Fantastic experience: I had knee replacement surgery on 5/24/23. I was supposed to start physical therapy 2 days post op. A home company was supposed to set up an appointment for me to do PT at home for the first few weeks. Needless to say, it was a nightmare and couldn't be scheduled till 9 days after surgery and couldn't switch locations once PT was started. So I called the CORE to see when they could fit me in for outpatient PT. Sharon got me booked that same day for my PT evaulation. I went in and Shondra (receptionist) greeted me warmly and handed me my paperwork. She offered to assist me if I needed it. Within 10 minutes, Taylor my therapist called me in. We talked about my surgery, healing, sleeping, pain control, etc. We did some workout, she gave me exercises to do at home and scheduled all my PT appointments for the next 6 weeks! I am VERY impressed.

Fantastic experience: Krystle is great she’s very kind but she will work the hell out of you . She kept telling me pushing through the pain will make you stronger. I was in so much pain the first day but she’s very helpful with the pep talks, it’s going to be a long journey! also Jaimie , McKenna

Phone calls are returned and concern for a overall positive outcome is the standard. With all of the pain & struggle these professionals see every day, they still treat each patient with care & compassion, explain options, proceedures & expected outcome. Fantastic experience: This facility is awesome! Everyone, from the front desk, check-in employees to the medical staff are all courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. There are no long waiting times. Everything runs in an efficient order. I had my first appointment at the physical therapy department today. They made me feel extremely comfortable, making sure that I understood everything that would be going on with my treatment in my care plan.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Edwards put a shot into my almost FROZEN right thumb in November of 2021 and it is STILL working just like a normal thumb with absolutely NO pain. I'm seeing him again for my left hand.

Fantastic experience: I have so many doctors that take care of me because of my poor health and bad medical issues. Three of those doctors are with The Core Institute. The difference in the care and treatment to me is drastically different then my non-Core Institute doctor's. I am treated with so much care and compassion that I would like to switch out some of my other specialist doctor's that I have to see weekly and monthly basis, to the doctor's that are with the Core Institute medical team. If I have to see so many doctors and specialist, then I would rather go where I am treated with respect, compassion, care, and understanding and a medical office that respects that my time is just as valuable! The Core Institute makes me feel like I am an important person as their patient!!!

Fantastic experience: Have had two hip replacement surgeries from 2020-2022 and gone through all recovery physical therapy at this facility. The first surgery was pretty hard to recover from, but the second was a breeze. I'm sure it was the nature of the beast.

Each and everyone of the therapist as I had two others that were helpful also they always give you a positive attitude telling you what to do and answer all your questions it was a pleasure to deal with each and everyone .. Including the doctors and staff at the core institute.. Taylor gave me a program to follow always printed out sheets so I could do the therapy at home which really helps you progress onto the next level when it comes to the healing process thank you so much and keep up the excellent work

Fantastic experience: You will be very well cared for at The Core Institute! I have and continue to be: hand surgery, fibromyalgia, pain management and PT. I have also been seen at their Mesa and Scottsdale facilities.
