Fantastic experience: I had a really bad knee that I could not walk on it was so painful until I came to this facility and they absolutely met everyone of my needs and helped me walk again love this physical therapy office I highly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I dont know how to start, the best customer service, i only have 3 session done of 6 but when u start there you fill the good vibes, good treatment, thanks to Jonathan and the Skinny young lady with glasses they ate helping alot and the other big guy(macho man voice) they care about you, about your pain where is the pain i can describe how i feel, the thing what i most like is when you finish they give massage where the pain are. 100% recommended

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Biltmore location for the past 7 weeks to rehab after a knee replacement. The therapists and staff are excellent. Andre and Anthony are very knowledgeable and I am recovering successfully with their guidance. Steve and the other support therapists are attentive and helpful. I highly recommend Foothills!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE FSM! I had both knees replaced and then reverse replacements for both shoulders. I didn't think I'd ever have full use of my knees and shoulders, BUT Lauren helped me so much! I walked out of there without my cane and I owe that to Lauren! She's awesome!

Fantastic experience: The Foothills PT team are all amazing. If you put in the work to actually do your exercises outside of PT they will really help you succeed in achieving your goals. I work with Jeff Moyer and his tech Nicole and both are wonderful! I’ve had a rotator cuff injury for 9 months now and I’ve made so much progress after leaving Banner to come here. All the staff are kind and make you feel very comfortable. You are in good hands!

Fantastic experience: The folks at Foothills-Biltmore are top notch professionals. My physical therapist Jonathan Seidberg provided the most excellent care. His therapy plan was well mapped out as dwell executed. Over 10 weeks of PT, I regained nearly 80% of my strength following shoulder surgery. Jonathan, and the great techs, guided me through a rigorous exercise and therapy routine that enabled me to reach these great results. I would recommend Jonathan and everyone at Foothills-Biltmore if you need to rehabilitate from an injury or surgery.

Fantastic experience: Hi It's my first time using their services but we have been here many times when my son had a terrible car accident many years ago. I get excellent care and they are helping me regain some wrist and arm and shoulder function. I highly recommend them they are all professionals and very kind

I hate when I have to miss an appointment, but Andre make sure that I get whatever I missed. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about the entire Foothills staff. I spent about six months at the clinic, visiting three times a week to rehab my broken ankle following surgery. My therapist Jeff was exceptional and a major contributor to my successful recovery. The technicians including Chris and Zeeland were a joy to work with throughout my entire time at the clinic. I would highly recommend Foothills to anyone searching for a top-notch physical therapy experience.

Fantastic experience: This is the fifth time I have gone to Foothills for post-surgical physical therapy over the past seven years. Each time I have received excellent care. I will also be back in approximately two months for another round of therapy after another surgery and will request Lauren Mueller to be my therapist. She is kind, knowledgeable, and quite clear about goals and how to achieve them. As well, all the techs were superb and carefully and completely followed her lead. I am very grateful for the care I received from Lauren and all the staff at Foothills and would recommend this facility to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a bunch of questions about the clinic and physical therapy and I spoke to Riann at the front desk. She was very helpful and patient and was able to answer all of my questions in a manner that helped me understand better! I would definitely recommend this facility and kudos to Riann for her outstanding customer service!

Fantastic experience: Came here after rolling my ankle which caused a severe sprain, embarrassing, I know. Andre is awesome and I feel like he really has my best interest in mind! The techs I have worked with, Zealand and Chris are also awesome, they make the exercises fun and always have something new to talk about. It's a fun, happy environment to heal in! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I saw Jonathan after a car accident for my shoulder and upper back. He never let me slack in my exercises. I also did therapy with Andre and they were both great. They told me the importance of doing my Home exercise program so I wouldn't end up back in therapy.

My treatment plan was well thought out and comprehensive. My shoulder was better in just a few weeks! The atmosphere and other therapists and technicians are positive, encouraging, and delightful with their patient interactions.

They work with you to schedule appointments that work with your schedule ... and they are open half day Saturday! Their staff is professional, knowledgeable and kind. They work WITH you. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here with all the staff. They went above and beyond to treat my lower back problems, and within a few weeks of treatment it was completely gone compared to being the worst I've ever had in my life prior to the treatment. They do a great job to adapting to your needs and giving you the specialized treatment specific to your pains. If something isn't working they will change their approach and figure out something that is. Very knowledgeable PT's that you should definitely trust! Jonathan, Chris, Lauren, and the rest of the staff are super helpful, friendly and present a great team culture in the clinic. Will definitely be back if ever needed (hopefully not) Thanks again everyone!

Fantastic experience: The staff is highly trained; pleasant; and accommodating. The scheduling process is easy, as you have the ability to schedule all treatments in one setting.Concerning your care, you remain informed regarding your progress, and are fully educated on your affected/effected body areas. In addition, patients receive one-on-one time with their assigned therapist, at the end of his/her therapy session. They are my physical therapy provider of choice.

Fantastic experience: I was recently in an accident and had really bad lower back pain. I was going to a chiropractor for almost 2 months and I felt like it wasn't working for me. So I tried PT and OMG it's only been my 5th visit and my back already feels way better. Everyone is very nice and respectful. Definitely would recommended. I have officially finished my PT and I feel like I'am myself again. I can exercise again, clean, etc without my back hurting.

Fantastic experience: Scheduling, checking-in, staff, cleanliness all good. Really liked the text reminder the day before that included the appt time. Parking was even easy. Never had a problem finding a spot in the garage on the 2nd floor. Only suggestion I have would be more seating in waiting room and something more separating it from the actual therapy area.
