Fantastic experience: I really appreciate Ingrid Hinkson this is my first time going to pt and she is the best she helps my with my exercise and she is always polite with me. She has a wonderful sense of humor. And I am happy to have her for my Physical Therapist. Thank you Ingrid Hinkson.

Positive experience: I was discharged on June 9, 2023 I had absolutely no faith in physical therapy. I had an out of the blue injury. I was told all the pain came from the narrowing of my spine. Agonizing pain ran up my arm, neck, and continually in my head. I experienced pain for 4 months 24 hours a day; I was surviving off of about 4 hours of sleep a night. I worked every day in pain because bills must be paid. Within two (2) months I was almost back to my former self. Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend! Staff is very friendly and really cater the workouts to how you are doing and what you need at the time. This is a full-service place. They go above and beyond! Specifically Robin. Ask for him.

Fantastic experience: Nova Care Rehabilitation located in the heart of "North Philly" at Broad and Dauphin Streets is a great place to get PT. The building is clean, comfortable and well kept. Fantastic experience: Mr Robin at Novacare located at North Broad and Dauphin st has been great in assisting me to my road to recovery. He's very knowledgeable and explains everything in full detail which gives a better understanding of the exercises and how it helps to better your injury along side of his encouragement to push yourself. I'm extremely happy to be working with Mr Robin and highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: It is difficult to summarize my experience at Novacare 2301 N Broad, but I will try to do so with three words: Healing, Hope and Family. I registered at Novacare following surgery to repair my meniscus, and particularly, I wanted to be able to run again. From the front desk, Han and Brian were super welcoming with their bright smiles. All the PT professionals were amazing, especially Chandi and Marcus who have been the most directly involved with my rehabilitation. The exercises were super creative and hard!!! (lol) but everyone was supportive and I powered through. I have come a long way since I started, and am getting even stronger. Most importantly, I started running again, albeit lightly for now. I would certainly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was treated at NovaCare located at 2301 N. Broad Street. My therapist was Robin Varghese he was professional, personable, caring, encouraging and reassuring. He made sure I PUSHED THROUGH to get my knee back to normal. The facility is always clean and the therapist make sure to wipe down tables after each use. From the van driver, Kevin, to the receptionists, to the other therapists, Ingrid, Amber, and Matt, to the manager, Chandi, everyone greeted me with a smile, such behavior creates a positive atmosphere causing one to feel optimistic about their recovery. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone within the area who needs Physical Therapy.....

Fantastic experience: I love Robbie Chandi Ingrid Marcus they do great job at NovaCare North Broad with my treatment. They have a nice front desk staff with Bryan and Hanh. They are polite nice and courteous I also appreciate Kevin the driver who picks me up and always brings me to my appointments on time.

I was living in North Philly when I start going to NovaCare, now I live in Southwest and I still travel to North Philly just to be with my family Ingra, Chandi, Amber and Rob. They are the BEST!!

Fantastic experience: Chandi did an evaluation of my problem and helped me with some stretches to loosen my lower back. Now instead of being old sore and stiff I am just old an occasionally stiff. Not much pain any more
