Fantastic experience: I'm a senior and this is my very first experience having PT. Pretty lucky given many years of playing sports and being active. My PCP referred me to Banner PT on 19th Ave and I'd say I got lucky there too. Easy for me to get to. Plenty of available parking. Nice facility inside. Receptionist (Kim) very pleasant and my therapist Martina has been great (and at time very patient with me). Martina fills my 1 hour session with meaningful exercises (including explanations what they are for). I go home with my next session booked and a at home exercise plan. I was very impressed when I had a question about an exercise, I sent Martina a message very the patient portal and she got right back (like really fast). While I hope I can avoid PT in the future, if I do need it, I would not hesitate coming back here.

Thomas Beguin, PT, at Banner Physical Therapy on 19th ave/101 - Tommy always greets me when I arrive, answers questions, even though I have asked the same things over and over. Inquires as to my progress and adjusts the therapy days accordingly. If you need physical therapy, consider working with Tommy.

Fantastic experience: I had major knee surgery with Banner and this place was closest to my house. The team here is amazing! Everyone is very positive and supportive, it's a great environment for treatment. I usually see Tommy and he tailors my physical therapy to my needs very well. Andrea is in charge of this location and she's great at making you laugh and cry at the same time! And the front desk staff are very helpful with the administrative side of things. They are highly knowledgeable with plenty of equipment and I definitely recommend this location for anyone needing PT.

Fantastic experience: My mom has been seeing Tommy for about 6 months now for a bad leg injury and I couldn’t be more thankful for all he has done! The entire staff is very attentive and genuinely cares about her progress. I had to leave for medical school a couple of months into her treatment and felt more than comfortable leaving her in the care of the Banner PT team!

Fantastic experience: I found this place when I was looking for vestibular rehabilitation for vertigo. Haley Dudzinski is the therapist with that particular specialty, and she's fantastic. Very knowledgeable and she really helped me a lot. The exercises were perfect and easy to do by myself. I had a hard time putting my experience into words, but she was very understanding and understood what I needed. The office itself is also pretty great. The location is awesome for me and the staff is very friendly.

Haley is extremely knowledgeable about this injury and Haley is providing excellent care to help me on my way to recovery. I highly recommend Banner PT and recommend Haley!

Fantastic experience: I have problems with balance; I'm afraid of falling. My neurologist recommended that I go to physical therapy at Banner physical therapy; 19th ave. Phoenix. I see Haley Dudzinski. She has been amazing. She listens to me & understands what will help me the most. I have video's & balance exercises that I do at the facility & at home. She keeps me enthused that I will improve & be able to do the things I want to do! It's good to know that I can continue to improve after I'm done with going to see Haley .I highly recommend this facility & Haley is Awesome!

Fantastic experience: This location is near to my home and very convenient because it is right off the 101 and 19th avenue. The office is clean and most importantly the staff are very professional and welcoming. I was nervous about going in for the first time I've never had physical therapy before. But Elizabeth made it a great experience and we got along very well. She is so nice!

Fantastic experience: Although I have only had one session with this team, I can tell by the energy in the air that this is no ordinary therapy facility. The staff gives me the impression that they are REALLY genuinely interested in the rehabilitation of their patients and our progress to become rehabilitated patients. Looking forward to 100% return to better than I was prior to my accident. Lana was especially gracious, as I was a little late to my first appointment, the staff was great!

Fantastic experience: Tyler Grant really knows what he's doing.....and he makes it Fun too. The time passes quickly with the exercises and stretches he has me do because we chat about other things in life while we do them. This clinic is BIG and clean, and the ladies at the front are super nice. It has a family atmosphere at this Banner clinic.

Fantastic experience: Vince is an awesome individual. I have been working with Vince and Gretchen for the past 5 weeks, recovering from a total Right knee replacement. Fantastic experience: Vince Diaz shows a great deal of thourness to recovery, he asks what you expect (in my case "I want my life back") and once it is stated Vince D will keep you on task. He inspects what he expects regarding home work, diet, roadblocks (he won't accept many of these.) Doctor Vince examined an infection top of my incision, demanded I go to Urgent care reminded me again as I left said "promise me" Ended up with an I.V. and strong antibody Rx, and an appointment with my surgeon who is all over this post surgery infection, Thanks Vince for caring so much. One day a week I have Tylor Grant; maybe it's a Banner thing, but also exceptional, I feel like I will have a renewed life with these two docs are finished with me. Thank you to you both, Scott

Fantastic experience: Not knowing where the ramp to enter the building was, I hesitated and Taylor came out to assist me in. He has been very professional and helpful. The facility is large, clean and well run.

Fantastic experience: This review is much later than I planned. I was treated at this location last year when a fall caused rotator cuff injuries to both shoulders, one of which was also more severely injured. I was treated by Mario (Vince) Diaz, and he did an absolutely excellent job helping me regain 100% mobility and strength. He's knowledgeable, caring, humorous, professional, and encouraging. He's very responsive to individual limitations and needs and adjusts therapy accordingly. I would recommend him without any reservation. The office staff were pleasant, professional, and tenatious. It was Wendy who primarily dealt with my appointments and insurance and she frequently had to spend extra time and effort to make sure my appointments were approved (Workers' Comp). My success was their priority, and it was obvious with every appointment.

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff members are very nice, welcoming and polite. The facility is very clean and well maintained and Andrea does a great job in listening and working with her patients to address their needs.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly. They have few people at a time and wear masks, clean the machines after each use, and have the patients wash their hands before starting. My PT, Tylor, never leaves me stranded with nothing to do.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I enjoyed meeting Mario. Mario was patient both with trying to communicate with her despite limited English vocabulary (her native language is Korean) and in conducting a thorough intake triage. On subsequent therapy sessions, his expertise is consistently demonstrated and is helping her core strength as well as facilitate her gait after suffering 4 recent falls. Thank you for having hired such a terrific therapist.
