started giving me tips on how to improve the way in which I did my Reps, & worked out, for I started gradualy noticed my posture improve & my work out .this staff is world's BEST...

Fantastic experience: Thank You Novacare for the support in aiding my thumb to recovery. The staff at NovaCare knew the tricks of the trade for the part of my body that seemed to be flimsy. Everyday I entered therapy the staff at NovaCare were supportive and their energy were at high levels to take on their clients.
