Fantastic experience: I often hate going to the doctor, but going to Sunnyvale completely changed that for me. The doctor is kind and really listens to me and the staff is flexible with scheduling. Couldn’t recommend a better place!

Fantastic experience: I often don’t write reviews but for Sunnyvale I had to. I’ve been seeing Dr. Mkparu for a year now and look forward to our visit. She and the rest of the staff are so sweet. I was late once and Dr. Mkparu and her staff still found a way to fit me into the schedule Would recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Mkparu for about a year now. I travel 45 minutes to get to her office. I could easily go to a doctor who is closer to my house, but no other doctors can compare! I love Dr. Mkparu and I love her staff as well! Arielle is one of the staff members. She is always pleasant and professional. She is the first person you see when you come to the office, and that's a big responsibility. She always has to be on point, and she always is! She knows exactly who I am and greets me by name. She makes me feel comfortable while she tends to me throughout my visits! Thank you, Arielle, you are appreciated! I never cared or put much thought into a doctor's office bathroom. But now I see its importance. I love that Dr. Mkparu always has the best soap and paper towels. It really adds to the experience somehow. The bathroom is always clean. The male staff member E. is part of the great experience as well! Sometimes, it's his friendly face who greets patients when they arrive for their appointment. He is definitely an asset, being that he is bilingual. To all the spanish-speaking patients out there, you're in luck! You can see Dr. Mkparu and not need to worry about a language barrier! E. speaks Spanish fluently. He is always friendly and professional. While you're waiting to see the doctor, he will set you up with a device that massages you while you wait to see the doctor. That pampering alone sets Dr. Mkparu, apart from all other doctors! Not only does Dr. Mkparu have a beautiful office that offers a wide range of healthcare and a great staff, she's also a very impressive woman! She has been trained and educated at some of the best of the best universities. She has won many awards in her field, and she has donated her time and money to help people all over the world! She is a rare commodity in today's healthcare. She doesn't just do a great job caring for you. She actually cares about you! And you feel it when you're with her. And I'm not the only one who feels this way. Just look at her other reviews. I can talk to Dr. Mkparu about anything without judgment. she has helped me with so many of my healthcare needs! Fantastic experience: I don’t often write reviews, but I felt a responsibility to leave one for Sunnyvale. I have been involved in the world of recovery since I was 17 years old. I have seen every fake, quack, pill pusher, money hungry “recovery” specialist there is. In that way, I feel I am lucky in having insight as to who and where makes a great clinic. I found out about Sunnyvale through my insurance, but I stayed at Sunnyvale because of the staff and Dr. Mkparu. Oftentimes the world of addiction medicine, there is a lot of shame and guilt involved for the patient. I know I have had very difficult interactions with all kinds of doctors in this field. Dr. Mkparu is the first doctor I’ve dealt with who not only makes me feel comfortable, but also heard, respected and truly cared for. If I ever have a question, concern, medication adjustment, etc., Dr. Mkparu and her wonderful staff are ALWAYS there to make sure I get everything I need to do my best. What makes Dr. Mkparu so different is she comes from the world of orthopedic surgery. She understands that the pain many addicts feel is not just emotional, but also physical. Due to her extensive training and background, Dr. Mkparu has an insight into the world of recovery like no doctor I’ve ever seen. The last time I went in for a visit, Dr. Mkparu stayed and talked to me for about 20 extra minutes, just to answer some questions of mine. Dr. Mkparu TRULY cares for her patients in a way that is rare. Her stance is much more proactive, compared to the often reactive treatment of modern Western medicine. If you are struggling in any way, do yourself a favor and look into treatment at Sunnyvale with Dr. Mkparu. It has the possibility to completely change your life.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the facility's staff and how they were very polite and understanding about any problems or concerns that I had up regarding my visit. I loved how clean and bright the facility was. And when it came time for me to sit with Dr.Mkparu I felt as if as she took my concerns to Heart. Invalidated my concern far as my care. Her diligence in helping me understanding care and help I needed.

Fantastic experience: I love this place I was in so much pain in my knee for over a week went to the hospital waste of time they took a xray put a ace bandage and gave me my discharge paper I came to Sunnyvale she drained my knee gave me a shot of Steroids and a numbing shot I LITERALLY WALKED OUT I was in a little pain but nothing like before

Fantastic experience: This is a very clean and neat office. The people at the front where you signed in are very friendly and personable. The bathroom is always clean and there are always paper towels and toilet paper. I would definitely recommend other patients if they are looking for somewhere to go

Fantastic experience: Dr.Mkparu is amazing. She really cares about her patients and you can tell. Sunnyvale is a well rounded clinic and it’s nice to get several of my healthcare needs from one place. Dr.Mkparu not only does orthopaedic care but she also does counseling and has a wellness center.
