Fantastic experience: Fantabulous. The staff at this particular facility are Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. One gets the feeling of being really cared for. The diligence and encouragement the staff offers is notable. In my opinion a model of an efficient Physical Therapy Center. I've not experienced all services here, although there are many others offered. Staff members of note are: Erica, Chad, et al. Keep up that attitude and practice if continued Patient Care Improvement.

Fantastic experience: Erica is amazing! I came in post op with an unusual protocol and uncommon history. She perfectly crafted exercises that pushed me and helped me to make genuine progress. She listened to my needs and helped me get back to what I love. I feel like a different person walking out. Plus, PT aside, I genuinely enjoyed my time with her. The staff is all kind and fun to be around. The office itself is tidy and clean. Highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Chad, Frida and the entire team deserve five stars. From the time I walk in to the facility to the time I leave, it is a wonderful experience. I went there before my surgery, and went back after the surgery, even though there are places mush closer to where I live. Everybody is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and there is a sense of caring that is hard to find. They also have a sense of humor, which makes this hard work much easier.

Fantastic experience: I had neck surgery back in December. I went to Banner Physical Therapy what a great place. You walk in and are immediately welcomed in by Crystina she's very friendly and answered all my questions. Chad is my Physical Therapist he is outstanding. Chad is very concerned about your well being and makes you feel comfortable he goes through each exercise patiently with you assurance you don't injury yourself. Erica is just as friendly always greets everyone and asked how you are. If your looking for Therapist try this place you'll feel better.

Fantastic experience: Erica is the best therapist I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable and explains what she is doing and why she is doing it. I feel that she really cares that I get better. Erica worked on my shoulder and gave me exercises specific to my complaint. She also worked on my wife's hip. My wife has always hated every physical therapist that she has worked with in the past, saying she just felt like a "piece of meat" to them. I had her see Erica and she thinks she is fabulous also! This is the first time over many years that my wife has willingly returned for more than one PT session with a specific therapist. Christina at the front desk has also been wonderful to work with as we have had to rearrange the scheduling with very little notice in the week after my wife's total hip replacement. I highly recommend Erica at Banner PT at Camelback. We have told our PCP and my wife's orthopedist to refer their patients to Erica if they need PT.

Fantastic experience: I am receiving physical therapy for a hip problem at Banner Physical therapy on Camelback in Phoenix. My therapist Chad was has been very knowledgeable and his treatment and exercise program have been very effective at reducing my pain and increasing my range of motion. I would recommend anyone needing therapy to go there. Plus they play great music!

Fantastic experience: Erica is an amazing Physical Therapist!! I had done PT years ago and wasn't impressed with my results. Erica really worked with me to understand where I was at and what my goals were. She took into account my lifestyle (i.e. lack of time!) and gave me functional exercises that helped me gain back the mobility I had before my injury. I've decided to continue working with her for a previous injury that was never really resolved and trust her to direct my care, whether it be through PT or if I need to be referred to a different kind of provider. She truly wants her patients to see results!

Fantastic experience: The skills of Erica are amazing. She listens when I describe the pain I am experiencing and truly designs the treatment plan to meet my recovery needs. She works with me to identify poor posture and movements that lend to my pain. The atmosphere at the clinic is friendly, supportive, and professional.

Fantastic experience: He's very considerate and listens to your concerns. He doesn't push to hard. If you're in too much pain he will back off, if you're willing to push through he will work with you to get through to your end goal. I highly recommend asking for him as your therapist.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Banner Physical Therapy after an extended hospital stay. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, creating a positive, low stress environment. The physical therapist I worked with was Chad Lahr. He was excellent to work with, gradually adapting my exercises based on how my strength and balance improved. He was also a lot of fun to work with - he has a crazy sense of humor, which I really appreciated. And he regularly but subtly reminded of hothead progress I’d made while I was there. I noticed that all the therapists had a great rapport with their clients and each other, which was a big part of creating the positive environment. The facility is well equipped and very clean. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go.

I entered the facility in pain, but left exuberant knowing that I would recover. Alexis is excellent at his craft. Chad, my PT, checks in with me during and after each new exercise to make sure it feels ok and he corrects my movement so I don’t hurt myself. These guys push you to the next level each appointment by custom tailoring motion and mechanics to your needs and physical ability. Fantastic experience: I have been to Banner Physical Therapy 3 separate times, and I will continue to go there for several reasons. I feel that it's a good atmosphere there, with good staff interaction with the patient, I also feel that my needs are being met. Although it gets hard at times for me, the staff encourage me to keep going, I truly appreciate that. I feel that the staff listens to my concerns, they give me helpful answers to my questions, and that means a lot to me. Sometime it's hard to walk in the door, because of the pain, but because of the greeting when I walk in I feel like I'm at home with people who truly care about me, and that's the greatest feeling. I do recommend that you give them a try, it's a great experience that you will always remember. Much love everyone!

Fantastic experience: While Physical Therapy is never "fun" for anyone to go through, Dr. Chad Lahr at Banner Physical Therapy absolutely makes it the best possible experience for the patients. The entire staff treats every patient as a member of their family, addresses everyone by name without looking it up, and checks to ensure the patients are as comfortable as possible while still doing the therapy as needed. I was hesitant about going to PT but after meeting the staff there it is no longer a concern when I have an appt.

Dr. Pickle is an amazing human and one to solve your problems. I had my hip pop out and he knew exactly what was wrong. Fixed me up and got me back to my normal life. Stop living in pain and take care of your self. Top notch practice here. This is my spot for treatment for life :)
