NovaCare Rehabilitation - Fairmount

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever doing physical therapy and it was a really great experience that has helped me recover from an injury that I was worried would become chronic. Hanna, Anthony, and Zach are all exceptional physical therapists and I would recommend any one of them. Adam at the front desk is also wonderful and helped streamline the entire process. I've already recommended to this place to a friend and would recommend this place to anyone looking for physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience, well trained professional staff, courteous, knowledgeable and caring. The location should be more prominent though (not really advertised from outside/outdoors). Maybe the building admin should look into it as it increases the value of their property. The outside entrance of the facility should be more welcoming.

Fantastic experience: NovaCare Rehabilitation at Fairmount was an excellent location for me, very convenient. PT Hanna was warm friendly and inviting but most of all she knew her business. I started with limited motion and ended with nearly full motion and movement.

Fantastic experience: Didn't even have to think about it, 5 stars for Hanna at NovaCare Fairmount. She's sharp, energetic, knows her stuff, and genuinely cares about my well being. As someone who's worked my whole life in service, I know good service, and Hanna's got it on her veins.

I left with instructions to continue my program at home and am confident that if I have questions and/or problems, Nova Care with be there to help. NovaCare Rehabilitation was recommended by Penn Medicine Orthopedic Surgery Specialist, Dr. Wen Chao. My results working with DJ Kelleher at the Pennsylvania Avenue location, have been nothing but remarkable. DJ’s professional expertise, (including invaluable Graston Technique), and personal approach have changed my trajectory. He is highly skilled, moves the sessions creatively while insuring progression is built on a solid foundation. This I know, DJ meets you where you are and partners with you to get you to where you can go with functionality and mobility. You won’t be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: I've been to sooooo many physical therapy spots and this one was by far the best one I've ever been too. The people here are caring, loving, personable, and VERY good at what they do. I have improved quite a bit in my several months of care here and I have also gained an appreciation for these people because they are just sooooo much better than any of the therapists I've used previously, and I have connected with all of them on a personal level. I find myself whistling and smiling as I head to my appointments there. Truly enjoyable. Truly caring. Truly helpful. Truly remarkable. And that's why I'm leaving my 5-star review. Hope this helps!

Fantastic experience: The therapists at Nova Care strive hard to make sure you reach your goals. They work closely with you and are hands on, they also explain the use of the exercises for specific body parts, they truly care.

Fantastic experience: I have improved a lot since I started PT at this location. I am very happy with my therapist Melia and I also see what the other therapist does. They are both caring and careful with the patients. Melia always pushes me to go further which is now paying off with my strength and balance. Both therapists (there may be others I don't know) are able to organize their time with 1 or two other patients at the same time so we do not wait long to go from one exercise to another. The appointments are very organized and they try to find a time that is convenient for you to go. This has been my best pt experience.

They listen, give excellent instructions and genuinely want the best for their clients.
