Touchstone Rehabilitation

Fantastic experience: Post accident, my wife found lots of PT's, but, she wasn't impressed with anyone when it came to prosthetics, and how to use them. Until she found Dan Bonaroti. That was spring of 2012. A perfect fit! He and his staff get it. Compassionate, knowledgeable...but firm. You come to get better, and he'll get you there, in a welcoming, light-hearted environment. Touchstone Rehab; blessed to have found it!

Fantastic experience: Been attending Touchstone Rehab for over a year with a SCI, and they have been nothing short of amazing! Always friendly, professional, knowledgable, will ask you what your goals are and will help you as much as they can to achieve them while putting a smile on your face and making you feel good about the work you do. They always go above and beyond for their patients. Touchstone Rehab is the 1 and only place to go to for physical therapy in the Phoenix area.

Fantastic experience: I received PT/OT at Touchstone. I was really impressed by the whole staff. I learned many helpful exercises for my condition. They also showed me how to continue my conditioning program at home. I highly recommend this place for OT/PT. Jackie Garcia was my physical therapist and is exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Great place and great people. After my spinal cord injury I spent 3 months here, and the only reason I stopped going is because I'm moving. I had the pleasure of working with Dan and Jackie, and a multitude of PT students. It's one of the few places I've been for rehab where people are always smiling, both employees and clients continually laughing and joking like they've known each other for years. Thank you for all your help!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place!!! My dad has been coming here for a while stroke/ hip replacement and the improvement difference has been night and day. Fantastic experience: My husband has been to rehabilitation in MT & in OR. Touchstone by far is better than any other facility he has been to. The PT staff are excellent at what they do & Dan & Heidi are exceptional in their knowledge & instruction. They are hands on & look in on every client that comes in for rehabilitation. I would recommend Touchstone to anyone that needs help with physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: We have been to a lot of therapist but I have never been so happy with anyone since my daughter was born. Touchstone Rehabilitation is amazing and the owner and staff are well educated on doing their job. They are very detailed about what you need all the way down to finding out my daughter wasn't even in the right brace. We are so happy to have found them. This place is the best. It is clean and very friendly atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Touchstone was recommended to me by my doctor for PT after a stroke. He couldn't have sent me to a better facility. Dan, Heidi and their staff are great. They are always coaching you so you progress. They have me walking much better, increased my endurance and confidence. Every person I have worked with there have been great. I have recently started OT with Heidi and it's going great. She has increased range of motion in my shoulder and dexterity in my hand. If you need PT or OT this is the facility you should be at.

Fantastic experience: Our entire experience with Touchstone was absolutely outstanding. Immediately, we were made to feel like part of the rehab family…..Dan and Jackie’s focus for Ann’s rehab was unquestionably spot on. In the final week’s Dan focus on fine tuning Ann’s walking, focus on continued suggesting changes such as her AFO continued to make her comfortable with her progress and ability to move about with ease. Fantastic experience: Touchstone is remarkable! I became a patient about a year and a half ago. The staff is incredible. Very hard working and knowledgeable. Going above and beyond with creative ways to build a successful program. Always willing to work around schedules. Since I’ve joined, I’ve had unbelievable progress. Strength, mobility, and a far more comfortable way of living independently. A place I always look forward to going. Although usually leaving pretty wore out

Fantastic experience: In March of 2020. I became a double below the knee amputee. Because of the professional expertise of Dan and Jackie, I went from a wheelchair, to a walker, to a cane, to now walking with two new legs. I couldn't have gotten to this point this quickly without their expertise

Fantastic experience: If you are paralyzed from a cervical spinal cord injury, you won't find a more kind, knowledgeable, compassionate therapist to help you put your life back together than Touchstone's team. Luke & I are anxiously awaiting the end of all his surgeries so we can return to Touchstone's awesome care to learn how to live independently.

Fantastic experience: Upon being introduced to Touchstone's organization I had reservations regarding my new stature. I now was a double "BKA" person. My once active self was now limited and changed. Dan's Touchstone facility inclusive of a wonderful team have now taught, coached and inspired me to be the best. I am now walking on my prosthetics, rebuilding muscle, indepedently maneuvering and navigating my home environment. Fantastic experience: Touchstone and Dan have done a wonderful job at helping me get back on my feet again. I haven't felt anything in my foot for a really long time. They are giving me a treatment that helps blood flow. So it looks like it is going to heal after being treated with everything and finally after a year long and an excellent Surgeon Dr. Dana Seltzer, it is finally getting better.
