Fantastic experience: This place is awesome, the staff is nice. I've just started my treatment plan with Nicole Radnich. She is very friendly, professional, informative and she pays excellent attention to detail. Would definitely recommend her if you're in need of pelvic floor physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: My PT/OT Certified Lymphatic massage Therapist Kennya is the best and I’m so glad and blessed to have her as my therapist! She is helping my with my lymphatic system reduced and remove my swelling, fluid retention and inflammation after Chemo and Double Mastectomy Breast reconstruction surgery.

Fantastic experience: Shaice Marx was an amazing physical therapist. Not only did she heal my injury, she did it with humor, patience, and in-depth knowledge. She is the best!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter has enjoyed physical therapy with Mark and Alison. Our daughter is CP and IDD for which Mark and Alison offer core strengthening skills and our daughter responds well. Mark and Alison push her training within her abilities— great outcomes!

Fantastic experience: My experience with PT Lance Martin has been excellent. Over the course of a few months he’s helped me recover and has given me the tools to keep up my recovery at home.

Positive experience: I was really looking forward to starting PT here. They called me back in June when they got my referral from my banner doctor. They called me 2 weeks ago and rescheduled but I was able to reschedule within the same week. They waited until 2 days before my appointment to call me and tell me there was a problem with my insurance, which I get through the VA. I called the VA. They sent me a copy of the authorization which clearly states that PT was approved for 15 visits. I had the VA call them as well as my banner doctor. I was told everything was fine and to go to my appointment by multiple people and even got a text reminder about a half hour before my appointment. When I showed up and signed in on the chart next to my name which was already on the chart for my designated appointment time, they told me my appointment was canceled for insurance problems. I brought the authorization to show her in case this might happen. She didn't care and told me that my insurance didn't cover it even though I was holding the proof that they did cover it. It left me with the impression that they just don't want to help veterans. So that's awesome. Update.. a Banner PT manager called me the following day and explained what happened. It was truly a miscommunication because banner didn't have the correct phone number extension. And the person they spoke to at the VA had incorrect information. They are currently working on this now and I have been rescheduled for an appointment in 10 days. Update to follow after I see them. I truly appreciate the response time and compassion from Banner in trying to get this straightened out.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best Physical Therapy center in all of Maricopa County. I have been with therapist Mark Van Dam off and on as needed for over 20 years. He has also given therapy to my wife and three other family members and friends. If there were more than 5 stars to give him as a rating, I would give the absolute maximum. He is so upbeat and positive in all of his instruction and always explains the dynamics behind what he is trying to accomplish. * * * * *

Have let people know about this place. Very professional health care workers don't judge and with mission to care for sick and injured and not for self. Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised at how great an experience I had with Banner Physical Therapy. Eugene, Physical Therapist, was amazing from the start - the consultation was thorough and he was thoughtful in asking me questions and testing my strength and flexibility around my hip. Then in session, he was the right amount of encouraging, while also pushing me. He also discussed the things I could do at home to improve my strength, range of motion, and balance. I felt like I had a real ally on my journey to better hip health. I am super grateful! The rest of the staff was also professional, friendly, and approachable. It was an overall great experience with Banner Physical Therapy, and I would definitely recommend them and Eugene.

Fantastic experience: Banner Physical Therapy with Corey and.Spencer has been a very positive experience. The facility itself presents as clean, well maintained with state of the art equipment. The staff is amazing. They are always so kind and helpful. Corey and Spencer are both gifted therapists. As a senior person with obvious physical limitations they have been patient and gentle while at the same time pushing me to bigger heights. Banner Physical Therapy is an excellent facility with an excellent staff.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Very clean nice gym and if you can choose a physical therapist choose SABRINA (I forget Her last name) but she is AMAZING literally the BEST. She is extremely dedicated to your overall well-being and healing and genuinely puts a lot of time, effort, and thought into your plan, exercises, and stretches. She knows what she’s talking about and had a TON of experience too. She is genuinely passionate about her work and you can tell she loves her job. If somethings too easy or not working for you she will provide you with so many other options. Sabrina you are an Angel, and she will help you recover like none other!

Fantastic experience: Mark is extremely knowledgeable about vestibular physical therapy with over 20 years in the field. His application of this knowledge is impressive, especially concerning my particular situation. He explains very clearly the “why” behind each instruction. His gracious, kind, respectful demeanor and his professionalism combine together to give the patient every confidence in the care he receives. I recommend him without the slightest reservation.

Fantastic experience: I went to this location to have my Vocal Chords examined. Sara Davis was excellent. Professional, knowledgable, explained each stop of the process, and answered several questions. Fantastic experience: Sabrina is an excellent PT and really helped me with some pregnancy related pain I was experiencing in my pelvis. I am really glad I went there to check everything out and to get exercises and techniques I can use throughout pregnancy to help with the aches and pains that often accompany the rapid change of weight and body alignment.

Fantastic experience: Kudos x10 for speech therapist Sarah Davies. She unexpectedly walked my mom through a full blown panic attack while in appointment time. Sarah quickly switched up the agenda for the day to “recovery breathing” and after about 30 min singled handedly brought my mom to a normal state. Forget calling your psychiatrist, PCP or RN- get an appointment with Sarah. Please alert her direct report and CEO. She needs commendation for this and quite possibly averting an MI. Truly.

Fantastic experience: Banner Physical Therapy has alot of happy patients. Joseph Genovese is one of the best Physical Therapists in Phoenix. If you need help he will compassionately listen to you. He understands how to balance the treatment plan, for pain levels and strength training. Joe helps you feel confident in your progress. The department is spacious and well equipped. I actually look forward to going there !

Fantastic experience: They were very professional and very accommodating i went to the wrong building and they had a shuttle take me where I needed to go. The therapist handling my test Sarah was just excellent she listened to all my concerns explained what she was doing every step of the way and gave me a thorough explanation of everything that she was seeing in the video it really helped me understand what was going on and gave me a good idea of what kind of specialist I needed to see to help with my illness. I have seen significant improvement with my back over the last 6 weeks, after a tough prior 5 months of pain and significant life compromises before starting PT. I feel hope again! Fantastic experience: Oh my where do I begin. I've been coming to this facility for a couple months now and I never encountered any bad vibes here. The team is professional and knowledgeable in the needs of the patient. Their different personalities each trainer has is amazing because you don't get bored a And it makes you want to come back for more. I was a little nervous coming here because since I've been sick with GBS I felt doctors hospitals just rushing me and not paying attention to my symptoms for months. I've gotten more information from this team than my Neurologist himself. Thank you guys you all are amazing and angels from God.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Davis was amazing, she was welcoming and she made me feel like top priority! I am pleased to say that she put my mind at ease at our first consultation, I will be working with her for the next month in hopes of getting my voice back to normal. She even sent me home with some great vocal exercises that I will as we start working on my strengthening my voice and getting it back to normal.
