Positive experience: I was told to come in for a appointment the day I go they tell me sorry but the doctor is not here today now I'm trying to make another appointment for physical therapy and they never answer I left a message with my name and number and they haven't got back to me I'm really not satisfied with their secretary or who ever works on the calls this is sad I can't work do to my injury I don't know what else to say it's just sad the this is a good place to go to is just trying to reach them really sucks

Fantastic experience: Very nice front desk staff! They were welcoming and extremely helpful, also the tech that was working during my initial visit was very nice and helpful as well. They go above and beyond to ensure you get the exact care that you need and deserve!

Fantastic experience: "The professionalism and patient care I experienced as well as the amazing interaction that I was able to see with all of the other patients was off the charts. Definitely a five star experience. You go to this location as a stranger but leave as a friend. I am very pleased with my experience here. The staff is always willing to take the time to formulate a meaningful program to meet my individual needs.

Fantastic experience: Being my second time around the staff are amazing!!! My first time at injury care center on Grant Ave was outstanding never felt better when I was done. I was there for pt bc I had back surgery. My next job after completing PT was working for a moving company had no pain. 4 months after starting new job as a mover, I was rear ended by a cement mixer while driving the work truck. I was sent to another Place for PT after that accident. The other place was nothing like injury care center. So after 4 months of basically no pt at the other place. I requested to go back to injury care center again. The place I knew would help me get back to being me. Thank you to tiff for dealing with me for coming late, Brian ,Kate, Adam and the entire staff at Injury Care Center Grant . Thanks you guys are awesome!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly staff. Cait was a excellent therapist. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed for my injuries. Brian was also very helpful. Tiffany at the desk always helpful and one of the most pleasant ppl I have ever met.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about 6 months and I walked in pretty bad shape from an accident at work. The crew there is awesome very professional and helpful, Tiffany greets you with a great smile and a great attitude she's always so knowledgeable and so helpful. Brian he's very professional he's always making sure you're comfortable and he's alert to your needs while you're doing your exercises as well as a great sense of humor. Cait is my physical therapist she's great and so funny and she has been so helpful towards my recovery, I couldn't walk and move my hand that well and now I'm getting a lot better now thanks to her. And Doctor Yoshi he has been seeing me this whole time that I've been going there he's also has been very helpful and professional,I feel very confident in his work always trying to manage my pain and getting me closer to my recovery. Thank you guys 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at ICC was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’ve been to my share of PT facilities and ICC was the best by far, I would highly recommend to anyone.

When you enter the Injury Care Center you always get that family and caring feeling. I recommend this office on any given day..

Fantastic experience: What a great experience I had at this location from all the help Tiffany at the front desk helped me with to jessy taking the time to explain everything and the help from Brian and of course dr J . I want to add that not only was every one helpful and down to earth every body that I mentioned was extremely professional! I even switched where I was going for therapy just to come back here thanks a lot guys !!!

Fantastic experience: This place is exactly what a person with an injury needs. The care is 10/10. The staff is friendly, and they actually listen to your concerns and help you the best way possible for your pain. They have let my kids come with me and treat them with a family type attitude. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: The Injury Care Center totally exceeded my expectations. The staff is absolutely amazing. Professional and caring people. The facilities are always clean well kept. It’s truly been a delightful experience especially treating with the Northeast office. If you’re looking for gentle hands and warm hearts, I highly, highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Injury Care Center takes great care of my daughter with her physical therapy, helping her recover from her injuries. Professional and caring therapists, they are always working with her toward the goal of rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I receive care from the Grant Ave location and I am very pleased with the service I receive there. Tiffany the receptionist is always pleasant and personable. She makes you feel comfortable, at home and her smile greats you before here words do. The physical therapists there Kate and Brian provide great care as they are great at discussing and demonstrating the exercises so that you have a clear understanding of what to do and how it will benefit your recovery. I have a heart condition and they are always inquiring about how I’m feeling every day so that I don’t over exert myself. I am not happy that I was involved in accident but I am happy about the care I am receiving because of it!
