SpineZone Physical Therapy - Mission Valley

Fantastic experience: this place offers the best most specific physical therapy for my neck and spine that I have ever encountered.... my left leg has been numd for almost 6 or 7 years from 6 to 8 inches above my knees to 6 or 8 inches below my knee.... after 4 to 6 months of physical therapy at the spine zone I was able to regain all of this feeling in my leg and completely erase my sciatic pain.... it was also very helpful for a neck injury that I have also..... they work differently than any other physical therapy program I've ever been associated with.... the regimen they set up with the specialized workout machines were incredibly helpful.... I'm only sorry that my insurance only allow certain amount of visits.... sadly since stopping the physical therapy my problem has returned .....but f you have this place as a choice I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: After years of back trouble, the staff at Spine Zone finally managed to devise a program of core strengthening that leaves me relatively pain free, active and happier. They have a maintenance program that allows you to use the equipment on your own time. Wish they were open slightly later.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly and professional. Great at answering questions during my time and helping my progress. Exercises were super helpful for me. My only criticism is that scheduling sessions can be very difficult sometimes.

Fantastic experience: If you experience chronic back pain please try physical therapy at SpineZone. Speaking from personal experience, SpineZone is superior to the other PTs that offer programs of a similar time duration. SpineZone has a more specific, targeted set of exercises, stretches, and advice geared towards each patients body and afflictions. They help work towards the goal of reducing discomfort/pain and raising the individuals level of physical and mental health.

Fantastic experience: An excellent program to strengthen my core to deal with lower back and right hip pain. Significant improvement over the course of the program thanks to individualized daily exercises and excellent therapists.

Fantastic experience: SpineZone in Mission Valley Saved me from Steroid Injections! As a last attempt to help with constant back pain from an S-curve and twisted spine due to scoliosis, my PCP referred me to SpineZone. I am ever grateful to Makenzie Farnham and the tools she has provided me with. After participating in several PT programs over the years through my insurance; SpineZone and Makenzie were the first to see me as a person and human vs. and appointment to be handled. The progression of exercises decreased the pain in my neck and back consistently over time and my posture has dramatically been rehabilitated. Through my 18 PT visits, 2 nutritionist visits, being part of the mindfulness program, and starting the maintenance program has drastically improved my life and body. Thank you SpinzeZone team for your support and kindness over the last several months!

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely phenomenal! I've been in PT for 4 months and this is by far the best facility with the best people I have ever been to. It's a predominantly female staff which makes me really happy as a woman. I thought I'd need surgery on my back for a slipped disk, but they fixed me up. They helped me get feeling back in my numb toes, learn to walk properly again and fixed all my back pain. Ask for Tess as your therapist, she's the best!

I arrived with painful sciatica and after 20 sessions, my PT Rachel worked with me, encouraged me, coached me into a situation in which I control my back pain, back pain no longer controls me. I highly recommend SpineZone Mission Valley.

Fantastic experience: I received immediate positive results from day one. The friendly professional staff are capable of effectively communicating facts to ensure understanding of the issue/issues and describe healing methods for the patients benefit. The facility and equipment remained immaculate throughout my visits over the past several months and the staff maintained a clean and safe environment during the current pandemic (COVID19). Fantastic experience: Great service, excellent physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I had only two sessions at the Escondido location. My 3rd session was "postponed" due to the virus. On line videos with new exercises to do at home came for several weeks. I was suffering from a sever case of Sciatica that took a lot of work to recover from. My leg pain is back to 99% gone. I would like to begin sessions again when the facility re-opens.

Fantastic experience: My experience was great. It began with an analysis of my needs and problems. The combination of gym exercises, home exercises, and the book they provided eliminated my back and shoulder pain, which at times was severe. Definitely a life changing experience.

Fantastic experience: The SpineZone in Mission Valley is an excellent place to recover fully from any back, neck, and/or spine issues! I was lucky enough to have Ryan as my DPT, who did a through physical examination of my disabilities laying the ground work for rehabiltation! Chester took over from there as my PT, and 18 weeks later, sahzam, I feel stronger and my disabilities are very lite(Before physical therapy my disabilities were a heavy burden on me.)as I look forward to their maintaince program(The SpineZone Team knows exactly the perfect fit for each weight machine you use, which is so important as I found out!)...Thank you Ryan, Chester, and the rest of the SpineZone Team for what you do! They have an excellent receptionist in Jessica, who always makes you feel at home!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the location near friars rd for a couple of months for back physiotherapy. Every one is very nice, the place is always clean and my back strength has improved a lot. Will continue coming after my sessions end for maintenance purposes for sure!
