Fantastic experience: I started PT at Spine & Sport last August after a meniscus tear rendered me unable to go about my day-to-day life. I can't stress enough how much of a help the entire team was during my recovery! Jenna completed my initial review and I felt like I was in very competent hands. After that, I was working with Arlyn as well as Julia and Gary during my ongoing visits and it is very clear how much they all care about their patients and helping them get back to normal. They were great at keeping me motivated and explaining the background behind certain exercises. I'm truly grateful for all their support! Plus, the location has free garage parking, which is very convenient since parking can be a hassle in this area. Overall I whole-heartedly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I recently tweaked my back and was referred here. I had a great experience making the appointment with JJ, the nicest person, she was able to make my appointments to meet my schedule. When I arrived, I could barely take 2 steps without using a cane. Jenna, the Physical Therapist put me on a plan that allowed me to throw that cane in the closet for good. She really educated me regarding my Hips and Lower Back and put me on a PT plan. She was attentive and made sure I had an exercise workout to do at home as well. A real bonus is they have a convenient app to use on my phone or on the computer. This location in Hillcrest has plenty of parking, and its extremely clean, organized and seemed sanitized. You must wear a Mask. I also was able to hear some very motivating music playing, while I was working out, that helped. I must give a special shout-out to the Student/Intern, Kimberly, who was very professional and answered all my concerns and explained everything to me in great detail. (she really has a great future ). I definitely would recommend Jenna and Spine & Sport Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I really don't like going downtown that much and I don't unless I have to! The spine is what physical therapy downtown without their help I would not be able to bend over after I hurt my back after a month and a half of going there I can finally bend over and tie my shoe without my back hurting and get into a refrigerator it's hard when you're an excruciating pain and you can barely bend over last year when I hurt my back and I pulled the muscle pull my muscle and tore it they helped me with that and then when I pinch my nerve in my leg they help me with that these guys are fantastic they're great I highly recommend anybody who needs physical therapy they are extremely professional and they're really good at what they do and like I said I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs help or need physical therapy !!!!

Fantastic experience: The therapists are phenomenal! The staff is very outgoing and friendly...I feel like family. For me personally, the location is the best part, I can walk there getting some much needed exercise! I would recommend anyone needing physical therapy to consider Spine & sport. They are EXCELLENT!

Fantastic experience: They really know what they're doing here. They have equipment I'd never even seen before when I first received services. They work hard to motivate you and will take the time to explain to you what and why you're doing the exercises you're doing.

Fantastic experience: The best clinic that I have used here in San Diego. The staff is highly qualified to address issues related to pain from accidents to joint pain which is part of the aging process. I have discovered that each of us has the ability to heal ourselves. This clinic helps to give us the skills we need to begin the healing process. I am most grateful for the knowledge that these clinicians have imparted.

Fantastic experience: An early review as we've only been here twice, second of many more visits. I've been driving my mom here for PT as authorized by her primary doctor. So far so good, the front desk is really nice and seems friendly. The therapist helping my mom is nice. They get more patients during weekdays but when we came last Saturday, it was just us and another patient. I think there's no front desk too on Saturdays as there was none that day. Surprised that there seems to be more parking too, probably because it was weekend and with that I mean metered parking. This is often my concern since this is downtown area.

Fantastic experience: I am required to do my physical therapy at this location do to my workers comp case. I wanted to say I came in contact with a brand new student therapist who was incredible! His name is Matt. He described my injury and gave me a lot of information and tools to prevent anymore injury or pain. I am greatly appreciative. The young lady who works the front desk is awesome too. Wonderful at her job. The people who work here are laid back and not overly professional which is perfect for comfort and piece of mind. Great group of folks!
